本发明提供一种用于草莓培养的肥性培养基及其制备方法,按重量比,具体包括以下组分:硅藻土20‑25份、水溶性纤维PVA1‑3份、玉米秸秆30‑35份、动物粪便30‑35份、浓度3%‑5%的亚硒酸钠溶液0.5‑2份、酒糟5‑10份、磷酸氢钙1‑5份,浓度3%‑5%的亚硒酸钠溶液中还包含有硝酸钾1.6‑2.0g/L,硝酸铵1.2‑1.5g/L,磷酸二氢钾0.12‑0.20g/L,氯化钙0.8‑1.2g/L,硫酸亚铁0.05‑0.1mg/L和硫酸锰0.05‑0.2g/L。以解决现有草莓产量和质量有待提高,限制其经济价值提高的问题。本发明属于草莓种植领域。

背景技术
草莓,原产南美,中国各地及欧洲等地广为栽培。草莓营养价值高,含有多种营养物质 ,且有很好的保健功效。目前,草莓的产量及质量并不尽如人意,极大地限制了其经济价值的提高,究其原因,主要还是在草莓的培育技术上有待改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对已有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种用于草莓培养的肥性培养基及其制备方法,以解决现有草莓产量和质量有待提高,限制其经济价值提高的问题。
为解决上述问题,拟采用这样一种用于草莓培养的肥性培养基,按重量比,具体包括以下组分:
硅藻土20-25份、水溶性纤维PVA1-3份、玉米秸秆30-35份、动物粪便30-35份、浓度3%-5%的亚硒酸钠溶液0.5-2份、酒糟5-10份、磷酸氢钙1-5份,浓度3%-5%的亚硒酸钠溶液中还包含有硝酸钾1.6-2.0g/L,硝酸铵1.2-1.5g/L,磷酸二氢钾0.12-0.20g/L,氯化钙0.8-1.2g/L,硫酸亚铁0.05-0.1mg/L和硫酸锰0.05-0.2g/L。
所述硅藻土粒径为20-35微米。
上述培养基的制备方法如下:
取玉米秸秆,粉碎后与动物粪便、配置好的浓度3%-5%的亚硒酸钠溶液、酒糟和磷酸氢钙按所述重量比混合均匀;
将混合后的粪秆混合物投入沼气池内,发酵30-45天;
发酵后,取出发酵物料并放入阴凉通风处摊晾,摊晾厚度5-15cm,温度22-29℃,摊晾时间3-5天;
最后,将发酵物料再次进行粉碎并与硅藻土和水溶性纤维混合均匀即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明所述培养基生产成本低,生态环保,大幅度提高草莓抗病虫害能力,很好地提高了草莓的产量和质量,提高挂果率和果实抗虫害能力,是发展生态有机草莓生产的首选方法,具有广阔的应用前景。

实施例:
本实施例提供一种用于草莓培养的肥性培养基,按重量比,具体包括以下组分:
硅藻土20-25份(硅藻土粒径为20-35微米)、水溶性纤维PVA1-3份、玉米秸秆30-35份、动物粪便30-35份、浓度3%-5%的亚硒酸钠溶液0.5-2份、酒糟5-10份、磷酸氢钙1-5份,浓度3%-5%的亚硒酸钠溶液中还包含有硝酸钾1.6-2.0g/L,硝酸铵1.2-1.5g/L,磷酸二氢钾0.12-0.20g/L,氯化钙0.8-1.2g/L,硫酸亚铁0.05-0.1mg/L和硫酸锰0.05-0.2g/L。
上述培养基的制备方法如下:
取玉米秸秆,粉碎后与动物粪便、配置好的浓度3%-5%的亚硒酸钠溶液、酒糟和磷酸氢钙按所述重量比混合均匀;
将混合后的粪秆混合物投入沼气池内,发酵30-45天;

1.一种用于草莓培养的肥性培养基,其特征在于,按重量比,具体包括以下组分:
硅藻土20-25份、水溶性纤维PVA1-3份、玉米秸秆30-35份、动物粪便30-35份、浓度3%-5%的亚硒酸钠溶液0.5-2份、酒糟5-10份、磷酸氢钙1-5份,浓度3%-5%的亚硒酸钠溶液中还包含有硝酸钾1.6-2.0g/L,硝酸铵1.2-1.5g/L,磷酸二氢钾0.12-0.20g/L,氯化钙0.8-1.2g/L,硫酸亚铁0.05-0.1mg/L和硫酸锰0.05-0.2g/L。
