Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Example one
The embodiment relates to a light guide strip, which comprises a strip-shaped core body for transmitting light emitted by a light source, a first reflecting part and a second reflecting part in the whole structure.
The first reflecting part is formed on the core body along the length direction of the core body so as to reflect the emitted light transmitted by the core body to form main emitted light; the second reflecting part is at least one formed on the outer surface of the core body, and reflects the emitted light transmitted by the core body to form secondary emitted light, so that the secondary emitted light and the main emitted light form an included angle, namely the secondary emitted light and the main emitted light form a non-parallel arrangement. The light guide strip of this embodiment can improve the transmission effect of light guide strip to the emitted light through the setting of first reflection part and second reflection part.
Based on the above design concept, an exemplary structure of the light guide strip 1 of the present embodiment is shown in fig. 1, an overall structure of the core 11 is a strip, which may be a curved shape shown in fig. 1 or a straight shape, wherein the core 11 is made of PC, PMMA or other colorless and colored transparent materials. The first reflection portion 12 is a toothed stripe formed on the core 11, and the length thereof is slightly smaller than the length of the core 11, and after the first reflection portion 12 reflects the emitted light transmitted by the core 11 to form main emitted light 121 as described below, the light guide bar 1 can be lit, as shown in fig. 5, the first reflection portion 12 is located on the back surface of the core 11, that is, the surface opposite to the lit surface of the light guide bar 1, and is disposed to be recessed in the outer surface of the light guide bar 1. As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the second reflection portion 13 is also a tooth-shaped stripe formed on the core 11, which may be one or a plurality of tooth-shaped stripes formed on the core 11, as shown in fig. 5, the second reflection portion 13 is disposed on the upper surface of the core 11, that is, the surface adjacent to the illuminated surface of the light guide bar 1, and the second reflection portion 13 is also disposed recessed in the outer surface of the light guide bar 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, the light guide bar 1 related to this embodiment can be fixedly connected to the decoration frame 2 described below, wherein the light guide bar 1 is provided with a plug-in structure, the plug-in structure includes a first plug-in portion 141 disposed at one end of the light guide bar 1 and a second plug-in portion 142 spaced from the first plug-in portion 141, the first plug-in portion 141 is an L-shaped plug-in plate, a plug-in hole 1411 is disposed at the other end of the L-shaped plug-in plate away from the connection end with the light guide bar 1, the second plug-in portion 142 is a 1-shaped plug-in bar or plug-in plate, and the plug-in hole 1411 and the second plug-in portion 142 are respectively fixedly connected to corresponding positions of the decoration.
Example two
The embodiment relates to a vehicle lamp, and the vehicle lamp is provided with a light guide bar in the first embodiment.
As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, the vehicle lamp has a decorative frame 2 and a light source fixedly connected to the decorative frame 2, the light guide bar 1 of the first embodiment is connected to the decorative frame 2, and a third reflection portion 21 for reflecting the auxiliary emission light 131 to form a reflection light is disposed on the decorative frame 2, wherein the reflection light is disposed on one side of the main emission light 121. After the sub-reflected light 131 is reflected into reflected light by the third reflecting part 21, the main reflected light 121 on the same side reflected by the first reflecting part 12 is matched, so that the width of the light band is not limited by the shape of the light guide bar 1 but can be changed as required without changing the structure of the light guide bar 1.
In order to make the light guide bar have a good transmission effect on the emitted light, as shown in fig. 5, an included angle α between the main emitted light 121 formed by the reflected light of the emitted light transmitted by the core 11 reflected by the first reflecting portion 12 and the sub-emitted light 131 formed by the reflected light of the second reflecting portion 13 is greater than 90 degrees and less than 180 degrees, so as to make the transmission effect on the reflected light better, the main emitted light 121 and the sub-emitted light 131 can be designed to have no interference, and repeated experiments prove that the transmission effect is better when the included angle α between the sub-emitted light 131 and the main emitted light 121 is 120 degrees. To be visually integrated with the lighted light guide bar, the third reflection portion 21 emits the reflected light of the sub reflected light 131 on the same side as the main emitted light 121.
As shown in fig. 4, the decoration frame 2 is similar to a rectangular parallelepiped with a certain length, and in order to ensure the lighting effect, each surface of the decoration frame 2 may be aluminized as required, and the accommodation portion 22 recessed in the decoration frame 2 is disposed on the length of the decoration frame 2, the light guide bar 1 in embodiment 1 may be positioned and installed in the accommodation portion 22, where the accommodation portion 22 is a U-shaped installation slot shown in fig. 4, one end of the installation slot is disposed with a first positioning portion 24 (i.e., a first positioning hole shown in fig. 4) corresponding to the insertion hole 1411, and by using an external locking mechanism, the insertion hole 1411 and the first positioning portion 24 may be fixedly connected by a bolt, and a second positioning portion 25 (i.e., a second positioning hole shown in fig. 4) is disposed on the installation slot at a position spaced from the first positioning portion 24 and corresponding to the second insertion portion 142. A cavity 23 protruding outward at the bottom of the receiving portion 22 is formed in the width direction of the decorative frame 2, the cavity 23 may be a trapezoid as shown in fig. 2, a third reflection portion 21 is arranged in the cavity 23, wherein the third reflection portion 21 is a reflector with a light distribution pattern formed on the surface, and the surface of the cavity 23 is plated with aluminum to ensure the lighting effect. A fixing block fixedly connected with a light source is arranged at one end of the decoration frame 2, wherein the light source is emitted by the LED particles 31 in the LED module 3 shown in fig. 6, and the LED module 3 further comprises a PCB, a heat sink, a driving part and the like.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
