Abstract
The invention discloses an insulation protection device of a flexible cable middle quick connector, which comprises an insulation base, a plurality of insulation fixing plates, an insulation cable seat and an insulation upper cover, wherein the insulation fixing plates are arranged on the insulation base; the insulated cable seat is made of flexible silicon rubber and is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped grooves which are open on the top surface and penetrate front and back, the strip-shaped grooves are mutually independent, a partition board is arranged between two side walls in each strip-shaped groove, and a discharge gap is formed in each strip-shaped groove through the partition board; the insulation upper cover is sleeved on the insulation cable holder in an outer sleeved mode, and the insulation cable holder and the insulation base are fixedly connected with the insulation fixing plate in an inserting mode through the inserting grooves. The insulation protection device can realize 6 protection functions of high temperature prevention, slip prevention, ground loss prevention, short circuit prevention, water immersion prevention and wear prevention, and meanwhile, the volume is further reduced through structural design, the insulation protection device is lighter and easier to carry, and the cost is saved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of power distribution network load transfer and power supply, in particular to an insulation protection device of a flexible cable middle quick connector.
Background
Since 2014, the field of load-to-power supply of domestic 10kV (0.4 kV) distribution network has great innovation and development by using flexible cable working tools, and various working tools are developed, wherein a flexible cable middle quick connector is an important tool for quickly connecting flexible cables, and because of the reliability problem of connection, the middle quick connector is easy to heat, and equipment faults such as ground loss, short circuit and the like are caused by the existence of a discharge gap, thereby affecting the safety of a power grid and personal injury, and causing adverse social influence.
Aiming at the potential safety hazard, protection box devices of intermediate quick connectors of different types of flexible cables are developed at home, and mainly three-phase intermediate quick connectors of flexible cables are placed in protection boxes made of epoxy resin plates or split-phase. The existing protection box device has the following problems: 1. the heat resistance of the flexible cable is generally high, the temperature resistance is not more than 100 ℃, the adhesive force is low, and the middle quick connector of the protected flexible cable is easy to slip and run out and loses the protection effect; 2. the single-slot type protection box shared by the three-phase flexible cable middle quick connector cannot effectively prevent interphase short circuit faults, the requirement that the discharge gap is larger than 15cm is not considered in general for three-phase separation type protection boxes with the requirement that the discharge gap is larger than 15cm are large in size, heavy, high in manufacturing cost and difficult to carry; 3. the epoxy resin plate is directly insulated and isolated from the ground, is easy to wear, and is easy to cause ground discharge and water inlet short circuit; 4. the unreasonable structure setting leads to the volume great, and assembly and use operation are difficult.
Therefore, the development of a high-performance insulation protection device has important significance for improving the power supply reliability.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the existing flexible cable intermediate quick connector protection box, the invention provides the insulating protection device for the flexible cable intermediate quick connector, which mainly realizes 6 protection functions of high temperature prevention, anti-slipping, ground loss prevention, short circuit prevention, water immersion prevention and wear prevention, and meanwhile, the volume is further reduced through structural design, and the insulating protection device is lighter, easier to carry and saves the cost.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows:
an insulation protection device of a flexible cable intermediate quick connector comprises an insulation base, a plurality of insulation fixing plates, an insulation cable seat and an insulation upper cover; the insulation fixing plates are fixed on the insulation base; the insulated cable seat is made of flexible silicon rubber, the insulated cable seat is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped grooves which are opened on the top surface and penetrate front and back, the strip-shaped grooves are mutually independent, a partition board is arranged between two side walls in each strip-shaped groove, and a discharge gap is formed in each strip-shaped groove through the partition board; the insulated cable seat is provided with a plurality of slots which are opened at the bottom surface and are arranged in a staggered manner with the strip-shaped slots, and the slots are in one-to-one correspondence with the insulated fixing plates; the insulating upper cover comprises a top plate and side plates, wherein the side plates on the front side and the rear side are respectively provided with notches which are in one-to-one correspondence with the strip-shaped grooves; the insulation upper cover is sleeved on the insulation cable holder in an outer sleeved mode, and the insulation cable holder and the insulation base are fixedly connected with the insulation fixing plate in an inserting mode through the inserting grooves.
Optionally, the plurality of strip-shaped grooves are arranged in parallel, the insulated cable seat forms the slots on two sides of the strip-shaped groove area and between the adjacent strip-shaped grooves, and the slots are arranged in parallel.
Optionally, the plurality of insulating fixed plates are arranged on the insulating base in parallel, and the insulating fixed plates are perpendicular to the insulating base.
Optionally, the insulating fixing plate is inserted into the insulating cable seat at a height higher than the height of the partition plate.

4. the waterproof and dampproof level is improved, and the relative discharge and interphase short circuit caused by soaking are prevented;
5. the insulating upper cover has a fixed limit function and prevents slipping;
6. the base and the ground contact support leg are added, so that direct abrasion protection insulation is prevented.
Through realizing above 6 safeguard functions, will improve flexible cable middle quick-operation joint's safe and reliable operational capability in protector greatly, ensure that the bypass changes the effective implementation of supplying electric charge, promote the power supply enterprise and further promote the power supply reliability.

Detailed Description
The principles and features of the present invention are described below with reference to the drawings, the examples are illustrated for the purpose of illustrating the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-3, an insulation protection device of a flexible cable middle quick connector comprises an insulation base 1, a plurality of insulation fixing plates 2, an insulation cable seat 3 and an insulation upper cover 4; the insulation fixing plates 2 are fixed on the insulation base 1; the insulated cable seat 3 is made of flexible silicone rubber, the insulated cable seat is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped grooves 31 which are opened on the top surface and penetrate front and back, the strip-shaped grooves 31 are mutually independent, a partition plate 32 is arranged between two side walls in each strip-shaped groove 31, and a discharge gap is formed in each strip-shaped groove 31 through the partition plate 32; the insulated cable seat 3 is provided with a plurality of slots 33 which are opened at the bottom surface and are arranged in a staggered manner with the strip-shaped slots 31, and the slots 33 are in one-to-one correspondence with and are matched with the insulated fixing plates 2; the insulating upper cover 4 comprises a top plate 41 and side plates 42, wherein the side plates 42 on the front side and the rear side are respectively provided with notches 43 corresponding to the strip-shaped grooves 31 one by one; the insulation upper cover 4 is sleeved on the insulation cable holder 3, and the insulation cable holder 3 and the insulation base 1 are fixedly inserted into the insulation fixing plate 2 through the slot 33.
The insulating base 1, the insulating fixing plate 2 and the insulating upper cover 4 are respectively formed by one-step molding of hard insulating materials, such as polyethylene plates.
The insulating base 1 has the main functions of reinforcing interlayer insulation between the middle quick connector of the flexible cable and the ground; secondly, play the hard support effect to insulating protective sheath, promoted insulating protector's stability. The bottom surface interval of insulating base 1 is equipped with a plurality of stabilizer blades 11, for example three parallel arrangement's bar stabilizer blade, makes insulating protector and ground separation, is favorable to preventing that the insulating level that water logging caused from falling and causing cable intermediate quick-operation joint to discharge and cause alternate short circuit, simultaneously as the stabilizer blade, has avoided the friction damage of insulating protector and ground.
The insulation fixing plates 2 are arranged on the insulation base 1 in parallel, and the insulation fixing plates 2 are perpendicular to the insulation base 1. The plurality of strip-shaped grooves 31 are arranged in parallel, the insulated cable seat 3 forms the slots 33 at two sides of the strip-shaped groove area and between the adjacent strip-shaped grooves, and the slots 33 are arranged in parallel. Referring to fig. 4, the depth of the slot 33 is matched with the height of the insulating fixing plate 2, and the height of the insulating fixing plate 2 inserted into the insulating cable seat 3 is higher than the height of the partition plate 32, so that on one hand, the fixing effect of the insulating cable seat 3 and the insulating base 1 is realized; on the other hand plays the supporting role, strengthens the intensity and the hardness of the insulating cable seat 3, ensures that the insulating cable seat 3 is not deformed, simultaneously does not influence the middle quick connector of the flexible cable to be placed in the insulating cable seat 3, and simultaneously further improves the stability of the insulating protection device. In addition, by the above-mentioned three-layer isolation structure of the silicon rubber insulating material-insulating fixing plate-silicon rubber insulating material formed between the adjacent strip-shaped grooves 31, the interphase insulating isolation capability is effectively improved, and interphase short-circuit faults are prevented.
The strip-shaped groove 31 is a U-shaped groove, the notch 43 of the insulating upper cover is of an inverted U shape, and the notch and the inverted U-shaped groove are matched to form an oval through hole. The flexible cable and the middle quick connector are arranged in the U-shaped groove, two ends of the flexible cable are led out from the oval through holes, the limiting effect is further achieved, the insulating upper cover 4 cannot slip off and run, and meanwhile, the functions of preventing rainwater and external force damage are remarkably enhanced.
Referring to fig. 4-5, an insulation protection device applied to a 10kV/0.4kV bypass three-phase flexible cable intermediate quick connector is further described below as an example.
The insulated cable seat 3 is provided with three parallel arranged strip-shaped grooves 31-1, 31-2 and 31-3; the partition plate 32-1 of the middle strip-shaped groove 31-1 is composed of a left sub-partition plate 324 and a right sub-partition plate 324, one side of each sub-partition plate 324 is respectively connected with the side wall of the middle strip-shaped groove 31-1, and a discharge gap a is formed between the other sides; one side of a partition plate 32-2 of the left side bar groove 31-2 is connected with the right side wall of the left side bar groove 31-2, and the other side of the partition plate and the left side wall of the left side bar groove 31-2 form a discharge gap b; one side of the partition plate 32-3 of the right side bar groove 31-3 is connected with the left side wall of the right side bar groove 31-3, and the other side forms a discharge gap c with the right side wall of the right side bar groove 31-2. The three-phase flexible cables are respectively placed in the three strip-shaped grooves, the distance between the middle cable and the cables at the two sides is the distance between the center lines of the two strip-shaped grooves, and the discharge gap is the distance between the discharge gaps (a and b, a and c), namely the distance between the two center lines is larger than the distance between the two center lines, so that the distance between the two-phase cables is reduced on the premise of ensuring the safe inter-phase discharge gap, the requirement that the discharge gap is larger than 15cm can be met without setting the distance between the two cables, and the whole volume is reduced.
Further, the partitions 32-2 and 32-3 are respectively provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 325, and the reinforcing ribs 325 extend in the left-right direction and are arranged in parallel at intervals to improve the supporting force of the partitions, so that the partitions are kept in a horizontal state. Still further, referring to fig. 6, the two side bar grooves 31-2 and 31-3 are respectively provided with a supporting bar 326 on the side wall far from the middle bar groove 31-1, and one sides of the corresponding partition plates 32-2 and 32-3 forming a gap are respectively overlapped on the supporting bar 326 to further avoid sagging of the partition plates.
The arrangement of the insulating cable seat 3 ensures the interlayer insulation between the middle quick connector of the flexible cable and the insulation requirement of an air discharge gap between the ground and the air discharge gap between the middle quick connector of the flexible cable and the phase; secondly, the silicon rubber has better adhesive force due to the scalability, plasticity and elasticity, so that the middle quick connector of the flexible cable in the insulating protective sleeve can be ensured not to slip off, and the running stability is ensured; in addition, compared with similar products, the novel and reasonable structural design greatly reduces the volume of the insulation protection device, lightens the weight, is easy to carry, reduces materials and saves the cost.
The above embodiment is only used for further illustrating the insulation protection device of the intermediate quick connector of the flexible cable, but the invention is not limited to the embodiment, and any simple modification, equivalent variation and modification of the above embodiment according to the technical substance of the invention falls within the protection scope of the technical proposal of the invention.
