Abstract
The invention discloses a power supply plugboard, which comprises a plugboard body and a plug, wherein the plugboard body is connected with the plug through a cable, the plug comprises a base, a plugboard and an outer cover, a three-phase contact piece is arranged on the outer side surface of the base, an extension port is arranged on the inner side surface of the base, and the cable is connected with the three-phase contact piece; the plugboard is fixed on the inner side surface of the base, and is provided with a jack which is opposite to the extension port; the outer cover is detachably arranged on the outer side face of the plugboard. According to the invention, the internal structure of the plug is improved, the extension port is added, so that plugs of other electrical appliances can be directly inserted into the plug for use, other parts are not required to be additionally added, the branching function is increased, the utilization rate of the plug is increased, and the practicability is high; and if the jack on the plug is not used, the outer cover is covered, so that the effects of dust prevention, moisture prevention, safety protection and attractive appearance can be achieved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a switch socket, in particular to a power supply plugboard.
Background
The socket is an indispensable accessory for daily life of people to connect various household appliances. However, after the plug is connected with the power supply, the plugs of other household appliances can only be electrified through the plugboard. However, due to the cable length of the socket, it is impossible to take care of each electrical appliance, so the following solutions are adopted at present:
(1) The number of the power sockets on the wall is increased, the number of the sockets is increased, inconvenience is brought to decoration and line arrangement, and particularly, the use is very inconvenient for living rooms with smaller living areas;
(2) The number of sockets on the socket is increased, so that the working load is increased, and the safety is greatly reduced;
(3) The deconcentrator is used for a plurality of plugs, but the deconcentrator has larger volume, occupies space, is not attractive and is very inconvenient to use.
Therefore, the existing socket has the problems of large occupied space and inconvenient use.

In another preferred embodiment, the positioning groove forms a five-hole socket including a two-phase socket and a three-phase socket accommodating the three-phase contact piece, one socket of the three-phase socket being disposed between the two-phase sockets.
In another preferred embodiment, one side of the two-phase socket is provided with a conductive sheet, and two of the three-phase contact sheets of the conductive sheet are electrically connected.
In another preferred embodiment, a limiting post opposite to the fixing cavity is arranged on the inner side surface of the inserting plate, and the limiting post stretches into the fixing cavity.
In another preferred embodiment, the inner side of the receptacle is provided with an extension plate, which is inserted into the extension port.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in detail with reference to specific embodiments and accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the power board provided by the present invention includes a board body 10 and a plug 20, the board body 10 and the plug 20 are connected by a cable 30, and the plug 20 includes a base 210, a board 23 and an outer cover 220. The outer side surface of the base 210 is provided with a three-phase contact piece 211, the inner side surface is provided with an extension port 40, and the cable 30 is connected with the three-phase contact piece 211; the plugboard 23 is fixed on the inner side surface of the base 210, and the plugboard 23 is provided with a jack, and the jack is opposite to the extension port 40. The outer cover 220 is detachably provided on the outer side surface of the insert plate 23.
When the plug 20 is used, after being inserted on the power interface, the plug of other electrical appliances can be inserted on the jack of the plug 20 and is communicated with the power interface through the three-phase contact piece 211, no extra part is needed, no extra occupied space is increased, but the plug has the function of a deconcentrator, and therefore the utilization rate of the power socket can be effectively improved. When the jack on the plug 20 is not used, the outer cover 220 is covered to play a role in dust prevention, moisture prevention and protection.
As shown in fig. 3, the outer periphery of the extension port 40 is square, the center of the extension port 40 is provided with a fixing cavity 41, a bolt passes through the fixing cavity 41 to be fixed with the base 210, a plurality of positioning sheets 42 are further arranged in the extension port 40, and the inner ends of the three-phase contact sheets 211 are arranged in positioning grooves formed among the positioning sheets 42. The extension port 40 needs to be connected to the three-phase contact piece 211, and the fixing cavity 41 is arranged in the center, so that the fixing strength is high, the balance is good, and the installation of the three-phase contact piece 211 is not hindered. The three-phase contact piece 211 is positioned by the positioning groove, so that the outer plug can be connected with the three-phase contact piece 211 under the guiding action of the positioning piece 42 after entering from the jack of the plugboard 23, and the phenomena of poor contact and the like are avoided.
The positioning grooves formed between the plurality of positioning pieces 42 further form five-hole sockets including two-phase sockets and a three-phase socket accommodating the three-phase contact pieces 211, one socket of the three-phase sockets being disposed between the two-phase sockets. The two-phase socket and the three-phase socket can meet the requirements of various connection modes, and one socket of the three-phase socket is arranged between the two-phase sockets, so that the occupied space of the socket is reduced.
One side of the two-phase socket is provided with a conductive sheet 50, and the conductive sheet 50 is electrically connected with two of the three-phase contact sheets 211. The three-phase socket is internally provided with the three-phase contact piece 211, so that the power can be directly realized, and in order to realize the power supply of the two-phase socket, two pieces of the corresponding zero line and the live line of the three-phase contact piece 211 are required to be connected, the power supply is realized through the conductive piece 50, and the conductive piece 50 is of the simplest and firm structure, so that the cost is saved.
As shown in fig. 4, the inner side surface of the insert plate 23 is provided with a limit post 25 opposite to the fixing cavity 41, and the limit post 25 extends into the fixing cavity. The limiting posts 25 may be positioned when the insert plate 23 is assembled with the base 210.
The inner side of the receptacle is provided with an extension plate 24, and the extension plate 24 is inserted into the extension port 40. The extension plate 24 may provide positioning and guiding to prevent contact failure or deformation due to deflection or force imbalance when other plugs are inserted into the jack.
The positioning sheet 42 is connected with the outer periphery of the fixing cavity 41 and/or the inner wall of the extension port 40, and the structural strength of the positioning sheet 42 can be increased, and the positioning sheet 42 can be fixed with one or both of the outer periphery of the fixing cavity 41 and the inner wall of the extension port 40, and can be changed and adjusted according to the specific structure on the three-phase contact sheet 42.
The positioning sheet 42 comprises two elastic pressing sheets 43, the elastic pressing sheets 43 are arranged on one side of the three-phase socket, which is far away from the two sockets of the two-phase socket, and the elastic pressing sheets 43 are arc-shaped. The elastic pressing piece 43 can automatically press other plugs 20 after the other plugs 20 enter the three-phase socket, so that the other plugs 20 are in good contact, and poor contact is prevented. The elastic pressing piece 43 is arc-shaped, the contact area with the three-phase contact piece 211 is small, a large deformation space is provided, and the elastic pressing piece can also return to a normal state quickly.
As shown in fig. 2, the inner wall of the outer cover 220 is provided with a positioning strip 221, the outer wall of the base 210 is provided with a groove adapted to the positioning strip 221, and the length direction of the groove is parallel to the covering direction of the outer cover 220. Thus, when the outer cap 220 is removed, the smooth action of the outer cap 220 can be ensured by the cooperation of the positioning strips 221 and the grooves.

Claims (7)
1. The power supply plugboard comprises a plugboard body and a plug, wherein the plugboard body is connected with the plug through a cable, and the plug is characterized by comprising:
the cable is connected with the three-phase contact piece;
the plugboard is fixed on the inner side surface of the base, and is provided with a jack which is opposite to the extension port;
an outer cover detachably arranged on the outer side surface of the plugboard;
the center of the extension port is provided with a fixing cavity, a bolt penetrates through the fixing cavity to be fixed with the base, a plurality of positioning sheets are further arranged in the extension port, and the inner ends of the three-phase contact sheets are arranged in positioning grooves formed among the positioning sheets;
a limiting column opposite to the fixed cavity is arranged on the inner side surface of the plugboard, and extends into the fixed cavity;
an extension plate is arranged on the inner side surface of the jack and is inserted into the extension port.
2. The power board of claim 1, wherein the outer periphery of the extension port is square.
3. The power board of claim 1, wherein the positioning slot forms a five-hole socket, the five-hole socket including a two-phase socket and a three-phase socket that accommodates the three-phase contact piece, one socket of the three-phase socket being disposed between the two-phase sockets.
4. A power board according to claim 3, wherein one side of the two-phase socket is provided with conductive pieces, and the conductive pieces are electrically connected to two of the three-phase contact pieces.
5. The power board of claim 1, wherein the positioning piece is connected with the outer periphery of the fixing cavity and/or the inner wall of the extension port.
6. The power strip of claim 3, wherein the spacer comprises two resilient compression tabs disposed on a side of the three-phase socket remote from the two sockets of the two-phase socket, the resilient compression tabs being arcuate.
7. The power board of claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the outer cover is provided with a positioning strip, the outer wall of the base is provided with a groove matched with the positioning strip, and the length direction of the groove is parallel to the covering direction of the outer cover.
