技术领域
本发明涉及一种职业教育的软件系统,特别是涉及一种适合于实战性较强,工作要求较高,需要在上岗前完成的职业能力训练。
背景技术
目前,并没有针对于职业能力的岗位模拟软件教育系统,远程职业教育和当地化职业教育软件系统均以知识传授为主要内容。因此研制一种基于职业能力培训的岗位模拟职业孵化软件教育系统及方法一直是亟待解决的新课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种职业能力培训的系统及方法,实现学员通过岗位模拟职业孵化软件系统,完成职业所需能力的最终提升。
具体实施方式
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种职业能力培训的系统及方法,核心解决方案是以智能化信息技术为支撑,以360度任务式管理为软件内嵌教学方式,通过对工作岗位的模拟操作,实现对学员的精准控制式教学。
智能化信息系统包括“数据存储模块、数据处理模块、数据传输模块、数据库”四个基础模块,“任务传达模块、任务辅助模块、任务评估模块、智能反馈模块、工作管理模块”为五个应用模块。
360度任务式教学方法的核心是将岗位所需能力分解到任务的要求中,并且分解到最小判断单元,学员在实际完成最小单元的任务,并通过任务评估模块和任务智能反馈模块给出反馈,通过者算作任务达标,可继续进行下一任务单元,否则根据相关反馈建议进行修正,强大的任务辅助模块在过程中给予学员全方位的支持,帮助其通过任务。工作管理模块用于保证学员的工作氛围和工作进度。
系统可靠性高,兼容性强,延展性和互动性好。以智能化信息技术为支撑,以360度任务式管理为软件内嵌教学方式,实现对学员的精准控制式教学。

1.一种通过人机对话岗位模拟职业孵化的方法,其中该软件实施于一计算机装置中以供一使用者使用,其特征在于:以360度任务式管理为软件内嵌教学方式。
2.如权利要求1所述的通过人机对话岗位模拟职业孵化的方法,其特征在于:包括“数据存储模块、数据处理模块、数据传输模块、数据库”四个基础模块和“任务传达模块、任务辅助模块、任务评估模块、智能反馈模块、工作管理模块”五个应用模。
3.如权利要求1和2所述的通过人机对话岗位模拟职业孵化的方法,可以通过不同介质制作:借助计算机开发和光盘软件型。
