In the prior art, when collecting each geographical location interest point, a user needs to input a search term to be searched to determine the related content of the interest point.

the determining unit is used for determining prompt information according to the obtained prompt request, the prompt information comprises interest point information related to the search keyword, the interest point information comprises information to be acquired of a geographic position to be searched, the server is provided with a map navigation interest point database, and the geographic position to be searched is the geographic position, determined by the server from the map navigation interest point database, of which the distance between the geographic position to be searched and the current geographic position is smaller than a preset distance;
the sending unit is used for sending the prompt information to the terminal, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user to search, and the information to be acquired of the geographic position to be searched in the prompt information is used for the user to select the geographic position to be searched so as to acquire the geographic position to be searched.

The server according to claim 12, wherein the determining unit is specifically configured to retrieve a POI database according to the geographic location information of the current geographic location and a search keyword; and determining all the interest point information which meets the preset condition of the geographic position information of the current geographic position and comprises the search keyword as the prompt information.
14. The server according to claim 13, wherein the preset condition comprises: distance conditions, click through volume of points of interest, classification of points of interest, and/or update time.
