Abstract
The invention discloses a movable cooling device for an XGN switch cabinet, which adopts purified air to cool heating equipment in the XGN switch cabinet, and a fan housing is additionally arranged to ensure that most of cooling air can enter the switch cabinet, so that the cooling efficiency of the heating equipment in the switch cabinet is improved, the potential safety hazard of a small animal entering the switch cabinet by mistake can be eliminated, and the problem of dust accumulation of the equipment in the switch cabinet is solved. Meanwhile, the telescopic air guide pipe of the cooling device can be suitable for XGN switch cabinets produced by different factories, the applicability is strong, and the lockable pulley is additionally arranged at the bottom, so that the cooling device is very convenient to move.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of XGN switch cabinet auxiliary facilities, in particular to a movable cooling device for an XGN switch cabinet.
Background
The XGN switch cabinet is used as a power distribution cabinet for a 10kV bus of a transformer substation, and the heating condition of equipment in the cabinet is common due to the reasons of manufacturing technology, equipment aging, defects and the like. To the problem that equipment in XGN cubical switchboard generates heat, does not have dedicated cooling device at present, all only adopts the ox horn fan to blow the mode of the cabinet body directly under the general circumstances and cools off, and this mode cooling efficiency is low, has the potential safety hazard that the toy mistakenly goes into the cubical switchboard and the equipment laying dust problem in the cabinet.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome at least one defect in the prior art, and provides the movable cooling device for the XGN switch cabinet, wherein purified air is used for cooling heating equipment in the XGN switch cabinet, and a fan housing is additionally arranged to ensure that most of cooling air can enter the switch cabinet, so that the cooling efficiency of the heating equipment in the cabinet is improved, the potential safety hazard of a small animal entering the switch cabinet by mistake can be eliminated, and the problem of dust accumulation of equipment in the cabinet is solved. Meanwhile, the telescopic air guide pipe of the cooling device can be also suitable for XGN switch cabinets produced by different factories.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a movable cooling device of an XGN switch cabinet comprises a handle, a shell, an air filter screen, a connecting pipe, a fan, a reducing head, an air guide pipe elbow, a fixed hoop, a telescopic air guide pipe, a fan housing and a filter screen; the fan comprises a motor and an air extraction cavity; the handle is arranged at the left upper corner of the cooling device shell; the filter screen is arranged on the side surface of the cooling device shell; the air filter screen is connected with one end of the fan through a connecting pipe, the other end of the fan is connected with one end of an air guide pipe elbow through a reducing head, the other end of the air guide pipe elbow extends out of the shell and is connected with one end of a telescopic air guide pipe, and the other end of the telescopic air guide pipe is connected with the fan cover through the tail end of the air guide pipe elbow; wherein, the fixed anchor ear is used for fixing the air guide pipe elbow at two ends of the telescopic air guide pipe; after the motor is started, the air pumping cavity in the cooling device pumps purified air through the air filter screen and discharges the purified air into cooling heating equipment in the XGN switch cabinet from the temperature measuring window of the XGN switch cabinet through the telescopic air guide pipe.
In a preferred embodiment, the cooling device further comprises a speed regulating switch mounted at the lower left of the housing for regulating the flow rate of the purified air in the telescopic air guide pipe.
In a preferred embodiment, the cooling device further comprises a lockable pulley mounted at the bottommost part of the housing for securing or moving the cooling device.
In a preferred embodiment, the cooling device further comprises an openable top cover mounted at the top most part of the housing for exchanging the air filter screen and maintaining the blower.
In a preferred embodiment, the telescopic air duct is suitable for XGN switch cabinets produced by different manufacturers.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the utility model provides a portable cooling device of XGN cubical switchboard adopts the equipment that generates heat in the air cooling XGN cubical switchboard after the purification, installs the fan housing additional and ensures that most cooling air can get into in the cubical switchboard to improve the equipment cooling efficiency that generates heat in the cabinet, and can eliminate the potential safety hazard that the toy mistakenly goes into the cubical switchboard, solve the equipment laying dust problem in the cabinet. As shown in fig. 1, an XGN switch cabinet mobile cooling device comprises a handle 1, a shell 2, an air filter screen 3, a connecting pipe 4, a fan 5, a reducing head 8, an air guide pipe elbow 9, a fixed hoop 10, a telescopic air guide pipe 11, a fan housing 12 and a filter screen 14; the fan 5 comprises a motor and an air extraction cavity; the handle 1 is arranged at the left upper corner of the cooling device shell 2; the filter screen 14 is arranged on the side surface of the cooling device shell 2; inside the cooling device shell 2, an air filter screen 3 is connected with one end of a fan 5 through a connecting pipe 4, the other end of the fan 5 is connected with one end of an air guide pipe elbow 9 through a reducing head 8, the other end of the air guide pipe elbow 9 extends out of the shell 2 and is connected with one end of a telescopic air guide pipe 11, and the other end of the telescopic air guide pipe 11 is connected with an air cover 12 through the tail end of the air guide pipe elbow 9; wherein, the fixed anchor ear 10 is used for fixing the air guide pipe elbow 9 at two ends of the telescopic air guide pipe 11; after the motor is started, the air pumping cavity in the cooling device pumps the purified air through the air filter screen 3 and discharges the purified air into the cooling heating equipment in the XGN switch cabinet from the temperature measuring window of the XGN switch cabinet through the telescopic air guide pipe 11.
In a specific implementation process, the cooling device further comprises a speed regulating switch 6 which is arranged at the left lower part of the shell 2 and is used for regulating the flow rate of purified air in the telescopic air guide pipe 11.
In an embodiment, the cooling device further comprises a lockable pulley 7 mounted at the bottom of the housing 2 for fixing or moving the cooling device.
In a specific implementation, the cooling device further comprises an openable top cover 13 mounted on the top of the housing 2 for replacing the airstrainer 3 and the maintenance fan 5.

The movable cooling device of the XGN switch cabinet is characterized by comprising a handle (1), a shell (2), an air filter screen (3), a connecting pipe (4), a fan (5), a reducing head (8), an air guide pipe elbow (9), a fixed hoop (10), a telescopic air guide pipe (11), a fan housing (12) and a filter screen (14); the fan (5) comprises a motor and an air extraction cavity; the handle (1) and the filter screen (14) are arranged on the shell (2) of the cooling device; inside the cooling device shell (2), an air filter screen (3) is connected with one end of a fan (5) through a connecting pipe (4), the other end of the fan (5) is connected with one end of an air guide pipe elbow (9) through a reducing head (8), the other end of the air guide pipe elbow (9) extends out of the shell (2) and is connected with one end of a telescopic air guide pipe (11), and the other end of the telescopic air guide pipe (11) is connected with an air cover (12) through the tail end of the air guide pipe elbow (9); wherein, the fixed anchor ear (10) is used for fixing air guide pipe elbows (9) at two ends of the telescopic air guide pipe (11); after the motor is started, the air pumping cavity in the cooling device pumps the air purified by the air filter screen (3), and the purified air is discharged into the XGN switch cabinet from the temperature measuring window of the XGN switch cabinet through the telescopic air guide pipe (11), so that the heating equipment is cooled;
the cooling device also comprises a lockable pulley (7) which is arranged at the bottommost part of the shell (2) and is used for fixing or moving the cooling device;
the telescopic air guide pipe (11) is suitable for XGN switch cabinets produced by different factories;
the cooling device also comprises a speed regulating switch (6) which is arranged at the left lower part of the shell (2) and is used for regulating the flow rate of the purified air in the telescopic air guide pipe (11).
2. The XGN-switch cabinet mobile cooling device according to claim 1, further comprising an openable top cover (13) mounted at the top of the housing (2) for exchanging the air filter screen (3) and the maintenance fan (5).
