Abstract
The invention discloses an online data processing method, which comprises the following steps: (1) defining the attribute of the product label and the rule set of the product label; (2) a step of sharing and downloading product labels; (3) and screening data by using the product label. The method avoids the complexity of repeated data rule sets in the traditional trade data screening, and meanwhile, the trade analyst who is not familiar with the specific product can also screen the data by downloading the product labels of other users.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to data processing, and more particularly, to an online data processing method.
Background
With the continuous development of import and export trade in China, import and export enterprises need to accurately know the development dynamic of the current industry, grasp the positions of import and export commodities of the enterprises in the whole industry in the aspects of quality, price, import and export destinations and the like, adjust enterprise strategies in time, and improve the competitiveness of the enterprises.
Import and export trade analysis is mainly to screen out commodity data related to the enterprise by using original import and export data obtained from customs, ports, statistical bureaus and the like, and further to perform trend analysis in various aspects such as specification, quantity, price, production enterprises, export enterprises, import and export destinations and the like of commodities, so that competitive price strategies, purchasing strategies, import and export strategies and the like are made for import and export commodities of the enterprise.
The traditional trade data screening method is to utilize Excel, Word and other tool software to process and sort the original data, judge from many aspects such as specification, price and the like, and continuously screen out the data meeting the requirements of the user. However, the traditional trade data screening method is mostly carried out by a single person due to the limitation of using tools, and for the analysis of the same commodity in different time periods, conditions such as price and specification need to be repeatedly input for screening, so that the repeated utilization of a rule set cannot be realized, and the method cannot be shared with other people; meanwhile, due to the characteristics of the traditional trade data screening method, an analyst is more concentrated on screening familiar products, and for unfamiliar products, the analyst who is familiar with the product needs to give screening because the analyst does not know the price, the market demand and the like, or the analyst needs to look up data and know the market to be familiar with the product and then perform data screening, so that a large amount of labor and time cost are consumed.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide an online data processing method, which solves the limitations of the traditional trade data screening method, realizes the reusability of a screening rule set and can be shared by multiple persons.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an online data processing method, comprising: (1) defining the attribute of the product label and the rule set of the product label; (2) a step of sharing and downloading product labels; (3) and screening data by using the product label.
As an improvement of the invention, the attribute of the product label is the self-owned feature of a specific product label, including the name of the label, the import and export type, the bill carrying or closing type, the product name to which the label can be applied, the source country of the label query data, the label description, and whether to share.
As an improvement of the present invention, the rule set of the product label is a specific query condition, which includes a customs code, a product name, an import-export merchant, an import source country or an export destination country, an import-export city, a transportation mode, a customs name, a price range, and a time range.
As an improvement of the invention, the step of sharing the product label comprises setting a sharing identifier on the product label and storing the sharing identifier in the product label database.
As an improvement of the invention, said step of downloading a product label comprises downloading a product label from said product label database.
As an improvement of the present invention, when defining a product tag, setting a shared tag attribute in product tag attributes to set whether the product tag to be defined is a shared tag or a common tag, when a user clicks a save button after filling in tag attributes and tag rule set information, the attribute information of the product tag is saved in a product tag definition table of a database, and the rule set information of the product is saved in a product tag rule set table of the database, and one product tag may include a plurality of rule set information.
As an improvement of the present invention, the step of downloading the product label comprises:
g. firstly, copying basic attribute information and rule set information of downloaded product tags into a cache for processing.
h. And replacing the tag ID of the basic attribute information of the downloaded product tag in the cache by using a new ID value, and simultaneously replacing the corresponding original tag ID value in the rule set information of the downloaded product tag by using the new ID value.

And modifying the ID of the main account, the ID of the creating user and the ID of the modifying user in the basic attributes of the downloaded product tags in the cache into the ID of the user A, changing the creating date into the current system time, and clearing the modifying date, the deleting person and the deleting date.

And setting whether the tag attribute is shared or not to be in a non-shared state, and resetting the downloading times to be 0 so as to record the downloading amount of the tag when the user modifies the tag to be the shared tag next time.
Compared with the prior art, the method avoids the complexity of repeated data rule sets in the traditional trade data screening, and meanwhile, the method can also be used for screening data by downloading product labels of other users for trade analysts who are not familiar with specific products.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantageous technical effects of the present invention clearer, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the preferred embodiment of the invention, are intended for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The product label of the online data processing method comprises several modules of label attribute, label rule set, label downloading, function and result set display and the like; the tag attribute specifies the self-characteristics of a specific product tag, including the name of the tag, the import and export type, the bill drawing or closing type, the product name applicable to the tag, the source country of the tag query data, the tag description, whether to share the tag, and the like; the label rule set defines specific query conditions of the label, including customs code (customs clearance), product name (bill of lading), import and export merchants, import source country or export destination country, import and export cities, transportation mode, customs name, price range, time range and the like; the label downloading means that after the product label is shared, other users can download and use the product label, after the product label is downloaded, the original author information of the product label is still kept, and the user can further modify the label according to the understanding of the user on the label; the functional module manages and uses the label, including the storage, deletion, inquiry and the like of the label; the result set is displayed in a mode of graph after the user clicks the query button, and the result set comprises information of data such as country, city, import and export modes, product name, time, import and export merchants, quantity, price, transportation mode and the like. The product label divides the screening process of original trade data into different stages, namely three stages of rule set definition, sharing and downloading and data screening, and separates the rule definition from the data screening, thereby realizing one-time definition, multi-person sharing and multiple screening. All users are connected to a background database through a network by using a Web browser, and definition information of all labels is recorded in the database. After an experienced data analyst defines a product tag, a shared identifier can be added to the tag and stored in a background database, other users can download and use the tag after logging in a system, and after the tag is downloaded, the user can further edit the tag according to needs to meet the data screening requirements of the user.
When defining the product label, whether the product label to be defined currently is a shared label or a common label can be set by setting a shared label attribute in the product label attribute, and the default is the common label. When the user clicks the save button after completing the filling of the label attribute and the label rule set information, the attribute information of the product label is saved in the product label definition table of the database, the rule set information of the product is saved in the product label rule set table of the database, and one product label can contain a plurality of rule set information. The product label created by the user and the downloaded shared label can modify the label according to the specific situation of the user, including modifying the basic attribute information of the label (including whether to share), adjusting the rule set information of the label, and the like, so that the user can use the label to filter data. When the user switches to the shared label column, a product label list (default sorting according to the descending order of the downloading amount of the product labels, and multiple modes of selection for the user, such as sharing time ascending and descending order, keyword search and the like, can be provided) can be seen, the list contains all the shared product labels defined by the user and the system, and the information of the name, the author, the downloading button and the like of each product label can be directly seen. If the user needs to know more information of the product label, the user can directly click the product name to check the label attribute and the detailed information of the rule set of the product label, and meanwhile, the user can also directly use the current product label to perform data screening.
Referring to fig. 1, the online data processing method of the present invention includes the steps of: (1) a user A (an experienced analyst) logs in the trade analysis system through a Web browser and enters a product label definition page; (2) defining a product label: inputting attribute information and rule set information of a product label; (3) the user A can utilize a defined product label to screen trade data, and can add a shared identifier to the label; (4) clicking a storage button to store the defined product label into a background database for downloading by other users; (5) a user B logs in the trade analysis system through a Web browser and enters a product label page; (6) the user B can see the information of the product label name, the author and the like shared by the user A on the product label page, the label can be downloaded and used by clicking the download button of the label, all attribute information and the definition of the rule set of the label can be seen after downloading, and the label can be further modified according to the own needs; (7) and clicking a query button to apply the label to screen the trade data, and displaying the screened result in a data list.
When the user A clicks and downloads the product label shared by the user B, the system distributes the shared product label information of the user B to the user A after certain processing, so that the user A has a product label which is the same as that of the user B, and the downloading process is as follows:
firstly, copying basic attribute information and rule set information of a downloaded product label (a product label shared by a user B) into a cache for processing.

And p, setting the ID of the source user of the label in the basic attribute of the downloaded product label in the cache as the ID of the user B.
And q, setting whether the tag attribute is shared or not to be in a non-shared state, and resetting the downloading times to be 0 so as to record the downloading amount of the tag when the user modifies the tag to be the shared tag next time.
And r, inserting the modified label attribute information into a corresponding product label definition table in the database, and inserting the modified label rule set information into a corresponding product label rule set table in the database.

(3) screening data by using the product label;
the step of downloading the product label comprises:
a. firstly, copying basic attribute information and rule set information of downloaded product tags into a cache for processing;
b. replacing the tag ID of the basic attribute information of the downloaded product tag in the cache with a new ID value, wherein the new ID value is also used for replacing the corresponding original tag ID value in the rule set information of the downloaded product tag;
c. replacing the original ID value in the rule set information of the downloaded product label in the cache with the newly generated ID value;
d. modifying the ID of the main account, the ID of the creation user and the ID of the modification user in the basic attribute of the downloaded product label in the cache into the ID of the user A, changing the creation date into the current system time, and clearing the modification date, the deletion person and the deletion date;
e. setting the ID of a tag source user in the basic attribute of the downloaded product tag in the cache as the ID of a user B;
f. whether the tag attribute is shared or not is set to be in a non-shared state, and the downloading frequency is reset to be 0, so that the downloading amount of the tag can be recorded when a user modifies the tag to be a shared tag next time;
and inserting the modified label attribute information into a corresponding product label definition table in the database, and inserting the modified label rule set information into a corresponding product label rule set table in the database.

The on-line data processing method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the attribute of the product label is an inherent feature of a specific product label, including a name of the label, a import/export type, a bill raising or closing type, a product name to which the label is applicable, a source country of the label query data, a label description, and whether to share.

The online data processing method of claim 1, wherein the rule set of the product label is a specific query condition, and comprises a customs code, a product name, an import/export firm, an import/export country, an import/export city, a transportation mode, a customs name, a price range, and a time range.
4. The online data processing method of claim 1, wherein the step of sharing the product tag comprises setting a sharing identifier on the product tag and storing the sharing identifier in a product tag database.
