Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of glasses, in particular to a glasses frame.
Background
In general, a glasses frame is opened and closed by a hinge for the legs of the glasses, and two legs of the glasses are generally connected with a banker at two sides of the glasses frame by means of screws or pins respectively, and the glasses frame cannot be worn due to the fact that the screws may become loose and lost during use, so that a screwless glasses frame with the hinge made of metal flat materials appears on the market.
Existing screwless eyeglass frames with hinges made of flat metal material, such as disclosed in CN 101373278B and CN 102967945B, require the use of hinge shafts other than flat metal material to provide the hinge shaft, and require complex connectors configured separately from the toe and temple of the eyeglass frame to provide the connection. As disclosed in CN2612964Y, a separate connector from the nose and the temple of the spectacle frame is required to provide the connection, the connector of each connector is easily separated loosely, and the temple is easily swung up and down when opened or closed, which is inconvenient to use. Similar to other disclosures of CN2612964Y, if no complicated separately constructed connectors or clasps are used, poor stability between the temple and the dealer's head tends to occur, affecting stability when worn.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing, an objective of the present invention is to provide a spectacle frame to solve the defect of poor stability between the temple and the head of the conventional spectacle frame. It is also an object of the present invention to provide a spectacle frame of the above type in which a connection is achieved between the temple and the frame, which connection can be manufactured economically and which provides a good operational comfort.

the rear end of the dealer end is provided with a T-shaped rear end, and the T-shaped rear end comprises a T-shaped rear end narrow part which is backwards and outwards bent and extended from the dealer end and a T-shaped rear end head part which is backwards and inwards bent and extended from the T-shaped rear end narrow part; the front end of the end part of the glasses leg is provided with a through groove; the front end of the end part of the glasses leg comprises a first bending part which bends outwards and a second bending part which bends forwards and inwards from the first bending part;
the T-shaped rear end head part of the T-shaped rear end penetrates out of the through groove from the inner side of the front end of the glasses leg and extends out of the outer side of the end part of the glasses leg, the narrow part of the T-shaped rear end can rotate in the through groove and is limited in the through groove up and down, and the village head is crossly connected with the glasses leg in this way; the wider two sides of the T-shaped rear end head limit the possibility that the banker head is separated from the through groove;
the end part of the village head protrudes backwards from the front two end parts of the upper side and the lower side of the narrow part of the T-shaped rear end respectively, and the abutting parts are abutted against the concave parts formed by the connection of the first bending part and the second bending part;

And, a hinge shaft member other than a metal flat material is not required to provide a hinge shaft; no complex connection or tightening elements are required, which are configured separately from the head and the temple of the spectacle frame. Detailed Description
The following examples are provided to further illustrate the present invention based on the foregoing technical scheme.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the spectacle frame 001 according to the first embodiment includes a frame 30, a head 10 disposed on each side of the frame 30, and a temple 20 rotatably connected to the head, wherein the head 10 is made of a flat material at least at an end 11 facing the temple, and the temple 20 is made of a flat material at least at an end 21 facing the frame. The flat material is, for example: sheet metal, sheet metal of alloy steel, alloy copper, alloy titanium, etc.; in other embodiments of the present invention, the sheet or the flat body formed by punching or compression molding of high-strength plastic or carbon fiber is also possible.
The rear end of the dealer end 11 is formed with a T-shaped rear end 12, the T-shaped rear end 12 has a narrow portion (i.e., T-shaped rear end narrow portion 122) and a head portion (i.e., T-shaped rear end head portion 121) wider at both sides than the narrow portion to form a T-shaped rear end 12; the T-shaped rear end 12 includes a T-shaped rear end narrow portion 122 extending from the dealer end portion rearwardly and outwardly in a bent manner, and a T-shaped rear tip portion 121 extending from the T-shaped rear end narrow portion rearwardly and inwardly in a bent manner. The front end of the end part 21 of the glasses leg is provided with a through groove 24; the front end of the temple end 21 includes a first bending portion 22 which is bent outward and a second bending portion 23 which is bent forward and inward from the first bending portion. Here, the through groove 24 at the front end of the temple end 21 extends from the first bending portion 22 to the second bending portion 23. The T-shaped rear end narrow portion 122 on the outward bending side faces and corresponds to the first bending portion 22 which is bent outward, so that when the outer side surface of the rear end portion of the front end portion is kept on the same longitudinal (i.e., front-rear direction) plane as the outer side surface of the temple, and the two portions are close to each other, the two portions can form a crossing.
The T-shaped rear end head 121 of the T-shaped rear end 12 penetrates out of the through groove 24 from the inner side of the front end of the glasses leg and extends out of the end 21 of the glasses leg, the narrow part 122 of the T-shaped rear end can rotate in the through groove 24 and is limited in the through groove up and down, and the dealer head is intersected with the glasses leg in this way. The wider sides of the T-shaped rear head 121 than the T-shaped rear end narrow portion 122 limit the possibility of the dealer head being disengaged from the through slot.
Also, in the present embodiment, the T-shaped rear end head 121 is bent outward along with the T-shaped rear end narrow portion 122 and then is bent backward to the inside until the outer side surface thereof is substantially parallel to the outer side surface of the unbent portion of the temple end 21, and the T-shaped rear end head is brought close to the outer side surface of the unbent portion of the temple end 21; accordingly, the second bending portion 23 is bent inward to an outer side surface thereof substantially parallel to and in close proximity to an outer side surface of the rear end portion of the dealer head end portion.
The rear end of the dealer end 11 has a propping portion 14 protruding backward from the front two ends of the upper and lower opposite sides of the T-shaped rear end narrow portion 122, and the propping portion is propped against a recess formed by the intersection of the first bending portion and the second bending portion, as shown in fig. 3a and fig. 5 to 8. In this embodiment, the angle between the inner side 141 and the outer side 142 of the abutment 14 is an acute angle smaller than 60 degrees, as shown in fig. 3a and 3b, and fig. 3b shows a longitudinal section of the rear end of the abutment, i.e. a-a section, in fig. 3 a; so that the abutment is formed as a abutment with a sharp longitudinal section. The pointed abutting part 14 abuts against a concave part 26 formed by the connection of the first bending part 22 and the second bending part 23; because the contact end surface 143 of the abutting part and the concave part is narrower, and under the abutting action of a spring piece which will be described later, the glasses leg can always rotate around the contact part of the abutting part and the concave part when rotating around the banker head; this is also true when the temple and the dealer head are rotated relative to each other to either angle, as shown in fig. 5-8. Thus forming a relatively fixed rotation axis of the glasses leg and the head. In comparison with the second embodiment, which will be described later, the above-mentioned arrangement of the abutment portion 14 of the present embodiment makes the rotation axes of the temple and the dealer head relatively fixed, which makes the operation relatively stable in the process of opening and closing the temple, which is an aspect of ensuring the operation comfort.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3c, a longitudinal section a-a of the rear end of the pile head with the abutment 14 is included, and the angle between the end face 143 of the abutment 14 and the outer side face 142 is an acute angle smaller than 60 degrees, so as to form a pointed abutment, which is a sharp corner with a narrower tip. In other embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 3d, a longitudinal section a-a of the rear end of the head comprising the abutment 14 may be included, the inner side 141 of the abutment 14 being concave due to the cutting process, the inner side being inclined towards the outer side 142 such that the abutment forms a narrower front face 143 and also a pointed abutment.
One end of a spring piece 25 is fixed on the inner side surface of the end 21 of the temple, a matching hole 13 is formed in the front middle of the T-shaped rear end of the end 11 of the nose for the other end of the spring piece to pass through, and in the process of mutual rotation of the temple and the nose, the spring piece is always elastically pressed against the hole wall of the matching hole 13, which is close to the end side of the end of the nose, so that the pressing part 14 is pressed against a concave part 26 formed at the junction of the first bending part 22 and the second bending part 23 under elastic force.
In this embodiment, the elastic sheet 25 includes an elastic flexible section 252 and a reverse bending section 251 which is reversely bent with the elastic flexible section 252, wherein the front end of the reverse bending section 251 passes through the matching hole 13 formed on the end 11 of the dealer head, and the rear end is connected with the elastic flexible section 252 by a bending part. The resilient flexible segment 252 not only provides more stable and uniform resilience due to the pre-bending of the flexible bend in a direction away from the inner side of the temple end 21, but also allows one end of the spring to lift up and bend back out of the back bending segment 251. As can be seen from fig. 5, 6, 7 and 8, the reverse bending section 251, which is low at the front end and high at the rear end with respect to the longitudinal direction of the temple end 21, provides a good arrangement for the rotation axis in cooperation with the above-mentioned rotation axis during the rotation of one of the temple 20 from the open position to the closed position. Fig. 7 shows that the temple 20 rotates until the middle part of the reverse bending section 251 is pressed against the hole wall of the matching hole 13, and as can be seen from comparing fig. 5, 8 and 7, the distance between the concave part 26 and the reverse bending section 251 gradually increases from the middle part of the reverse bending section to two ends; that is, the middle portion of the reverse bending section 251 is closest to the concave portion 26 formed by the intersection of the first bending portion 22 and the second bending portion 23, which means that the elastic sheet needs to be stretched to the maximum elastic stretching to rotate the middle portion; after the middle part of the reverse bending section 251 is rotated as shown in fig. 8, the temple will be closed towards the folded position by the elastic force, and when the middle part is not rotated as shown in fig. 6, the temple will be returned to the open position by the elastic force.
The elastic piece 25 may be fixed to the end of the temple by welding or caulking, or may be integrally formed with the end of the temple by punching and bending. In another embodiment of the present invention, the elastic sheet is provided by cutting a strip from the rear of the through groove at the end of the temple, and reversely bending the strip forward; as shown in fig. 9, the elastic piece 25 also includes the elastic flexible section 252 and a reverse bending section 251 which is reversely bent with the elastic flexible section, and the front end of the elastic piece exceeds the front end surface of the end of the temple, so as to ensure that the elastic piece penetrates into the matching hole on the end of the nose. A strip-shaped space 27 is created by cutting a strip away, and the rear of the temple end 21 can be inserted into a foot cover 28 without affecting the appearance.
In the present embodiment, a gap 15 is provided between the two supporting top portions 14 and the T-shaped narrow portion 122, which are disposed on the upper and lower sides of the rear end of the head end portion 11, so that the narrow portion starts to bend outwards in front of the end surfaces of the two supporting top portions; that is, the T-shaped rear end narrow portion is bent outward from between the gaps 15, and the distal end face or tip of the abutment portion is in front of the bending start point on the end of the dealer head of the outer side face of the T-shaped rear end narrow portion. This allows the length of the T-shaped rear end narrow portion 122 extending out of the through groove 24 of the temple front end to be shorter, and also allows the abutment portion to be shortened from the T-shaped rear end head. Referring to fig. 8, in the case of compactly setting the length of the T-shaped rear end narrow portion extending out of the through groove 24 and the height of the T-shaped rear end head portion, when the temple is in the folded position, the height of the T-shaped rear end head portion 121 extending out of the outer side surface of the front end of the temple can be reduced, so as to avoid inconvenient storage of the glasses frame when not worn, and also keep the appearance of the glasses frame neat.
On the other hand, as described above, in the present embodiment, the T-shaped rear tip portion 121 is bent outward along with the T-shaped rear end narrow portion 122 and then is bent back inward until its outer side surface is substantially parallel to the outer side surface of the unbent portion of the front end of the temple end portion 21, and the T-shaped rear tip portion is close to the outer side surface of the unbent portion of the front end of the temple end portion 21; accordingly, the second bending portion 23 is bent inward to an outer side surface thereof substantially parallel to and in close proximity to an outer side surface of the rear end portion of the dealer head end portion. The first bending part and the narrow part at the rear end of the T shape can be correspondingly and compactly crossed and connected. Referring to fig. 8, in order to avoid that the narrow portion of the T-shaped rear end extends beyond the outer side of the front end of the temple in the folded position of the temple, the larger the included angle between the inner side of the first bending portion and the inner side of the non-bending portion of the front end of the temple behind the first bending portion is, the shorter the first bending portion is, and the shorter the corresponding narrow portion of the T-shaped rear end is, in the foregoing case, the height dimension of the first bending portion that is bent outwards is only approximately one time the thickness dimension of the flat material, and therefore, the included angle between the inner side of the first bending portion and the inner side of the non-bending portion of the front end of the temple behind the first bending portion is preferably greater than 30 degrees. In the temple folding position, the temple is generally rotated 90 degrees from the open position to the folding position, so that the abutment portion always abuts against the recess 26, and therefore, the angle between the inner side 141 and the outer side 142 of the abutment portion 14 is preferably an acute angle smaller than 60 degrees. The situation shown in fig. 3d is similar to that shown in fig. 3b, except that the inner side 141 of the abutment portion 14 is concave due to the cutting process.
Example two
Fig. 10 to 15 show a connection structure of a temple and a dealer according to another embodiment of the present invention. The main difference from the spectacle frame of the first embodiment is that:
the longitudinal section of the rear end part of the banker head comprising the propping part 16 is a square section, that is to say, the end face of the propping part 16 forms an included angle of 90 degrees with the outer side face and the inner side face; or approximately 90 degrees. As shown, the rear end of the dealer end 11 is provided with a supporting portion 16 protruding rearward at the upper and lower opposite sides of the T-shaped rear end narrow portion 122; a gap is formed between each abutment portion 16 and the T-shaped rear end narrow portion 122 so that the T-shaped rear end narrow portion can start to bend outwardly in front of the distal end face of the abutment portion.
Please see fig. 10-15. Fig. 12 shows the temple 20 in an open position. The temple 20 of fig. 13 is shown rotated a small angle from the open position to the collapsed position; the outer edge 161 of the abutment portion 16 abuts against the recess 26 formed by the intersection of the first bent portion 22 and the second bent portion 23, and the temple rotates about the rotation axis formed by the contact position of the outer edge 161 with the recess 26. The temple 20 shown in fig. 14 is rotated to a position approximately midway between the open position and the stowed position, at which time the inner edge 162 of the abutment portion 16 abuts the recess, and as the temple 20 is rotated, the temple will thereafter rotate about the axis of rotation defined by the position where the inner edge 162 contacts the recess, until the temple is in the stowed position shown in fig. 15. This embodiment also has a good turning effect when a metal flat material thinner than that shown in the figure is used.

the T-shaped rear end head part of the T-shaped rear end penetrates out of the through groove from the inner side of the front end of the glasses leg and extends out of the outer side of the end part of the glasses leg, and the narrow part of the T-shaped rear end can rotate in the through groove and is limited in the through groove up and down so as to enable the village head to be in cross connection with the glasses leg;
the end part of the village head protrudes backwards from the front two end parts of the upper side and the lower side of the narrow part of the T-shaped rear end respectively, and the abutting parts are abutted against the concave parts formed by the connection of the first bending part and the second bending part;

The spectacle frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the included angle between the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the abutting part is an acute angle smaller than 60 degrees, or the included angle between the front end surface of the abutting part and the outer side surface is an acute angle smaller than 60 degrees.
4. The spectacle frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the inner side of the abutment is concave and is inclined towards the outer side so that the abutment forms a narrower front end surface and a pointed abutment.

The spectacle frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a gap is formed between the abutting part and the narrow part of the T-shaped rear end, and compared with the bending starting point from the end part of the pile head on the outer side face of the narrow part of the T-shaped rear end, the tail end face or the top end of the abutting part is arranged in front of the bending starting point.

The spectacle frame as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the elastic sheet comprises an elastic flexible section and a reverse bending section which is reversely bent from the elastic flexible section, and the front end of the reverse bending section penetrates out of a matching hole formed in the end part of the banker head and is elastically pressed against the end part of the banker head.
7. The eyeglass frame as in claim 6, wherein: the distance between the concave part and the reverse bending section gradually increases from the middle part of the reverse bending section to the two ends.
8. The eyeglass frame as in claim 7, wherein: the elastic sheet is provided by cutting a strip from the middle of the rear of the through groove and reversely bending the strip forwards.

The spectacle frame as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein: a gap is formed between the abutting part and the narrow part of the T-shaped rear end, and compared with the bending starting point from the end part of the pile head on the outer side face of the narrow part of the T-shaped rear end, the tail end face or the top end of the abutting part is arranged in front of the bending starting point.
10. The spectacle frame as recited in claim 9, wherein: the elastic sheet comprises an elastic flexible section and a reverse bending section which is reversely bent with the elastic flexible section, the front end of the reverse bending section penetrates through a matching hole formed in the end part of the pile head and is elastically pressed against the end part of the pile head, and the distance between the concave part and the reverse bending section is gradually increased from the middle part of the reverse bending section to two ends.
