Abstract
The invention relates to a depilator, which comprises a supporting box body, and a first group of depilating devices and a second group of depilating devices which are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side in the supporting box body, wherein the first group of depilating devices and the second group of depilating devices are respectively arranged to face the front side and the back side of poultry during depilating; the first group of depilating devices comprise a chest protector and at least one depilating brush, the chest protector is a baffle arranged at the uppermost end of the first group of depilating devices and comprises a side baffle extending forwards and backwards along the depilating machine, and the cross section of each part of the side baffle is provided with an arc-shaped outer contour; the second group of epilation devices comprises at least two epilation brushes; the depilating brushes of the first group of depilating devices rotate in the opposite direction to the depilating brushes of the second group of depilating devices. In the hair removal process, the most fragile chest of the poultry can be mainly protected, the poultry is prevented from being injured, the quality and the appearance of the semi-finished poultry are ensured, and the method is suitable for the hair removal requirements of various poultry, in particular for the hair removal of ducks.

Background
The poultry unhairing technology can save a large amount of labor cost to a certain extent, increase the labor rate of a first production line and improve the yield, however, most of the existing unhairing machines have the following defects:
1. the characteristics of different body parts of the poultry are not considered, and the poultry is injured at the weak parts such as the breast and the like due to hair removal by one-time cutting; on one hand, the appearance of the product is influenced, and on the other hand, the quality guarantee period and quality of the injured poultry are reduced, so that the credit and profit of enterprises are influenced.
2. The machine type is single, and the depilating requirements of poultry of different body types cannot be met.
3. The force of the brush hair is uneven, which easily causes excessive depilation of one part of the poultry and insufficient depilation of the other part in the depilation process.

Disclosure of Invention

the first group of depilating devices comprise a chest protector and at least one depilating brush, the chest protector is a baffle arranged at the uppermost end of the first group of depilating devices, the chest protector comprises a side baffle extending along the front and the back of the depilating machine, and the cross section of each side baffle is provided with an arc-shaped outer contour;
the second set of epilation means comprises at least two epilation brushes;
the depilating brushes of the first group of depilating devices rotate in the opposite direction to the depilating brushes of the second group of depilating devices.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an embodiment of an epilating apparatus for poultry according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides an epilating apparatus comprising a supporting housing 10, and a first group of epilating devices 20 and a second group of epilating devices 30 respectively disposed at left and right sides inside the supporting housing 10, wherein the first group of epilating devices 20 are disposed to face front sides of the poultry during epilating, and the second group of epilating devices 30 are disposed to face back sides of the poultry during epilating.
In this embodiment, the first group of depilating devices 20 is located on the left side of the depilating machine and respectively comprises a breast protector 21 located on the upper end and a depilating brush 22 located on the lower end, and the second group of depilating devices 30 is located on the right side of the depilating machine and comprises an upper depilating brush 31 and a lower depilating brush 31, wherein the breast protector 21 is a metal baffle with a smooth outer surface and is used for contacting the poultry breast when depilating the poultry and protecting the poultry breast from being injured.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, which is a schematic perspective view of the breast protector of the present invention (shown from the front side of the depilating machine), the breast protector 21 includes a side barrier 211 directly contacting the poultry breast, and the side barrier 211 has an arc-shaped outer contour for protecting the poultry breast from being injured; however, since the chest protector 21 is made of metal material, when the poultry is fed into the depilating machine, the end openings at the front and rear ends of the side baffle 211 are easy to scrape the poultry, and to avoid this drawback, please refer to fig. 2, the side baffle 211 is further divided into a front section 2111, a middle section 2112 and a rear section (not shown) which are integrally formed, and the diameters and angles of the arc-shaped outer contours corresponding to the cross sections of the middle section 2112 are the same; the angles of the arc-shaped outer contours corresponding to the cross sections of the front section 2111 are the same, but the diameters decrease progressively along the rear side to the front side of the depilating machine; the angles of the arc-shaped outer profiles corresponding to the cross sections of all the parts of the rear section are the same, but the diameters of the arc-shaped outer profiles decrease gradually from the front side to the rear side of the depilating machine; that is, the front section 2111 and the rear section naturally transition with the middle section 2112 such that the front section 2111 and the rear section form a smooth transition surface to protect the birds from the edges of the metal equipment as the birds are fed into or out of the depilating apparatus.
Furthermore, in order to prevent the fallen body hair from falling into the chest protector 21 during the operation of the depilating apparatus and affecting the operation of the depilating apparatus and increasing the cleaning difficulty, the present invention further provides a front baffle 212 and a rear baffle (not shown) integrally formed with the front end and the rear end of the side baffle 211, respectively, wherein the front baffle 212 is connected to the connection between the front section 2111 and the middle section 2112 of the side baffle, and the rear baffle is connected to the connection between the middle section 2112 and the rear section of the side baffle (i.e., the outer contour line of the front baffle 212 coincides with the contour line at the connection between the front section 2111 and the middle section 2112, and similarly, the outer contour line of the rear baffle coincides with the contour line at the connection between the rear section 2112 and the middle section 2112), so as to block the fallen body hair outside the chest protector 21 and ensure the normal operation of the depilating apparatus.
Because different poultry have different body types and different body types in different growth stages, the poultry in the same species also needs to be selected from the poultry in different growth stages aiming at the same poultry with full meshes, therefore, in order to enable the same depilator to meet the depilating requirements of the poultry in different body types, in the invention, the chest protector 21 and the depilating brushes 22 and 31 are movably connected with the supporting box body 10, so that the chest protector 21 and the depilating brushes 22 and 31 can be changed in position up and down.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, which is a schematic top view of the connection relationship between the chest protector or the depilating brush and the supporting box of the present invention, the direction of the arrow is along the front-back direction of the depilating machine, in the present invention, the chest protector 21 and the depilating brushes 22, 31 are respectively fixed on a supporting frame 40, each supporting frame 40 is respectively fixed with a plurality of supporting rods 11 fixed in the supporting box 10 through the pivot shafts 50 connected to the front and back ends thereof, the support frame 40 is driven to change position by the rotation of the pivot shafts 50 relative to the supporting rods 11 (specifically, the pivot shafts 50 are driven to rotate under the control of the motor 60 by operating the motor 60), and further the chest protector 21 and the depilating brushes 22, 31 are driven to change position; specifically, when the poultry to be depilated is large in size, the upper breast protector 21 and the depilating brush 31 are rotated upwards and deviated from the horizontal position as much as possible, and the lower depilating brushes 22 and 31 are rotated downwards and deviated from the horizontal position as much as possible, so that the longitudinal distance between the upper breast protector 21 and the upper depilating brush 31 and the lower depilating brushes 22 and 31 is increased, the transverse distance between the upper breast protector 21 and the upper depilating brush 31 and between the lower depilating brush 22 and the lower depilating brush 31 is also increased, and the depilating machine can accommodate the poultry with large size; on the contrary, when the poultry to be depilated is small, the upper breast protector 21 and the depilating brush 31 are rotated downward and are as close to the horizontal position as possible, and the lower depilating brushes 22 and 31 are rotated upward and are as close to the horizontal position as possible, so that the longitudinal distance between the upper breast protector 21 and the upper depilating brush 31 and the lower depilating brushes 22 and 31 is reduced, and the transverse distance between the upper breast protector 21 and the upper depilating brush 31 and between the lower depilating brush 22 and the lower depilating brush 31 is also reduced, so that the depilating machine can accommodate the poultry with small body size.
In the present invention, since the depilating brush runs at a high speed and directly contacts with the body of the poultry, in order to prevent the depilating brush from injuring the poultry, the depilating brush is specially configured, please specifically refer to fig. 4-6, which respectively show a schematic partial three-dimensional structure diagram, a schematic angle change diagram of a rubber stick group, and a schematic rotation state diagram of a rubber stick group of a certain depilating brush of the present invention, and specifically in this embodiment, a schematic partial three-dimensional structure diagram, a schematic angle change diagram of a rubber stick group, and a schematic rotation state diagram of a rubber stick group of a depilating device of the second group are shown.
As shown in fig. 4, each depilating brush provided by the present invention comprises a brush column 70 extending along the front and back of the depilating machine and a plurality of glue stick groups arranged on the brush column 70 and also extending along the front and back of the depilating machine, as shown in fig. 5, each glue stick group comprises a plurality of glue sticks 80, each glue stick group is spaced at a predetermined angle counterclockwise or clockwise with respect to the previous glue stick group (the previous glue stick group of the depilating brush 31 in this embodiment is rotated at a certain angle clockwise as shown in fig. 5 to obtain the next glue stick group), and the predetermined angles spaced between the glue stick groups are the same; therefore, when the hair removal brush works, the rubber bar groups are used for removing hair of the poultry from front to back in turn, so that the poultry bodies are prevented from being hit and injured by the rubber bar groups contacting the poultry at the same time, and the hair removal work is more uniform.
Each glue stick 80 comprises a connecting section 81 connected with the brush column 70 and an epilation section 82 for epilation, the connecting section 81 is cylindrical to realize stable connection with the brush column 70, the outer contour of the cross section of the epilation section 82 comprises an outer arc 821 and an inner arc 822, and the outer arc 821 is in direct contact with the poultry during epilation, namely, please refer to fig. 6, the rotating direction of the epilation brush is opposite to the direction of the angle between the glue stick groups during epilation (the epilation brush 31 in the embodiment is in the counterclockwise direction shown in fig. 6 during rotation), so that the outer arc 821 can be ensured to be contacted with the part close to the brush column 70 when the poultry is contacted; that is, as the brush rotates, the poultry contacts the section of the outer arc segment 821 of each glue stick 80 closest to the connecting segment 81, and then sequentially contacts the section of the outer arc segment 821 far away from the connecting segment 81 from the inside to the outside; therefore, on the basis of ensuring that each glue stick group is contacted with the poultry in sequence, different parts of the unhairing section 82 of each glue stick 80 are contacted with the poultry in sequence, the unhairing is more uniform, and the damage of the glue stick 80 to the poultry is reduced to the maximum extent due to the arc design of the outer arc section 821.
Since the rotating direction of the left-side depilating brush 22 is opposite to the rotating direction of the right-side depilating brush 31 in order to ensure that the bodies of the poultry are in a vertically downward state and prevent the bodies of the poultry from being twisted due to the rotation of the left-side depilating brush and the right-side depilating brush, for example, in the present invention, the right-side depilating brush 31 rotates counterclockwise and the left-side depilating brush 22 rotates clockwise to bring the bodies of the poultry downward, the changing directions of the predetermined angles between the corresponding glue stick groups on the two depilating brushes are also opposite, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, which are schematic diagrams of the angle change of the glue stick group and the rotating state of the glue stick group of the other depilating brush of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7-8, schematic diagrams of the angle change of the glue stick group and the rotating state of the glue stick group of the depilating brush 22 of the first group of the depilating device of the present invention, to match the requirement of clockwise rotation of the brush, the former set of the glue stick set of the brush 22 in this embodiment is rotated counterclockwise in fig. 7 to obtain the latter set of glue stick set, and when depilating, the brush is rotated clockwise in fig. 8 to achieve depilation.
In order to further increase the hair removal efficiency, the hair removal device further comprises a plurality of grooves 823 arranged on each hair removal section 82 to increase the friction force, wherein each groove 823 is arranged to penetrate through the outer contour of the hair removal section 82 with the shortest length of the outer contour line, that is, the direction of the groove 823 on the hair removal section 82 is the same as the direction of the outer contour of the hair removal section 82, so that the groove 823 plays the best role of increasing the friction force.
In order to further meet the requirement of poultry depilation, in the invention, the rubber bars are preferably made of rubber, the rubber strength is proper, the skin of poultry cannot be injured, and the discomfort of poultry cannot be caused.
With reference to fig. 1, the depilating device of the present invention further includes two sets of louvers 90, which are guard plates extending along the front and rear sides of the depilating device, and are respectively fixedly connected to the upper ends of the left and right sides of the depilating device supporting box 10, so as to protect the poultry from the external environment.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

each glue stick group comprises a plurality of glue sticks;
