Abstract
The invention relates to a retractable sand control screen pipe and a method. The device mainly comprises a punching base pipe, a shearing ring, an upper baffle ring, a contraction ring, a segmented liner pipe, a composite screen, a supporting ring, a lower baffle ring, corresponding shear pins and the like. Wherein the shear ring is fastened on the perforated base pipe through shear pins; the support rings are uniformly welded on the perforated base pipe; the contraction ring is respectively arranged on the lower part of the shear ring and the support ring; the piece-dividing liner tube is evenly stacked on the contraction ring in a piece-dividing way; the upper baffle ring and the lower baffle ring are respectively welded at two ends of the composite screen, wherein the upper baffle ring is fastened on the shear ring through shear pins. The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the composite screen mesh can shrink to a certain extent under certain conditions, so that locking matters such as gravel, stratum sand, oil sludge and the like are manually filled outside the sand control screen mesh to loosen, and locking resistance of the sand control screen mesh is reduced, so that salvaging treatment of a sand control pipe column is facilitated.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a sand control oil extraction device and method of a loose sandstone reservoir in the petroleum industry, in particular to a retractable sand control screen tube and method.
Background
In petroleum exploitation engineering, sand-preventing screen is one kind of important underground equipment for oil and gas well completion and oil extraction, and its main function is to prevent stratum sand from entering well bore with produced fluid. After stratum sand enters a shaft, pump clamping, sand burying underground pipe columns or sand burying hydrocarbon reservoirs are easily caused, and the conditions frequently occur, so that production stopping of an oil-gas well is caused. At present, sand control screens applied on site are more in variety and commonly comprise screens such as wire winding, screens and the like. In the later production period of an oil-gas well using the sand control screen, the sand control screen needs to be fished out of a shaft, various sand control screens are commonly used at present, the outer diameter of the sand control screen is larger than the outer diameter of a base pipe, the sand control screen is buried and locked by manually filling gravel, stratum sand or oil sludge and the like, the sand control screen is fished out of the shaft, special equipment and teams are needed, and the salvaging operation cost is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at overcoming the defects in the prior art, and provides a retractable sand control screen and a method, when the sand control screen radially contracts, manual gravel filling at the outer side of the sand control screen can loosen, once the locking objects loosen, the resistance of the sand control screen to be pulled out of a shaft can be reduced, and the difficulty of salvaging the sand control screen can be reduced.
The invention relates to a contractible sand control screen pipe, which comprises a punching base pipe (1), a shearing ring shear pin (2), a shearing ring (3), an upper baffle ring shear pin (4), an upper baffle ring (5), a contraction ring, a segmented liner pipe (7), a composite screen (8), a support ring and a lower baffle ring (13), wherein the shearing ring (3) is fastened on the outer wall of the upper end of the punching base pipe (1) through the shearing ring shear pin (2), the upper baffle ring (5) is connected on the outer side of the shearing ring (3) through the upper baffle ring shear pin (4), and the lower baffle ring (13) is arranged on the lower part of the punching base pipe (1); the outer wall evenly distributed of base pipe (1) punches a plurality of holding rings, support the burst bushing pipe (7) in the outside the holding ring through installing the shrink ring, the outside of burst bushing pipe (7) is equipped with compound screen cloth (8).

The shrinkage ring is provided with an upper shrinkage ring (6), a middle shrinkage ring (9) and a lower shrinkage ring (11), the upper shrinkage ring (6) is arranged on the outer side of the shear ring (3), the middle shrinkage ring (9) is arranged on the outer side of the upper support ring (10), the lower shrinkage ring (11) is arranged on the outer side of the lower support ring (12), and the split liner tube (7) is uniformly stacked on the outer sides of the upper shrinkage ring (6), the middle shrinkage ring (9) and the lower shrinkage ring (11).
The shearing ring (3) is provided with a boss, the shearing ring shear pin (2) is arranged on the upper side of the boss, the lower side of the boss is matched with the upper baffle ring (5), and a groove is formed in the inner side of the upper baffle ring (5) and matched with the boss.
The upper end of the punching base pipe (1) is provided with a connector, and the outer diameter of the connector is larger than or equal to the outer diameter of the composite screen (8).
The application method of the retractable sand control screen pipe provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
firstly, during normal production, a shrinkage type sand control screen pipe (17) is connected to the lower part of a filling tool (15), a plug (18) is connected to the lower part of the shrinkage type sand control screen pipe, a complete well-leaving sand control pipe string is formed in a sleeve (14), the sand control pipe string is put into an oil-gas well, the composite screen (8) is not affected by any external force except self gravity, and no relative movement is generated between the composite screen pipe and a base pipe;
second, when salvaging in later stage: firstly, fishing out a filling tool (15); when the shrinkage sand control screen (17) is salvaged, the salvaging pipe column gives an upward axial pulling force to the perforated base pipe (1) of the shrinkage sand control screen (17), the composite screen (8) is filled with gravel (16) manually, a reverse resistance is generated, when the difference between the axial pulling force of the perforated base pipe (1) and the reverse resistance generated by the composite screen (8) is larger than the shearing stress of the shear pins (4) assembled by the upper baffle ring (5), the shear pins (4) are sheared, the perforated base pipe (1) and the composite screen (8) relatively move, the upper supporting ring (10) and the lower supporting ring (12) relatively move with the upper shrinkage ring (6), the middle shrinkage ring (9) relatively move with the lower shrinkage ring (11), namely, the upper shrinkage ring (6), the middle shrinkage ring (9) and the lower shrinkage ring (11) are separated from the supporting ring, the split liner (7) and the composite screen (8) shrink under the action of the manually filled gravel (16), the shrinkage space is contracted, so that the external locking objects of the composite screen are loosened, the axial pulling force of the sand control screen can be reduced, and the sand control is salvaged.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: when the shear ring and the upper baffle ring fasten the shear pin to shear, the perforated base pipe and the support ring welded on the perforated base pipe can be separated from the contraction ring, the segmented lining pipe and the composite screen mesh lose support, and radial contraction can be generated to a certain extent under the action of external force; due to the characteristics, the invention is applied to sand prevention operation of an oil and gas well, when the sand prevention screen is required to be salvaged, artificial gravel filled outside the sand prevention screen in the early stage or produced stratum sand is loosened, so that the salvaging difficulty of the sand prevention screen is reduced, the requirement of the salvaging operation of the sand prevention screen on ground equipment is reduced, the salvaging success rate is improved, and the salvaging operation cost is reduced.

The invention relates to a retractable sand control screen pipe, which comprises a punching base pipe 1, a shear ring shear pin 2, a shear ring 3, an upper baffle ring shear pin 4, an upper baffle ring 5, a contraction ring, a segmented liner pipe 7, a composite screen 8, a support ring and a lower baffle ring 13, wherein the outer wall of the upper end of the punching base pipe 1 is fastened with the shear ring 3 through the shear ring shear pin 2, the outer side of the shear ring 3 is connected with the upper baffle ring 5 through the upper baffle ring shear pin 4, and the lower baffle ring 13 is arranged at the lower part of the punching base pipe 1; the outer wall evenly distributed of base pipe 1 punches a plurality of holding rings, support the burst bushing pipe 7 in the outside the holding ring through installing the shrink ring, the outside of burst bushing pipe 7 is equipped with compound screen cloth 8.
The support ring comprises an upper support ring 10 and a lower support ring 12, wherein the upper support ring 10 is welded at the middle part of the perforated base pipe 1, and the lower support ring 12 is welded at the lower part of the perforated base pipe 1.
The shrink ring is provided with an upper shrink ring 6, a middle shrink ring 9 and a lower shrink ring 11, wherein the upper shrink ring 6 is arranged on the outer side of the shear ring 3, the middle shrink ring 9 is arranged on the outer side of an upper support ring 10, the lower shrink ring 11 is arranged on the outer side of a lower support ring 12, and the split liner 7 is uniformly stacked on the outer sides of the upper shrink ring 6, the middle shrink ring 9 and the lower shrink ring 11 in a split manner.
The upper side of the boss is provided with a shear ring shear pin 2, the lower side of the boss is matched with an upper baffle ring 5, the inner side of the upper baffle ring 5 is provided with a groove which is matched with the boss, and the structure can keep the stability of the composite screen mesh and the position of the composite screen mesh not to move when the device is placed down; in addition, the outer side of the upper end of the shear ring 3 is of an arc-shaped structure, so that the resistance in upward movement is reduced; and the shearing force of the shearing ring shear pin 2 is large, so that the shearing ring 3 is fixed on the perforated base pipe 1.
In addition, the upper end of punching base pipe 1 is equipped with the connector, the external diameter of connector is greater than or equal to the external diameter of compound screen cloth 8.
The application method of the retractable sand control screen pipe provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
firstly, during normal production, the shrinkage type sand control screen 17 is connected to the lower part of the filling tool 15, the lower part of the shrinkage type sand control screen is connected with the plug 18, a complete well-remaining sand control string is formed in the sleeve 14, the well-remaining sand control string is put into an oil-gas well, the composite screen 8 is not affected by any external force except the gravity of the composite screen, and the composite screen and the base pipe cannot move relatively;
second, when salvaging in later stage: firstly, fishing out the filling tool 15; when the shrinkage sand control screen 17 is salvaged, the salvaging pipe column gives an upward axial pulling force to the perforated base pipe 1 of the shrinkage sand control screen 17, the composite screen 8 is filled with gravel 16 manually to generate a reverse resistance, when the difference between the axial pulling force of the perforated base pipe 1 and the reverse resistance generated by the composite screen 8 is larger than the shearing stress of the shear pins 4 assembled by the upper baffle ring 5, the shear pins 4 are sheared, the perforated base pipe 1 and the composite screen 8 relatively move, the upper support ring 10, the lower support ring 12, the upper shrinkage ring 6, the middle shrinkage ring 9 and the lower shrinkage ring 11 relatively move, namely, the upper shrinkage ring 6, the middle shrinkage ring 9 and the lower shrinkage ring 11 are separated from the support ring, the segmented liner 7 and the composite screen 8 shrink under the action of manually filling the gravel 16, and the shrinkage space causes the locking object outside the composite screen to loosen, so that the axial pulling force of the sand control screen can be reduced, and the salvaging of the sand control screen is realized.
Compared with the prior sand control screen pipe, the invention has the following advantages: the composite screen mesh can shrink to a certain extent under certain conditions, so that locking matters such as gravel, stratum sand, oil sludge and the like are manually filled outside the sand control screen mesh to loosen, and locking resistance of the sand control screen mesh is reduced, so that salvaging treatment of a sand control pipe column is facilitated.

The collapsible sand control screen of claim 2 wherein: the shrinkage ring is provided with an upper shrinkage ring (6), a middle shrinkage ring (9) and a lower shrinkage ring (11), the upper shrinkage ring (6) is arranged on the outer side of the shear ring (3), the middle shrinkage ring (9) is arranged on the outer side of the upper support ring (10), the lower shrinkage ring (11) is arranged on the outer side of the lower support ring (12), and the split liner tube (7) is uniformly stacked on the outer sides of the upper shrinkage ring (6), the middle shrinkage ring (9) and the lower shrinkage ring (11).

6. The method of using a collapsible sand control screen as claimed in any one of claims 1-5 comprising the steps of:
firstly, during normal production, a shrinkage type sand control screen pipe (17) is connected to the lower part of a filling tool (15), a plug (18) is connected to the lower part of the shrinkage type sand control screen pipe, a complete well-leaving sand control pipe string is formed in a sleeve (14), the sand control pipe string is put into an oil-gas well, the composite screen (8) is not affected by any external force except self gravity, and no relative movement is generated between the composite screen pipe and a base pipe;
