The multi-functional intercom of claim 1, wherein: each pair of two nested sub-rods or two nested sub-tubes of the telescopic rod and the first telescopic tube and the second telescopic tube are respectively a first pull rod and a second pull rod, and the first pull rod is sleeved on the second pull rod; a plurality of disc spring seats are symmetrically fixed on two sides of the outer wall of the second pull rod, grooves for mounting disc springs are formed in one ends, facing the inner wall of the first pull rod, of the disc spring seats, small end faces of the disc springs can extend out of the groove openings of the grooves, and balls are fixed on the small end faces; two sliding grooves parallel to the axis of the first pull rod are symmetrically formed in two sides of the inner wall of the first pull rod, and a plurality of through holes penetrating through the wall of the first pull rod are formed in the bottoms of the sliding grooves; when the second pull rod is pulled to axially and relatively slide in the first pull rod, the ball slides in the sliding groove and slides into and extends out of the through hole under the action of the disc spring, so that the relative positions of the first pull rod and the second pull rod are fixed; when the ball is pressed back into the through hole at the position where the ball is exposed on the outer wall of the first pull rod, all the balls slide out of the through hole and can enter the sliding groove again.
