Abstract

一种含有温肾壮阳药物的保健鞋垫，包括鞋垫本体；鞋垫本体包括鞋垫底层和鞋垫面层及上述两层之间的药物层，药物层包含了阳起石、菟丝子、小茴香、肉桂、熟地、蛇床子、茨实等中药材，鞋垫面层为一含有银纤维的面料层；鞋垫底层与鞋垫面层之间利用全自动鞋垫机通过模压或缝纫方式一体成型。鞋垫底层和鞋垫面层的边沿还可以设有包边条并将其与鞋垫底层与鞋垫面层之间一体成型。鞋垫面层的含有银纤维面料或呈针织的条纹状。利用含有银纤维的鞋垫面层和药物层，可有效地起到透气、除臭、祛汗，保持鞋内干燥，不易打滑，避免细菌滋生的作用，同时还有温肾壮阳的保健功能。

技术领域
本发明属于鞋类用品领域，涉及一种鞋垫，尤其是一种含有温肾壮阳药物的保健鞋垫。
背景技术
传统的鞋垫，作为鞋垫本体而言，大都只是一块普通的单层软垫，其材质可以选用通用的白布、无纺纸、毛毡或是PU、EVA、聚氨酯中的任意一种。
使用上述材质的制成的鞋垫，虽然脚感较为舒适，但由于其几乎没有任何除异味、排汗等功能，一旦脚底板出汗后，脚汗很易渗透在鞋垫上，不仅使足底易在鞋里打滑，关键是由于脚汗而形成的潮湿环境很容易滋生细菌，直接影响到脚部乃至身心的健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足或缺陷，提供一种含有温肾壮阳药物的保健鞋垫。利用含有银纤维面料层作为鞋垫面层，可有效地起到透气、除臭、祛汗，保持鞋内干燥，不易打滑，避免细菌滋生的作用，同时还在中间设置药物层，具有防臭，减轻下肢疲劳，温肾壮阳等保健功能。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
一种含有温肾壮阳药物的保健鞋垫，包括鞋垫本体，所述的鞋垫本体包括鞋垫底层和鞋垫面层，及上述两层之间的药物层；
所述的鞋垫面层为一含有银纤维的面料层；
所述的鞋垫底层与鞋垫面层之间通过模压或缝纫方式一体成型。
上述的一种含有温肾壮阳药物的保健鞋垫，其中，所述的鞋垫底层和鞋垫面层的边沿设有包边条，并与鞋垫底层和鞋垫面层之间通过模压或缝纫方式一体成型。
所述鞋垫面层的含有银纤维面料呈针织的条纹状。所述鞋垫面层的含有银纤维面料呈针织的条纹状。
所述的具有温肾壮阳的中药组合物由以下药物按同比例组合而成：阳起石、菟丝子、小茴香、肉桂、熟地、蛇床子、茨实。所述药物置于鞋垫内，药性可慢慢渗入脚内，可以温肾壮阳，增强体质。
由于采用了上述的技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下的优点和积极效果：
由于鞋垫面层采用的是一种含有银纤维的针织面料层，银纤维材料其本身具有透气、除臭、祛汗、促进血液循环等特点，因而，使用本发明鞋垫，可以舒缓肌肉和神经，减轻下肢的疲劳，让足部更加轻松舒适；进而获得良好的保健功效。再者，在中间药物层的作用下，使温肾壮阳的效果更佳。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种含有温肾壮阳药物的保健鞋垫，包括鞋垫本体，鞋垫本体包括鞋垫底层3和鞋垫面层1，在两层之间还铺设有药物层2，药物层2工序如下，选取阳起石、菟丝子、小茴香、肉桂、熟地、蛇床子、茨实等药物，按相同比例配置，利用压平机器压平，均匀铺设与鞋垫底层3和鞋垫面层1之间，再通过模压或缝纫方式成形，在鞋垫底层3和鞋垫面层1的边沿设有包边条，使鞋垫成一整体。其中鞋垫面层1为含有银纤维的针织面料层，银纤维成条纹状编织。

1.一种含有温肾壮阳药物的保健鞋垫，包括鞋垫本体；其特征在于，所述的鞋垫本体包括鞋垫底层(3)，鞋垫面层(1)及上述两层之间的药物层(2)；
所述的鞋垫面层(1)为含有银纤维的面料层；
所述的鞋垫底层(3)与鞋垫面层(1)之间通过模压或缝纫方式一体成型；
所述的药物层(2)为具有温肾壮阳功能的中药组合物经压平处理铺于鞋垫底层(3)与鞋垫面层(1)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有温肾壮阳药物的保健鞋垫，其特征在于，所述的鞋垫底层(3)和鞋垫面层(1)的边沿设有包边条，并与鞋垫底层(3)和鞋垫面层(1)之间通过模压或缝纫方式一体成型。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种含有温肾壮阳药物的保健鞋垫，其特征在于，所述鞋垫面层(1)的含有银纤维面料呈针织的条纹状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有温肾壮阳药物的保健鞋垫，其特征在于，所述的具有温肾壮阳功能的中药组合物由以下药物按同比例组合而成：阳起石、菟丝子、小茴香、肉桂、熟地、蛇床子、茨实。
