In this embodiment of the present invention, the constant temperature heating device 402 is designed as the annular heater 4021 and the hot air outlet pipe 4022 with the annular heater 4021, which is beneficial for the constant temperature heating device 402 to be attached and fixed on the sidewall of the cavity 401 of the rotating column 40 without blocking the air convection efficiency, and as a further preferred option, the constant temperature heating device 402 further includes the hot air outlet pipe 4022, the annular heater 4021 is wound inside the hot air outlet pipe 4022 through a heating wire, and the heat is radiated in four directions through the hot air outlet ports 4023 uniformly arranged on the surface of the hot air outlet pipe 4022, so as to achieve uniform heat dissipation and reduce the temperature difference caused by the distance between the heat sources. More preferably, as shown in fig. 8: the surface of the annular hot air outlet pipe 4022 is provided with 1 hot air outlet, the hot air outlet is a U-shaped opening 4024, and the U-shaped opening 4024 is arranged right opposite to the convection fan, so that the uniform heat output is realized. In the invention, although the uniform arrangement of the hot air outlets in different directions can be beneficial to the radiation of heat to four directions, the excessive arrangement of the hot air outlets can bring about the difficult problems of difficult technical development and the like, and the manufacturing cost is increased. In order to reduce the cost, the heat dissipating device is provided with the hot air outlet which is arranged to be the U-shaped opening 4024, the caliber of the air outlet is increased, and the U-shaped opening 4024 is provided with the convection fan 403 which is over against the top of the cavity 401 of the rotating column 40, so that the heat dissipated can be timely subjected to air convection to be dissipated four directions, and the generation of large heating temperature difference is avoided.
As another invention point of the present invention, in order to further ensure that the inside of the rotating column can reach a constant temperature, and further ensure that the inner box of the incubator has a constant temperature state through the dense vent holes on the surface of the rotating column, specifically, the rotating column provided with the cavity 401 comprises two layers, namely, a shell and a cavity, and the distance between the shell and the cavity is 1-2 cm; in this embodiment of the present invention, a sealed temperature control layer is formed by filling a phase-change composite material between the housing and the cavity, the phase-change composite material is a powder temperature control material or a liquid temperature control material or a particle temperature change material or a bulk temperature control material, and the filling thickness of the phase-change composite material is 0.1-100 mm. In this embodiment of the present invention, the phase-change composite material may be activated to start heat absorption or heat release at different temperature points (80 to +220 degrees), and when the temperature is higher than a certain break value (e.g. 220 degrees), the phase-change composite material absorbs heat so that the temperature does not rise any more, and when the temperature is lower than a certain break value (e.g. 80 degrees), the phase-change composite material releases heat so that the temperature does not drop any more, and is relatively constant. The temperature change materials with different temperature points have different temperature points of drop. In the invention, if the constant temperature box is used for detecting the petroleum workpiece, for example, if the temperature of the constant temperature box needs to be maintained at 180 degrees throughout the year, a temperature changing material with a temperature of 180 degrees can be used, so that the temperature of air coming out of the ventilation hole is constant, and no temperature difference exists in the constant temperature box.
As another embodiment of the present invention, a temperature control layer is further uniformly coated on the inner wall of the rotating column 40 provided with the cavity 401, the temperature control layer is wrapped with temperature control particles, the temperature control particles are made of a phase change composite material, the phase change material is a phase change microcapsule, the particle size of the phase change microcapsule is greater than 20mm, and the phase change microcapsule is embedded in the spinning hole and then uniformly attached to the viscose fiber. The phase-change composite material is an organic phase-change material, the organic phase-change material is formed by mixing PEG with different molecular weights with TW80, the mass percentage of the formula is 30-95% of the PEG, and the mass percentage of the TW80 is 5-70%. For example, in the embodiment of the invention, the temperature of the incubator can be maintained between 175 and 185 ℃, so that the temperature of the air coming out of the ventilation hole is constant, and the temperature difference in the incubator is not large.

the fixed ring (43) is fixed on the surface of the rotating column (40); the rotary column (40) is provided with grooves (430) in the surface area where the fixing rings (43) are arranged, the bottom in each groove (430) is transversely provided with a rotating shaft (431), the rotating shafts (431) are fixed with the fixing rings (43), and the shapes of the grooves (430) are matched with the shapes and the sizes of the fixing rings (43) and used for being embedded with the fixing rings (43); two side walls of the groove (430) fixedly provided with the rotating shaft (431) are respectively provided with a slideway (432) capable of sliding up and down, and two ends of the rotating shaft (431) are respectively provided with a sliding chute (433) so as to realize the up-and-down sliding of the rotating shaft (431) in the groove (430);
