The term "and/or" as used herein includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an automatic sewing jig 100 is used for positioning a first workpiece 300 to be sewn with a second workpiece 200 to be sewn, and the automatic sewing jig 100 includes a workbench 10, a pressing block 20, a base 50 and a positioning device 60.
The positioning device 60 comprises a plate body 61, a first baffle 62, a pressing wheel 63, a pressing plate 64 and a second baffle 65. The plate 61 is provided with a first runner 610 and a second runner 612. The first runner 610 and the second runner 612 are parallel to each other. The first baffle 62 includes a first regulator 620. Pinch roller 63 includes a mounting post 630 and a roller 632, and roller 632 is fixed to one end of mounting post 630. The second baffle 65 includes a second regulator 650.
When the automatic sewing jig 100 is assembled, the pressing block 20 is fixed on the workbench 10 and forms a gap with the workbench 10. The base 50 is fixed to the table 10 and located at one side of the pressing block 20, and one end of the plate 61 is rotatably mounted to the base 50. The first adjuster 620 of the first baffle 62 is accommodated in the first chute 610 and can move along the first chute 610 so that the first baffle 62 is slidably mounted on the plate 61. Mounting posts 630 of puck 63 are secured to first plate 62. The platen 64 is fixed to the first shutter 62. The second regulator 650 of the second shutter 65 is accommodated in the second chute 612 of the plate body 61 and is movable along the second chute 612 to slidably mount the second shutter 65 to the plate body 61. The first baffle 62 is now parallel to the second baffle 65. The first baffle 62 and the second baffle 65 are perpendicular to the plate body 61. The pressing plate 64 is parallel to the plate body 61. The plate 61 and the table 10 form a housing space 40 therebetween.
When the automated sewing jig 100 is used, the second workpiece 200 is stacked on the first workpiece 300 and aligned with the first workpiece 300. One end of the stacked second workpiece 200 to be sewn and one end of the stacked first workpiece 300 to be sewn are placed in a gap between the pressing block 20 and the workbench 10, and the rest is located in the accommodating space 40. The second adjuster 650 is adjusted to make the second baffle 65 collide with the edge of the second piece 200 to be sewn. The first adjuster 620 is adjusted to make the first baffle 62 abut against the edge of the first workpiece 300, at this time, the pressing plate 64 abuts against the first workpiece 300 on the table 10, and the roller 632 of the pressing wheel 63 abuts against the first workpiece 300 on the table 10. When the second workpiece 200 is sewn with the first workpiece 300, the roller 632 rolls along with the movement of the first workpiece 300 to assist the movement of the first workpiece 300.
The automatic sewing jig 100 aligns the second workpiece 200 with the first workpiece 300 and attaches to the workbench 10, and the second workpiece is automatically completed without manual pressing.
