Example 1
In the present embodiment, a turntable 1000 is proposed. The turntable 1000 is used for installing a projection lens, wherein a through hole 1100 is arranged on the turntable 1000, and a projection lens 1200 is arranged right above the through hole 1100. The light emitted from the light source irradiates the projection lens 1200 through the through hole 1100, and then the pattern on the projection lens 1200 is displayed.
For the projection lens 1200 with different thickness, the distance between the projection lens 1200 and the light source needs to be adjusted to optimize the definition and the projection effect of the projection.
For this reason, in the present embodiment, the projection lens 1200 is movably disposed with respect to the turntable 1000, and at the same time, the adjusting member 1300 for adjusting the vertical distance between the projection lens 1200 and the turntable 1000 is disposed on the turntable 1000, so that the vertical distance between the projection lens 1200 and the turntable 1000 can be adjusted by the adjusting member 1300.
On an advertising projection lamp, the distance between the light source and the dial 1000 is fixed, and the distance between the light source and the projection lens 1200 can be changed by adjusting the distance between the projection lens 1200 and the dial 1000.
When the advertisement projection lamp is operated, the projection lens 1200 should be located right above the through hole 1100, but the position of the projection lens 1200 is changed due to the deviation of installation or other external factors, so as to affect the projection effect.
For this reason, in the present embodiment, a limiting structure for limiting the movable range of the projection lens 1200 is correspondingly disposed around the through hole 1100. The movable range of projection is limited by the limiting structure, so that the movable range of the projection lens 1200 is fixed in a certain range, and the through hole 1100 can be aligned more accurately. Meanwhile, due to the existence of the limiting structure, the position of the projection lens 1200 can be conveniently adjusted, so that the projection effect can be optimal.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, a turntable 1000 is provided, a through hole 1100 is provided on the turntable 1000, a projection lens 1200 is provided right above the through hole 1100, and the projection lens 1200 is movably disposed relative to the turntable 1000.
The cross-sectional shape of the through-holes may be circular or rectangular, and in other embodiments, the shape of the through-holes may be configured as desired.
The turntable 1000 is provided with an adjusting member 1300 for adjusting a vertical distance between the projection lens 1200 and the turntable 1000. The periphery of the through hole 1100 is correspondingly provided with a limiting structure for limiting the movable range of the projection lens 1200.
In this embodiment, the adjustment member 1300 is selected to be a bolt. Screw holes are formed in corresponding positions of the turntable 1000, and the bolts correspond to the screw holes, so that the bolts are in threaded connection with the turntable 1000.
As can be seen from fig. 1, the bolt is located between the turntable 1000 and the projection lens 1200, and the vertical distance between the projection lens 1200 and the turntable 1000 is adjusted by the bolt.
The projection lens 1200 is attached to the bolt, and the bolt has a supporting force on the projection lens 1200. Since the projection lens 1200 is movably disposed with respect to the turntable 1000, when the bolt is screwed on the turntable 1000 at different depths, the vertical distance between the projection lens 1200 and the turntable 1000 is changed due to the supporting force of the bolt. Thereby achieving the adjustment of the vertical distance between the projection lens 1200 and the turntable 1000.
The bolts are arranged in a plurality, and are distributed in an annular array around the through hole 1100. In the present embodiment, each through hole 1100 is provided with 3 bolts. In other embodiments, the number of bolts may be set as desired.
In order to facilitate replacement and installation of the projection lens 1200 and adjustment of the distance between the projection lens 1200 and the turntable 1000, and simultaneously, in order to achieve movable connection between the projection lens 1200 and the turntable 1000, in this embodiment, the projection lens 1200 is detachably connected with the limiting structure.
For this purpose, the limit structure may be provided with a magnet 1500, and correspondingly, the projection lens 1200 may be provided with an iron piece. The magnetic field force is utilized to realize the detachable connection between the projection lens 1200 and the limiting mechanism.
In this embodiment, the limiting structure includes a plurality of positioning posts 1400 disposed parallel to each other, the positioning posts 1400 are disposed around the through hole, and the projection lens 1200 is disposed between the positioning posts 1400. The positioning columns corresponding to each through hole are distributed in an annular array around the through hole.
In this embodiment, each through hole 1100 corresponds to three positioning posts 1400, wherein adjacent through holes 1100 share the same positioning post 1400. Wherein, the magnet 1500 is disposed on the positioning column 1400.
In the present embodiment, the projection lens 1200 is provided as a circular lens. Meanwhile, since the limiting structure in the present embodiment is formed of a plurality of positioning posts 1400 distributed in an annular array, an inscribed circle is included between the positioning posts 1400.
To mount the projection lens 1200 between the posts 1400, the radius of the inscribed circle should be greater than or equal to the radius of the projection lens 1200.
Since the distance between the projection lens 1200 and the turntable 1000 needs to be adjusted by the bolts, the cross-sectional area of the through hole 1100 should be smaller than that of the projection lens 1200, so that it is convenient to ensure that the projection lens 1200 can be contacted with the bolts provided on the turntable 1000. If the cross-sectional area of the through-hole 1100 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the projection lens 1200: on the one hand, the position of the bolt is difficult to set; another advantage is that light can pass through the gap between the through hole 1100 and the projection lens 1200 during projection, so that the projected effect is affected.
In this embodiment, the turntable 1000 may alternatively be made of plastic. The plastic product has low price and is easy to be molded.

Various plastic products made from the raw materials have the following comprehensive performance characteristics: the price is low; the product is easy to mold; the plastic product is light; the corrosion resistance is good.
Plastics and their finished products are of many kinds. The plastic products are classified according to the purposes of the plastic products and can be classified into general plastics, engineering plastics, high-temperature resistant plastics and special-purpose plastics.
In view of manufacturing costs and use, a general purpose plastic may be selected here.
There are many molding processes for plastic products, such as injection molding, blow molding, compression molding, vacuum molding, extrusion molding, calendaring and casting. The specific material is to select the molding process according to the shape of the product, the processed raw material, etc.
The turntable 1000 may be manufactured by an injection molding process.
The plastic product injection molding production characteristics are as follows: can be molded in an injection mold in a short time, and has simple production process and high efficiency. The injection molding can be used for molding parts with complex appearance at one time, and the dimension is accurate.
The mold is manufactured according to the shape and size of the turntable 1000. The raw materials are prepared, molded in injection molding equipment, and the turntable 1000 is manufactured through the subsequent procedures of heat treatment and the like.
In other embodiments, the turntable 1000 can be made of other materials. For example, the turntable 1000 may be made of a metal material such as an aluminum alloy.
In this embodiment, a plurality of through holes 1100 are provided on the turntable 1000, and an annular array is distributed on the turntable 1000. A projection lens 1200 may be disposed directly above each through hole 1100, and when the turntable 1000 rotates, the position of the projection lens 1200 directly in front of the light source changes accordingly, and when the projection lens 1200 at different positions rotates to directly in front of the light source, a pattern on the corresponding projection lens 1200 is projected. Whereby a better advertising effect can be achieved.
Example 3
In the present embodiment, an advertisement projection lamp is provided with the dial 1000 as set forth in the above embodiment.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to realize the rotation of the turntable 1000, a first gear 2100 is fixedly provided on the turntable 1000, and a connection shaft is provided on the fixing plate 2300, and the first gear 2100 is rotatably connected with the connection shaft. Meanwhile, a motor 2000 is fixed to the fixed plate 2300, and a second gear 2200 is provided to a driving shaft of the motor 2000, the second gear 2200 being engaged with the first gear 2100. After the motor 2000 is started, the second gear 2200 is driven by the driving shaft to rotate, and then drives the first gear 2100 to rotate, and the turntable 1000 and the first gear 2100 synchronously rotate because the first gear 2100 is fixedly connected with the turntable 1000.
In other embodiments, the turntable 1000 may be directly driven by the motor 2000, or may be driven to rotate by other structures or means.
