The outer wall of the central cylinder and the outer wall of the outer cylinder are fixed in a welding mode. The telescopic cylinder is sleeved in the central cylinder and the outer cylinder and can be flexibly moved.
The outer side of the outer barrel 3 is fixedly provided with a fastening ring 5, and two ends of the fastening ring 5 are fixedly connected with the bottom plate 2. The outer end of the telescopic cylinder 4 is provided with a conical end cover 8, and the end cover 8 is provided with a guide hole 9. When the lead enters the telescopic cylinder, the inner conical surface of the conical end cover guides the lead to advance towards the guide hole, so that the lead extends out of the deconcentrator from the guide hole.
