Description

Election method for specified routing bridge in ESADI protocol and routing bridge
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to an election method for a specified routing bridge in an ESADI protocol and the routing bridge.
Background
Routing Bridge (RB) devices in a Transparent transport of Links (TRILL) network all enable an End-system address distribution (ESADI) protocol to complete learning of hardware (Media Access Control, MAC) addresses of hosts, so that RB devices learn MAC addresses of other RBs in the current TRILL network. In a TRILL network, RBs running the ESADI protocol are logically connected together by a virtual local area LAN network. In a large TRILL network, there may be hundreds of RBs connected in a virtual LAN network, so that an RB running an ESADI protocol needs to select a designated route DRB on the virtual LAN network, and link instance status database synchronization between RBs in the virtual LAN network can be implemented by periodically sending Complete sequence number protocol data unit (CSNP) messages, and meanwhile, other RBs in the virtual LAN network can use the received ESADI-CSNP message to perform link instance status database synchronization only when the sender of the ESADI-CSNP message is approved to be a DRB, so that the RB device can learn RB addresses of other RBs in the current virtual LAN network.
According to the current ESADI protocol, when RB1 and RB2 establish an ESADI neighbor relationship with each other, in the case that the election priority of the DRB is unknown, there are the following situations that the DRB is set to default 64:
1) after RB1 and RB2 establish a unidirectional ESADI neighbor relation, if the election priority of the DRB of RB1 in the ESADI protocol is 1 and the election priority of the DRB of RB2 in the ESADI protocol is 64 by default, RB1 determines RB2 as the DRB in the ESADI protocol, so that RB1 does not periodically send ESADI-CSNP messages to RB2, but considers that RB2 periodically sends ESADI-CSNP messages.
2) After RB2 and RB1 establish an ESADI protocol neighbor relation, if the election priority of the DRB of RB2 in the ESADI protocol is 1 and the election priority of the DRB of RB1 in the ESADI protocol is 64 by default, RB2 determines that RB1 is the DRB in the ESADI protocol, so that RB2 does not send ESADI-CSNP messages to RB1 periodically, but considers that the RB1 should send ESADI-CSNP messages periodically.
Based on the above situation, there is a problem that both the RB1 and the RB2 consider that the other is the DRB of the virtual LAN network, and therefore neither the RB1 nor the RB2 send ESADI-CSNP messages, so that the link instance state databases on the virtual LAN network cannot be synchronized, and both the RB1 and the RB2 cannot learn the MAC address of the other. Therefore, currently, when the election priority of the neighbor DRB is unknown, there is a limitation in performing DRB election by setting the election priority of the neighbor DRB to 64.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an election method for a specified routing bridge in an ESADI protocol and the routing bridge, and aims to solve the problem that DRB election is limited by setting the election priority of a neighbor DRB to 64 under the condition that the election priority of the neighbor DRB is unknown.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention provides an election method for a specified routing bridge in an ESADI protocol, comprising:
after a first routing bridge RB establishes a single-direction end system address distribution ESADI protocol neighbor relation with a second RB, the first RB elects and sends an initial designated routing bridge DRB of an ESADI-CSNP message according to a preset value, wherein the preset value is a first election priority of the second RB defaulted by the first RB, and the first election priority is a minimum value in an election priority selectable value range;
the first RB sends a message for establishing an ESADI protocol neighbor relation to the second RB, so that the second RB establishes the single-direction ESADI protocol neighbor relation with the first RB based on the message for establishing the ESADI protocol neighbor relation, and sends a second election priority to the first RB;
the first RB judges whether the received second election priority is consistent with the preset value or not;
if so, the first RB elects the initial DRB as a final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message;
and if not, the first RB compares the third election priority of the local terminal with the second election priority, and elects to send the final DRB of the ESADI-CSNP message according to the election priority ratio.
Preferably, the step of electing, by the first RB according to a preset value, an initial designated routing bridge DRB that sends a full timing protocol data unit ESADI-CSNP packet includes:
the first RB compares the third election priority of the local terminal with the preset value;
when the third election priority is higher than the preset value, the first RB election home terminal is an initial DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message;
and when the third election priority is equal to the preset value, the first RB compares the system ID of the local terminal with the system ID of the second RB, and elects to send the initial DRB of the ESADI-CSNP message according to a first comparison result.
Preferably, the step of electing to send the initial DRB of the ESADI-CSNP packet according to the first comparison result includes:
when the system ID of the first RB is larger than that of the second RB, the first RB electing local terminal is an initial DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message;
and when the system ID of the first RB is smaller than that of the second RB, the first RB elects the second RB as the initial DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message.
Preferably, the step of electing the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP packet according to the election priority ratio comprises:
when the third election priority is higher than the received second election priority, the first RB election home terminal is a final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message;
when the third election priority is smaller than the received second election priority, the first RB elects the second RB as a final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message;
and when the third election priority is equal to the received second election priority, comparing the system ID of the local terminal with the system ID of the second RB by the first RB, and electing and sending the final DRB of the ESADI-CSNP message according to a second comparison result.
Preferably, the step of electing the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP packet according to the second comparison result includes:
when the system ID of the first RB is larger than the system ID of the RB, the first RB election home terminal is a final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message;
and when the system ID of the first RB is smaller than the system ID of the second RB, the first terminal elects the second RB as the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message.
In addition, to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a routing bridge, including:
the first election module is used for electing and sending an initial designated routing bridge DRB of an ESADI-CSNP message according to a preset value after a first routing bridge RB establishes an ESADI protocol neighbor relation with a terminal address in a single direction of a second RB, wherein the preset value is a first election priority of the second RB defaulted by the first RB, and the first election priority is a minimum value in an election priority selectable value range;
a sending module, configured to send a message for establishing an ESADI protocol neighbor relation to the second RB, so that the second RB establishes an ESADI protocol neighbor relation in a single direction with the first RB based on the message for establishing the ESADI protocol neighbor relation, and sends a second election priority to the first RB;
the judging module is used for judging whether the received second election priority is consistent with the preset value;

Preferably, the first election module includes:
the comparison unit is used for comparing the third election priority of the local terminal with the preset value;
a first election unit, configured to elect a home terminal as an initial DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP packet when the third election priority is greater than the preset value;
and the second election unit is used for comparing the system ID of the local terminal with the system ID of the second RB when the third election priority is equal to the preset value, and electing to send the initial DRB of the ESADI-CSNP message according to the first comparison result.
Preferably, the second election unit is further configured to:
when the system ID of the first RB is larger than the system ID of the second RB, selecting an initial DRB of which the home terminal sends the ESADI-CSNP message;

Preferably, the third election module includes:
a third election unit, configured to, when the third election priority is greater than the received second election priority, elect a final DRB where the home terminal sends the ESADI-CSNP packet;

and a fifth election unit, configured to compare the system ID of the local terminal with the system ID of the second RB when the third election priority is equal to the received second election priority, and elect to send the final DRB of the ESADI-CSNP packet according to a second comparison result.
Preferably, the fifth election unit is further configured to:

and when the system ID of the first RB is smaller than the system ID of the second RB, selecting the second RB as the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message.
The invention elects and sends the initial designated routing bridge DRB of the complete serial number protocol data unit ESADI-CSNP message according to the default value of the minimum value of the first election priority of the second RB in the election priority selectable value range after the first routing bridge RB establishes the single-direction end system address distribution ESADI protocol neighbor relation with the second RB, and sends the message for establishing the ESADI protocol neighbor relation to the second RB, so that the second RB establishes the single-direction ESADI protocol neighbor relation with the first RB and sends the second election priority to the first RB, the first RB judges whether the received second election priority is consistent with the preset value, if so, the first RB elects the initial DRB as the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message, if not, the first RB compares the third election priority of the end with the second election priority, and selecting the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message according to the selection priority ratio. Because the routing bridge of the invention defaults the DRB election priority of the neighbor to the preset value when electing to send the initial DRB of the ESADI-CSNP message, the preset value is the minimum value in the selectable value range of DRB election priority, so the routing bridge can determine the initial DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message according to the preset value, when the neighbor of the routing bridge is processing the ESADI-CSNP message sent by the initial DRB, sending a second election priority to the routing bridge, so that the routing bridge reselects the DRB sending the ESADI-CSNP message according to a preset value and the second election priority to obtain a final DRB sending the ESADI-CSNP message, thereby synchronizing other routing bridges on the virtual LAN network associated with the final DRB with the link instance state data in the final DRB, thus, routing bridges that establish mutual ESADI protocol neighbor relations are made aware of each other's MAC address.

Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Based on the above problems, the present invention provides a method for electing a designated routing bridge in the ESADI protocol.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of a method for electing a designated routing bridge in the ESADI protocol of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the election method for specifying a routing bridge in the ESADI protocol includes:
step S10, after the first routing bridge RB establishes the single-direction end system address distribution ESADI protocol neighbor relation with the second RB, the first RB elects to send the initial designated routing bridge DRB of the complete serial number protocol data unit ESADI-CSNP message according to the preset value, the preset value is the first election priority of the second RB defaulted by the first RB, and the first election priority is the minimum value in the selectable value range of the election priority;
in this embodiment, the first RB supports an ESADI protocol, and when the first RB receives a link data packet (TRILL-LSP) packet of a TRILL protocol sent by the second RB, the first RB establishes a unidirectional ESADI protocol neighbor relationship with the second RB, where the TRILL-LSP packet indicates support of the ESADI protocol. After the first RB establishes the one-way ESADI protocol neighbor relationship with the second RB, the first RB defaults that the first election priority of the second RB in the ESADI protocol is a preset value, and the preset value is a minimum value in the selectable value range of the DRB election priority, for example, if the selectable value range of the DRB election priority is [0, 127], the minimum value corresponding to the preset value is 0. After the first RB defaults to a first election priority preset value of the second RB in an ESADI protocol, the first RB elects an initial DRB for sending an ESADI-CSNP message according to the preset value, at the moment, the second RB does not establish a single-direction ESADI protocol neighbor relation with the first RB, therefore, the first RB generates a local link state protocol data packet (ESADI-LSP) message of the ESADI protocol and sends the ESADI-LSP message to a virtual LAN (local area network) associated with the first RB, and discards the received ESADI-LSP message sent by the second RB. The initial DRB of the sent ESADI-CSNP message is selected to use the Link instance State database in the initial DRB as a standard, so that after receiving the ESADI-CSNP message, the other routing bridges in the virtual LAN network associated with the initial DRB compare the Link instance State database in the home terminal with the directory containing ESADI-LSP in the ESADI-CSNP message, and if the Link instance State database (LSDB) in the home terminal does not have some ESADI-LSP messages in the directory containing ESADI-LSP in the ESADI-CSNP message, the home terminal establishes an ESADI neighbor relation with other routing bridges based on the directory of the ESADI-LSP, thereby achieving synchronization of the Link instance State database.
It should be noted that the ESADI-LSP message is stored in the LSDB.
Step S20, the first RB sends a message for establishing ESADI protocol neighbor relation to the second RB, so that the second RB establishes the single-direction ESADI protocol neighbor relation with the first RB based on the message for establishing the ESADI protocol neighbor relation, and sends a second election priority to the first RB;
after the first RB establishes the one-way ESADI protocol neighbor relationship with the second RB, when the second RB supports the ESADI protocol and the second RB establishes the one-way ESADI protocol neighbor relationship with the first RB when receiving the TRILL-LSP message including the support ESADI protocol sent by the first RB, with the directory of the ESADI-LSP included in the ESADI-CSNP message sent by the initial DRB as the reference standard, the second RB defaults that the DRB election priority of the first RB in the ESADI protocol is a preset value, which is a minimum value in the selectable value range of the DRB election priority, for example, the selectable value range of the DRB election priority is [0, 127], and the minimum value corresponding to the preset value is 0. After the second RB defaults to a first election priority preset value of the first RB in an ESADI protocol, the second RB elects an initial designated routing bridge DRB for sending an ESADI-CSNP message according to the preset value. The TRILL-LSP message is a message for establishing an ESADI protocol neighbor relation sent by the first RB to the second RB.
After the first RB and the second RB establish a mutual ESADI protocol neighbor relationship, the second RB finds that there is no link instance state ESADI-LSP packet of the home terminal in the first RB based on an ESADI-CSNP packet sent by the initial DRB, and therefore, the second RB sends the ESADI-LSP packet of the home terminal to the first RB. Wherein the ESADI-LSP message includes the second election priority of the second RB, that is, the ESADI-LSP message includes the true DRB election priority of the second RB.
Step S30, the first RB judges whether the received second election priority is consistent with the preset value;
after the first RB receives a second election priority contained in an ESADI-LSP message sent by a second RB, the first RB judges whether the second election priority of the second RB is consistent with a first election priority of a default second RB before the first RB.
Step S40, if yes, the first RB elects the initial DRB as the final DRB for sending ESADI-CSNP messages;
and if the second election priority of the second RB is consistent with the first election priority of the second RB, which is defaulted before the first RB, and the size of the preset value is the same, the first RB cannot trigger a mechanism for re-electing the designated routing bridge, and the initial DRB elected according to the preset value is determined as the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message.
Step S50, if not, the first RB compares the third election priority of the local terminal with the second election priority, and elects to send the final DRB of the ESADI-CSNP message according to the election priority ratio.
If the second election priority of the second RB is inconsistent with the size of the default preset value, the first RB triggers a mechanism for re-electing the designated routing bridge, the first RB compares the third election priority of the local terminal with the second election priority to obtain an election priority ratio result, and elects and sends the final DRB of the ESADI-CSNP message according to the election priority ratio result.
It should be noted that, if the initial DRB selected by the first RB according to the preset value is the first RB and the initial DRB selected by the second RB according to the preset value is the second RB, both the second RB and the first RB are determined as the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message; or if the initial DRB selected by the first RB according to the preset value is the first RB, the initial DRB selected by the second RB according to the preset value is the second RB, and the second election priority of the second RB and the first election priority of the second RB which is defaulted before the first RB are not changed in size, the first RB continues to send the third election priority of the local terminal to the second RB, so that the second RB compares the third election priority of the first RB with the second election priority of the local terminal, and determines to send the final DRB of the ESADI-CSNP message according to the comparison result. For example, the first RB and the second RB both enable an ESADI protocol, the DRB election priority of the first RB and the second RB in the ESADI protocol is 1 and 0, respectively, and the system ID of the first RB and the system ID of the second RB are 1111.1111.11111 and 2222.2222.2222, respectively, after the ESADI protocol in a single direction is established by the first RB and the second RB, since the first RB defaults that the preset value of the first election priority of the second RB is 0, the first RB election home terminal is the initial DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message; after establishing an ESADI protocol in a single direction by the second RB and the first RB, the default value of the election priority of the first RB is 0 by the second RB, and the default values of the election priority of the first RB are both 0 by the second RB, so that the election local end of the second RB is an initial DRB for sending an ESADI-CSNP message by comparing the system IDs of the second RB and the first RB; the second RB sends a second election priority of the home terminal to the first RB, and the first RB elects the home terminal and the second RB are both final DRBs for sending ESADI-CSNP messages because the second election priority is consistent with a previous preset value; however, the first RB also sends the third preferred election level of the home terminal to the second RB, and the second RB compares the second election priority (0) of the home terminal with the third election priority (1) of the first RB, and elects the first RB as the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message.
In this embodiment, after the first routing bridge RB establishes an address distribution ESADI protocol neighbor relation with the end system of the second RB in a single direction, the first RB elects to send an initial designated routing bridge DRB of an ESADI-CSNP packet according to a preset value, the preset value is a minimum value of a first election priority of the second RB default to the first RB in an election priority selectable value range, and sends a packet establishing the ESADI protocol neighbor relation to the second RB, so that the second RB establishes the ESADI protocol neighbor relation with the first RB in the single direction, and sends a second election priority to the first RB, the first RB determines whether the received second election priority is consistent with the preset value, if so, the first RB elects the initial DRB as a final DRB to send the ESADI-CSNP packet, and if not, the first RB compares a third election priority of the end with the second election priority, and selecting the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message according to the selection priority ratio. Because the routing bridge of the invention defaults the DRB election priority of the neighbor to be a preset value when electing to send the initial DRB of the ESADI-CSNP message, the preset value is the minimum value in the selectable value range of DRB election priority, so the routing bridge can determine the initial DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message according to the preset value, when the neighbor of the routing bridge is processing the ESADI-CSNP message sent by the initial DRB, sending a second election priority to the routing bridge, so that the routing bridge reselects the DRB sending the ESADI-CSNP message according to a preset value and the second election priority to obtain a final DRB sending the ESADI-CSNP message, thereby synchronizing other routing bridges on the virtual LAN network associated with the final DRB with the link instance state data in the final DRB, thus, routing bridges that establish mutual ESADI protocol neighbor relations are made aware of each other's MAC address.
Further, please refer to fig. 2, which is a flowchart illustrating a step S10 of the first embodiment of the present invention, wherein the step S10 includes:
step S11, the first RB compares the third election priority of the home terminal with a preset value;
step S12, when the third election priority is larger than the preset value, the first RB election home terminal is the initial DRB which sends the ESADI-CSNP message;
in this embodiment, after the first RB establishes the ESADI protocol neighbor relation in the single direction with the second RB, the first RB compares the third election priority of the local terminal with the preset value, and determines the size of the third election priority and the preset value. For example, both the first RB and the second RB enable an ESADI protocol, the DRB election priority of the first RB in the ESADI protocol is 1, and after the first RB establishes a unidirectional ESADI protocol neighbor relationship with the second RB, the first RB defaults that the DRB election priority of the second RB is 0, so that the first RB election local end is an initial DRB that periodically sends an ESADI-CSNP message.
And step S13, when the third election priority is equal to the preset value, the first RB compares the system ID of the local terminal with the system ID of the second RB, and elects to send the initial DRB of the ESADI-CSNP message according to the first comparison result.
The first RB and the second RB both enable an ESADI protocol, the DRB election priority of the first RB in the ESADI protocol is 0, and after the first RB establishes a single-direction ESADI protocol neighbor relation with the second RB, the first RB defaults the DRB election priority of the second RB to be 0, so that the first RB compares the system ID of the local terminal with the system ID of the second RB, and elects to send the initial DRB of the ESADI-CSNP message according to a first comparison result.
In this embodiment, the third election priority of the home terminal is compared with the preset value through the first RB, when the third election priority is greater than the preset value, the first RB elects the home terminal to be the initial DRB to send the ESADI-CSNP packet, when the third election priority is equal to the preset value, the first RB compares the system ID of the home terminal with the system ID of the second RB, and elects the initial DRB to send the ESADI-CSNP packet according to the first comparison result, so that the initial DRB to send the ESADI-CSNP packet always exists on the virtual LAN network, and thus the link instance state data of the routing bridge on the virtual LAN network is always synchronized.
Further, please refer to fig. 3, which is a schematic flowchart of the step of refining in step S13 according to the present invention, wherein the step of refining in step S13 includes:
step S131, when the system ID of the first RB is larger than that of the second RB, the first RB elects the initial DRB of which the home terminal is used for sending the ESADI-CSNP message;
step S132, when the system ID of the first RB is smaller than that of the second RB, the first RB elects the second RB as the initial DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message.
How the above method is carried out is illustrated below by 2 specific examples.
1) The ESADI protocol is enabled by the first RB and the second RB, the DRB election priority of the first RB in the ESADI protocol is 0, and the system ID of the first RB and the system ID of the second RB are 2222.2222.2222 and 1111.1111.11111 respectively.
And when the DRB election priority of the first RB and the DRB election priority of the first RB defaulted to the second RB are both 0, the first RB compares the system ID of the home terminal with the system ID of the second RB, and when the system ID of the first RB is larger than the system ID of the second RB, the first RB elects the home terminal to be the initial DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message.
2) The ESADI protocol is enabled by the first RB and the second RB, the DRB election priority of the first RB in the ESADI protocol is 0, and the system ID of the first RB and the system ID of the second RB are 1111.1111.11111 and 2222.2222.2222 respectively.
And when the DRB election priority of the first RB and the DRB election priority of the first RB defaulted to the second RB are both 0, the first RB compares the system ID of the local terminal with the system ID of the second RB, and when the system ID of the first RB is smaller than the system ID of the second RB, the first RB elects the second RB as the initial DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message.
In this embodiment, when the system ID of the first RB is greater than the system ID of the second RB, the first RB elects the initial DRB whose home end is to send the ESADI-CSNP message, and when the system ID of the first RB is smaller than the system ID of the second RB, the first RB elects the second RB as the initial DRB whose ESADI-CSNP message is to send, so that even if there is a DRB election priority of the first RB equal to a preset value, by comparing the system ID of the first RB with the system ID of the second RB, the initial DRB whose ESADI-CSNP message is to be sent on the virtual LAN network can be elected, thereby enabling the link instance state data of the routing bridge on the virtual LAN network to be synchronized all the time.
Further, please refer to fig. 4, which is a flowchart illustrating a step S50 of the first embodiment of the present invention, wherein the step S50 of refining includes:
step S51, when the third election priority is higher than the received second election priority, the first RB election home terminal is the final DRB which sends the ESADI-CSNP message;
in this embodiment, after the first RB and the second RB establish the mutual ESADI protocol neighbor relationship, the second RB sends an ESADI-LSP message to the first RB, where the second election priority of the second RB is included in the ESADI-LSP message, the first RB compares the received second election priority of the second RB with a preset value, determines whether the second election priority is consistent with the preset value, if not, the first RB compares the third election priority of the local terminal with the second election priority, and elects to send the final DRB of the ESADI-CSNP message according to the election priority comparison result.
For example, the first RB and the second RB both enable an ESADI protocol, and the first RB and the second RB are in an ESADI protocol neighbor relationship with each other, the DRB election priority of the first RB and the second RB in the ESADI protocol is both 2 and 1, the second election priority of the second RB received by the first RB is 1, and is not consistent with 0 of the DRB election priority of the second RB, which is default before the first RB, the first RB retriggers the election mechanism to elect the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP packet, and since the third election priority of the first RB is 2 greater than the second election priority of the second RB, the first RB election home end is the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP packet.
Step S52, when the third election priority is smaller than the received second election priority, the first RB elects the second RB as the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message;
the first RB and the second RB both enable an ESADI protocol, the first RB and the second RB are in a neighbor relation of the ESADI protocol, and DRB election priorities of the first RB and the second RB in the ESADI protocol are respectively 0 and 1. The second election priority of the second RB received by the first RB is 1, and is not consistent with 0 of the previously-default DRB election priority of the second RB, the first RB retriggers the election mechanism to elect the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP packet, because the third election priority of the first RB is 0, which is smaller than the second election priority of the second RB, the first RB elects the second RB as the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP packet.
Step S53, when the third election priority is equal to the received second election priority, the first RB compares the system ID of the local terminal with the system ID of the second RB, and elects to send the final DRB of the ESADI-CSNP message according to the second comparison result.
The first RB and the second RB both enable an ESADI protocol, the first RB and the second RB are in a neighbor relation of the ESADI protocol, and the DRB election priority of the first RB and the DRB election priority of the second RB in the ESADI protocol are both 1. And if the second election priority of the second RB received by the first RB is 1 and is not consistent with 0 of the DRB election priority of the second RB defaulted before the first RB, the first RB triggers the election mechanism again to elect to send the final DRB of the ESADI-CSNP message, and because the third election priority of the first RB is 1 and is equal to the second election priority of the second RB, the first RB compares the system ID of the local terminal with the system ID of the second RB and elects to send the final DRB of the ESADI-CSNP message according to a second comparison result.
In this embodiment, when the third election priority is greater than the received second election priority, the first RB elects the final DRB of the home terminal to send the ESADI-CSNP message, when the third election priority is less than the received second election priority, the first RB elects the final DRB of the home terminal to send the ESADI-CSNP message, and when the third election priority is equal to the received second election priority, the first RB compares the system ID of the home terminal with the system ID of the second RB, and elects to send the final DRB of the ESADI-CSNP message according to the second comparison result. After the first RB and the second RB are in the neighbor relation of the ESADI protocol, when the second RB processes the ESADI-CSNP message sent by the initial DRB, the second RB finds that the ESADI-LSP message of the second RB does not exist in the first RB, the second RB sends the ESADI-LSP message containing the second election priority to the first RB, so that the first RB elects the final DRB sending the ESADI-CSNP message according to the second election priority, other routing bridges on the virtual LAN associated with the final DRB are synchronized with the link instance state data in the final DRB, and therefore routing bridges establishing the neighbor relation of the ESADI protocol can learn the MAC address of the other routing bridges.
Further, please refer to fig. 5, which is a flowchart illustrating the step of refining in step S53 according to the present invention, wherein the step of refining in step S53 includes:
step S531, when the system ID of the first RB is larger than that of the RB, the first RB elects the final DRB of which the home terminal is used for sending the ESADI-CSNP message;
step S532, when the system ID of the first RB is smaller than the system ID of the second RB, the first terminal elects the second RB as the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message.
How the above method is carried out is illustrated below by 2 specific examples.
1) The first RB and the second RB both enable an ESADI protocol, the first RB and the second RB are in a neighbor relation of the ESADI protocol, the DRB election priority of the first RB and the DRB election priority of the second RB in the ESADI protocol are both 1, and the system ID of the first RB and the system ID of the second RB are 2222.2222.2222 and 1111.1111.11111 respectively.
And when the third election priority of the first RB is 1 and is equal to the second election priority of the second RB, the first RB compares the system ID of the home terminal with the system ID of the second RB, and when the system ID of the first RB is larger than the system ID of the second RB, the first RB elects the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message.
2) The first RB and the second RB both enable an ESADI protocol, the first RB and the second RB are in a neighbor relation of the ESADI protocol, the DRB election priority of the first RB and the DRB election priority of the second RB in the ESADI protocol are both 1, and the system ID of the first RB and the system ID of the second RB are 1111.1111.11111 and 2222.2222.2222 respectively.
And when the third election priority of the first RB is 1 and is equal to the second election priority of the second RB, the first RB compares the system ID of the local terminal with the system ID of the second RB, and when the system ID of the first RB is smaller than the system ID of the second RB, the first RB elects the second RB as the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message.
In this embodiment, when the system ID of the first RB is greater than the system ID of the RB, the first RB elects the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP packet, and when the system ID of the first RB is smaller than the system ID of the second RB, the first terminal elects the second RB as the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP packet, so that even if there is a DRB election priority of the first RB equal to a DRB election priority of the second RB, the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP packet on the virtual LAN network can be elected by comparing the system ID of the first RB with the system ID of the second RB, thereby synchronizing the link instance status data of the routing bridge on the virtual LAN network.
The present invention further provides a routing bridge.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a functional block diagram of a first embodiment of the routing bridge of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the routing bridge includes: the system comprises a first election module 10, a sending module 20, a judging module 30, a second election module 40 and a third election module 50.
The first election module 10 is configured to, after the first routing bridge RB establishes a single-direction end-system address distribution ESADI protocol neighbor relationship with the second RB, elect to send an initially-assigned routing bridge DRB of an ESADI-CSNP packet according to a preset value, where the preset value is a first election priority of the second RB that is default to the first RB, and the first election priority is a minimum value in an election priority selectable value range;
in this embodiment, the routing bridge is a generic term for devices that support the ESADI protocol. When a first RB receives a link data packet (TRILL-LSP) message of a TRILL protocol sent by a second RB, the first RB establishes a single-direction ESADI protocol neighbor relation with the second RB, wherein the TRILL-LSP message supports the ESADI protocol. After the first RB establishes the neighbor relation with the ESADI protocol in the single direction of the second RB, the first election module 10 in the first RB defaults that the first election priority of the second RB in the ESADI protocol is a preset value, and the preset value is a minimum value in the selectable value range of the election priority of the DRB, for example, if the selectable value range of the election priority of the DRB is [0, 127], then the minimum value corresponding to the preset value is 0. After the first election module 10 defaults to a first election priority preset value of the second RB in the ESADI protocol, the first election module 10 elects the initial DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP packet according to the preset value, at this time, the second RB does not establish a one-way ESADI protocol neighbor relation with the first RB, and thus, the first RB generates a link state protocol data packet (ESADI-LSP) packet of the local ESADI protocol to send to the virtual LAN network associated with the first RB, and discards the received ESADI-LSP packet sent by the second RB. The initial DRB of the sent ESADI-CSNP message is selected to use a Link State Data Base (LSDB) in the initial DRB as a standard, so that after receiving the ESADI-CSNP message, other routing bridges in the virtual LAN network associated with the initial DRB compare the Link instance State database in the home terminal with the directory containing the ESADI-LSP in the ESADI-CSNP message, and if the Link instance State database in the home terminal does not have some ESADI-LSP messages in the directory containing the ESADI-LSP in the ESADI-CSNP message, the home terminal establishes an ESADI neighbor relation with other routing bridges based on the directory of the ESADI-LSP, thereby achieving synchronization of the Link instance State database.
It should be noted that the ESADI-LSP message is stored in the LSDB.
The sending module 20 is configured to send a message for establishing an ESADI protocol neighbor relation to the second RB, so that the second RB establishes an ESADI protocol neighbor relation in a single direction with the first RB based on the message for establishing the ESADI protocol neighbor relation, and sends a second election priority to the first RB;
after the first RB establishes the neighbor relationship of the ESADI protocol in the single direction with the second RB, when the second RB supports the ESADI protocol and receives the TRILL-LSP message containing the ESADI protocol sent by the sending module 20 in the first RB, with the directory of the ESADI-LSP contained in the ESADI-CSNP message sent by the initial DRB as the reference standard, the second RB establishes the neighbor relationship of the ESADI protocol in the single direction with the first RB, and the second RB defaults that the DRB election priority of the first RB in the ESADI protocol is a preset value, which is a minimum value in the selectable value range of the DRB election priority, for example, the selectable value range of the DRB election priority is [0, 127], and then the minimum value corresponding to the preset value is 0.
The judging module 30 is configured to judge whether the received second election priority is consistent with a preset value;
after the first RB receives the second election priority included in the ESADI-LSP message sent by the second RB, the determining module 30 in the first RB is invoked to determine whether the second election priority of the second RB is consistent with the first election priority of the second RB, which is defaulted to be a preset value before the first RB.
The second election module 40 is configured to elect the initial DRB as a final DRB that sends an ESADI-CSNP packet if the initial DRB is the final DRB;
if the first RB of the second election priority of the second RB is consistent with the first election priority of the previously default second RB, the first RB does not trigger a mechanism for re-electing the designated routing bridge, and the second election module 40 determines the initial DRB elected according to the preset value as the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP packet.
And the third election module 50 is configured to, if not, compare the third election priority of the home terminal with the second election priority, and elect to send the final DRB of the ESADI-CSNP message according to the election priority ratio.
If the second election priority of the second RB is not consistent with the size of the default preset value, the first RB triggers a mechanism for re-electing the designated routing bridge, and the third election module 50 in the first RB compares the third election priority of the home terminal with the second election priority to obtain an election priority ratio result, and elects the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP packet according to the election priority ratio result.
In this embodiment, after the address distribution ESADI protocol neighbor relation between the first RB and the single-direction end system of the second RB is established, the first election module 10 elects and sends the initial designated routing bridge DRB of the ESADI-CSNP packet according to the preset value, where the preset value is the minimum value of the first election priority of the second RB defaulted by the first RB in the election priority selectable value range, the sending module 20 sends the packet establishing the ESADI protocol neighbor relation to the second RB, so that the second RB establishes the single-direction ESADI protocol neighbor relation with the first RB, and sends the second election priority to the first RB, the determining module 30 determines whether the received second election priority is consistent with the preset value, if yes, the second election module 40 elects the initial DRB as the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP packet, if no, the third election module 50 compares the third election priority of this end with the second election priority, and selecting the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message according to the selection priority ratio.
Further, based on the first embodiment, a second embodiment of the routing bridge of the present invention is provided, and in this embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the first election module 10 includes a comparison unit 11, a first election unit 12, and a second election unit 13.
The comparison unit 11 is configured to compare the third election priority of the home terminal with a preset value;
the first election unit 12 is configured to elect the initial DRB at the home terminal to send an ESADI-CSNP packet when the third election priority is greater than a preset value;
in this embodiment, after the first RB establishes the ESADI protocol neighbor relation in the single direction with the second RB, the comparing unit 11 in the first RB compares the third election priority of the local terminal with the preset value, and determines the third election priority and the preset value. For example, both the first RB and the second RB enable the ESADI protocol, the DRB election priority of the first RB in the ESADI protocol is 1, and after the first RB establishes a unidirectional ESADI protocol neighbor relationship with the second RB, the first RB defaults that the DRB election priority of the second RB is 0, so that the first election unit 12 elects the initial DRB whose local end periodically sends the ESADI-CSNP packet.
And the second election unit 13 is configured to, when the third election priority is equal to the preset value, compare the system ID of the home terminal with the system ID of the second RB, and elect to send the initial DRB of the ESADI-CSNP packet according to the first comparison result.
The first RB and the second RB both enable an ESADI protocol, the DRB election priority of the first RB in the ESADI protocol is 0, and after the first RB establishes a neighbor relation with the ESADI protocol in the single direction of the second RB, the first RB defaults the DRB election priority of the second RB to be 0, so that the second election unit 13 in the first RB compares the system ID of the local terminal with the system ID of the second RB, and elects to send the initial DRB of the ESADI-CSNP message according to a first comparison result.
The second election unit 13 is further configured to elect the home terminal as an initial DRB for sending an ESADI-CSNP packet when the system ID of the first RB is greater than the system ID of the second RB;
the second election unit 13 is further configured to elect the second RB as an initial DRB for sending an ESADI-CSNP message when the system ID of the first RB is smaller than the system ID of the second RB.
When the DRB election priority of the first RB and the default DRB of the first RB is 0, the second election unit 13 in the first RB compares the system ID of the home terminal with the system ID of the second RB, and when the system ID of the first RB is greater than the system ID of the second RB, the second election unit 13 in the first RB elects the home terminal as the initial DRB that sends the ESADI-CSNP message.
2) The ESADI protocol is enabled by the first RB and the second RB, the DRB election priority of the first RB in the ESADI protocol is 0, and the system ID of the first RB and the system ID of the second RB are 1111.1111.11111 and 2222.2222.2222 respectively.
And when the DRB election priority of the first RB and the DRB election priority of the first RB defaulted to the second RB are both 0, comparing the system ID of the local terminal with the system ID of the second RB in the first RB, and when the system ID of the first RB is smaller than the system ID of the second RB, electing the second RB by the first RB as the initial DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message.
In this embodiment, the third election priority of the home terminal is compared with the preset value by the comparison unit 11 in the first RB, when the third election priority is greater than the preset value, the first election unit 12 elects the initial DRB of the home terminal for sending the ESADI-CSNP packet, and when the third election priority is equal to the preset value, the second election unit 13 compares the system ID of the home terminal with the system ID of the second RB, and elects the initial DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP packet according to the first comparison result, so that the initial DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP packet always exists on the virtual LAN network, and thus the link instance status data of the routing bridge on the virtual LAN network is always synchronized.
Further, based on any of the above embodiments, a third embodiment of the routing bridge of the present invention is proposed, and in this embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the third election module 50 includes a third election unit 51, a fourth election unit 52, and a fifth election unit 53.
The third election unit 51 is configured to, when the third election priority is greater than the received second election priority, elect the home terminal as the final DRB that sends the ESADI-CSNP packet;
in this embodiment, after the first RB and the second RB establish the mutual ESADI protocol neighbor relationship, the second RB sends an ESADI-LSP message to the first RB, where the second election priority of the second RB is included in the ESADI-LSP message, the first RB compares the received second election priority of the second RB with a preset value, determines whether the second election priority is consistent with the preset value, if not, the first RB compares the third election priority of the local terminal with the second election priority, and elects to send the final DRB of the ESADI-CSNP message according to the election priority comparison result.
For example, the ESADI protocol is enabled by both the first RB and the second RB, the DRB election priority of the first RB and the DRB election priority of the second RB in the ESADI protocol are both 2 and 1, the second election priority of the second RB received by the first RB is 1, and is not consistent with 0 of the DRB election priority of the second RB that is previously defaulted by the first RB, the third election unit 51 in the first RB retriggers the election mechanism to elect the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP packet, and since the third election priority of the first RB is 2 greater than the second election priority of the second RB, the third election unit 51 in the first RB elects the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP packet at its end.
The fourth election unit 52 is configured to elect the second RB as the final DRB to send the ESADI-CSNP packet when the third election priority is lower than the received second election priority;
the ESADI protocol is enabled by both the first RB and the second RB, the DRB election priority of the first RB and the DRB election priority of the second RB in the ESADI protocol is 0 and 1, respectively, the second election priority of the second RB received by the first RB is 1, and is not consistent with the previously default 0 of the DRB election priority of the second RB, then the fourth election unit 52 in the first RB retriggers the election mechanism to elect the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message, because the third election priority of the first RB is 0 smaller than the second election priority of the second RB, the fourth election unit 52 elects the second RB as the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message.
And the fifth election unit 53 is configured to, when the third election priority is equal to the received second election priority, compare the system ID of the home terminal with the system ID of the second RB, and elect to send the final DRB of the ESADI-CSNP packet according to the second comparison result.
The first RB and the second RB both enable an ESADI protocol, the first RB and the second RB are in a neighbor relation of the ESADI protocol, and the DRB election priority of the first RB and the DRB election priority of the second RB in the ESADI protocol are both 1. The second election priority of the second RB received by the first RB is 1, and is not consistent with 0 of the previously default DRB election priority of the second RB, the fifth election unit 53 in the first RB triggers the election mechanism again to elect to send the final DRB of the ESADI-CSNP packet, because the third election priority of the first RB is 1 equal to the second election priority of the second RB, the fifth election unit 53 in the first RB compares the system ID of the local terminal with the system ID of the second RB, and elects to send the final DRB of the ESADI-CSNP packet according to the second comparison result.
The fifth election unit 53 is further configured to elect the final DRB that sends the ESADI-CSNP packet when the system ID of the first RB is greater than the system ID of the RB;
the fifth election unit 53 is further configured to elect the second RB as the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message when the system ID of the first RB is smaller than the system ID of the second RB.
When the third election priority of the first RB is 1 and is equal to the second election priority of the second RB, the first RB compares the system ID of the home terminal with the system ID of the second RB, and when the system ID of the first RB is greater than the system ID of the second RB, the fifth election unit 53 in the first RB elects the final DRB whose home terminal is to send an ESADI-CSNP packet.
When the third election priority of the first RB is 1 and is equal to the second election priority of the second RB, the first RB compares the system ID of the local terminal with the system ID of the second RB, and when the system ID of the first RB is smaller than the system ID of the second RB, the fifth election unit 53 elects the second RB as the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message.
In this embodiment, when the third election priority is greater than the second election priority, the third election unit 51 elects the first RB as the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message, when the third election priority is less than the second election priority, the fourth election unit 52 elects the second RB as the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message, and when the third election priority is equal to the second election priority, the fifth election unit 53 compares the system ID of the first RB with the system ID of the second RB, and elects the final DRB for sending the ESADI-CSNP message according to the second comparison result.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes, which are made by using the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
