According to the invention, the high-efficiency filter screen air purifying device 4 is arranged at the air inlet of the internal machine, the purifying device is driven by the motion mechanism of the gear, the rack and the connecting rod to realize pushing out and closing, and meanwhile, the panel 1 can also realize rotary opening and closing states through the connecting rod, so that the air inlet area is increased. As shown in fig. 1-3, when the air conditioner starts the purifying and dedusting functional module, the purifying device is closed to cover the whole air inlet 3, and when only the normal filtering and heat exchanging of the air conditioner is needed, the purifying device is opened (as shown in fig. 4-6), and the whole air inlet 3 is fully opened.
The driving box mechanism is composed of a motor, a gear, a rack, a connecting rod and other elements (as shown in figure 7), and can be adjusted according to the instruction of the controller.
The problems to be solved are as follows:
in order to solve the problem that the resistance of a full-coverage efficient filter screen is too large and the whole air quantity of the air conditioner is influenced when the air conditioner is in a non-purification mode, the invention designs a novel movement mechanism, a high-efficiency filter screen purification module is arranged at an air inlet of an inner machine, the purification module can be driven by a gear connecting rod mechanism to realize pushing and closing, the coverage area of the purification module at the air inlet can be adjusted, the air purification and heat exchange functions of the inner machine of the air conditioner can be furthest exerted, the advantages of quick heat exchange, high purification efficiency, large air quantity, convenience, flexibility and the like are realized, and the user experience is improved.
The beneficial effects are that:
attractive appearance, high heat exchange speed, high purification efficiency and convenient and flexible use
The specific embodiment is as follows:
when the indoor air quality is poor, as shown in fig. 1-3, the motor drives the driving gear 51 to rotate anticlockwise, all the connecting rods are retracted, so that the purifying device keeps a larger coverage area, and the indoor air is purified rapidly;
when the indoor air quality is better, the motor drives the driving gear 51 to rotate clockwise, and the following can be realized:
1) The driving gear 51 drives the driven gear 53 to rotate anticlockwise, so that the third connecting rod 56 is driven to open the panel 1, and the panel 1 can be fixed through the support rod;
2) The driving gear 51 drives the driven rack 52 to rotate clockwise, the driven rack drives the first connecting rod 54, and the first connecting rod 54 drives the first sliding block 58 again, so that the first filter screen bracket 43 moves obliquely upwards to realize the opening of the first filter screen 41, wherein the first sliding block 58 can move in the first sliding groove 571 of the first electric box cover 57, and the first filter screen bracket 43 is fixed by a buckle on the first electric box cover 57;
3) Meanwhile, the driving gear 51 drives the driven rack 52 to rotate clockwise, the driven rack 52 drives the second connecting rod 55, and the second connecting rod 55 drives the second sliding block 59 again, so that the second filter screen bracket 44 moves obliquely upwards, the second filter screen 42 is opened, and the second sliding block 59 can move in the second sliding groove 5101 of the second electric box cover 510;
4) Finally, the first filter screen bracket 43 and the second filter screen bracket 44 can move to the position shown in fig. 2;
the controller adjusts the travel of the racks of the motion mechanism according to external instructions to keep the bracket and the purification device in place. The relative positions of the panel and the purifying device are not limited to the states shown in fig. 3 and 6, and may be any position therebetween.
It will be readily appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above advantageous ways can be freely combined and superimposed without conflict.

1. An indoor unit of an air conditioner is characterized in that: comprising the following steps:
a panel (1) and a housing (2);
the air inlet (3) is arranged on the shell (2);
the air purifying device (4) is arranged at the position of the air inlet (3);
the driving device (5) can drive the air purifying device (4) to move so as to open the air inlet (3), and simultaneously drive the panel (1) to move so as to open an air inlet area covered by the panel (1);
the air cleaning device (4) comprises a first filter element and a second filter element, wherein the first filter element moves independently relative to the second filter element;
the first filter element comprises a first filter screen (41) and a first filter screen holder (43), wherein the first filter screen (41) is supported on the housing (2) by means of the first filter screen holder (43); the second filter element comprises a second filter screen (42) and a second filter screen holder (44), wherein the second filter screen (42) is supported on the housing (2) by means of the second filter screen holder (44);
the driving device (5) comprises a driving gear (51), a driven rack (52) connected with the driving gear (51) and a driven gear (53) connected with the driven rack (52) to drive the panel (1) to move; the driving device (5) further comprises a first connecting rod (54) and a first sliding block (58), one end of the first connecting rod (54) is connected to the driven rack (52), the other end of the first connecting rod is connected to one end of the first sliding block (58), and the other end of the first sliding block (58) is connected to the first filter screen bracket (43) so as to drive the first filter screen bracket (43) to move through the first connecting rod (54) and the first sliding block (58); the driving device (5) further comprises a second connecting rod (55) and a second sliding block (59), one end of the second connecting rod (55) is connected to the driven rack (52), the other end of the second connecting rod is connected to one end of the second sliding block (59), and the other end of the second sliding block (59) is connected to the second filter screen bracket (44) so as to drive the second filter screen bracket (44) to move through the second connecting rod (55) and the second sliding block (59); the driving device (5) further comprises a third connecting rod (56), one end of the third connecting rod (56) is connected to the driven gear (53), and the other end of the third connecting rod is connected to the panel (1) so as to drive the panel (1) to move through the third connecting rod (56).

An air conditioning indoor unit according to claim 1, wherein: the air purification device can completely open the air inlet (3), and when the air purification device completely opens the air inlet (3), the first filter screen (41) and the second filter screen (42) are arranged in a stacked manner.
3. An air conditioning indoor unit according to claim 1, wherein: the driving device (5) can also drive the air purifying device (4) to move so as to close the air inlet (3), and simultaneously drive the panel (1) to move so as to close an air inlet area covered by the panel (1).
4. An air conditioning indoor unit according to claim 3, wherein: the air cleaning device can completely cover the air inlet (3).
5. An indoor unit for an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein: the first screen holder (43) opens the first screen (41) by a movement in an oblique direction, and the second screen holder (44) opens the second screen (42) by a movement in an oblique direction.

An air conditioning indoor unit according to claim 1, wherein: the electric appliance box further comprises a first electric appliance box cover (57), wherein a first sliding groove (571) is arranged in the first electric appliance box cover (57); the first sliding block (58) is arranged inside the first electric appliance box cover (57) and can move along the first sliding groove (571).

An air conditioning indoor unit according to claim 1, wherein: the electric appliance box further comprises a second electric appliance box cover (510), wherein a second sliding groove (5101) is arranged in the second electric appliance box cover (510); the second sliding block (59) is arranged inside the second electric appliance box cover (510) and can move along the second sliding groove (5101).
8. An air conditioner, characterized in that: an air conditioning indoor unit comprising the apparatus of any of claims 1-7.

A control method of an air conditioner indoor unit is characterized in that: use of an air conditioning indoor unit according to one of claims 1 to 7 for switching regulation control between a heat exchange non-purification mode, a purification non-heat exchange mode and a purification plus heat exchange mode.

The control method according to claim 9, characterized in that: when only air needs to be subjected to heat exchange, the air conditioner indoor unit is adjusted to operate in a heat exchange non-purification mode: the adjusting driving device drives the air purifying device to move so as to open the air inlet, and simultaneously drives the panel to move so as to open the air inlet area covered by the panel.

The control method according to claim 10, characterized in that: when the air inlet device comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a third connecting rod and a driven gear, the driving gear (51) is adjusted to rotate clockwise, the driven rack (52) is further enabled to move clockwise, the driven gear (53) is enabled to rotate anticlockwise, the panel (1) is enabled to rotate anticlockwise through the third connecting rod (56) to open the air inlet area, and the first connecting rod (54) and the second connecting rod (55) are respectively moved in a direction away from the driven gear (53) to open the air inlet (3).

The control method according to claim 9, characterized in that: when only air needs to be purified, the air conditioner indoor unit is adjusted to operate in a purification non-heat exchange mode: the adjusting driving device drives the air purifying device to move so as to close the air inlet, and simultaneously drives the panel to move so as to close the air inlet area covered by the panel.

The control method according to claim 12, characterized in that: when the air inlet area is closed by rotating the panel (1) clockwise through the third connecting rod (56), the first connecting rod (54) and the second connecting rod (55) respectively move towards the direction close to the driven gear (53) to close the air inlet (3).

The control method according to claim 9, characterized in that: when the air needs to be subjected to heat exchange and purification at the same time, the air conditioner indoor unit is adjusted to operate in a purification and heat exchange mode: the adjusting driving device drives the air purifying device to move so as to close the air inlet, and simultaneously drives the panel to move so as to open the air inlet area covered by the panel.
