The present regenerative combustion device (RTO) heats the organic waste gas discharged by production through regenerative ceramics, the temperature is rapidly raised, under the combustion heating action of gas in a hearth, the temperature reaches 680-1050 ℃, VOCs in the organic waste gas are directly decomposed into carbon dioxide and water vapor under the high temperature, tasteless high-temperature flue gas is formed, then the heat storage ceramics with low temperature flows through, a large amount of heat energy is transferred to a heat accumulator from the flue gas, the heat storage ceramics are used for heating the organic waste gas to be decomposed of next circulation, the self temperature of the high-temperature flue gas is greatly reduced, heat exchange is carried out through a heat recovery system and other media, the temperature of the flue gas is further reduced, and finally the flue gas is discharged to outdoor atmosphere. The valve switching type RTO has the advantages of low operating cost, high organic waste gas treatment efficiency, no catalyst poisoning phenomenon and the like, and the aim of preheating VOC waste gas is fulfilled by changing the direction of air flow through the switching of the valves by two or more ceramic packed beds. However, the air direction switching valve of the prior valve type RTO device has poor sealing performance due to large diameter. In order to improve the defects of the existing valve type RTO device, the defects can be solved only by improving the structure of the wind direction switching valve to improve the sealing performance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a three-butterfly-piece elastic sealing switching valve, which improves the waste gas purification quality and efficiency of a heat storage combustion system by improving the structure of the switching valve.

The outer valve seat sealing ring of the valve seat is in contact with the elastic sealing surface on the outer side of the second butterfly sheet under the thrust action of the cylinder push-pull rod, the elastic sealing surface of the second butterfly sheet is in contact fit with the fan-shaped elastic sheet of the first butterfly sheet after being deformed and bent, and the fan-shaped elastic sheet generates elasticity on the elastic sealing surface of the second butterfly sheet after being bent. The third butterfly sheet is fixedly arranged on the annular wall surface of the second butterfly sheet; and the butterfly piece sealing surface of the third butterfly piece is deformed and bent under the thrust action of the cylinder push-pull rod and then clings to the inner valve seat sealing ring of the valve seat, and the thickness of the third butterfly piece is smaller than that of the second butterfly piece. The elastic sealing switching valve of the third butterfly sheet is closed, and a sealing cavity is formed between the third butterfly sheet and the second butterfly sheet.
