本发明公开了一种物流快递箱，包括箱盖和箱体，所述箱体包括外壳、海绵层和冰槽，所述外壳为上端开口的长方体型外壳，所述外壳内部相对两侧壁上均安装有冰槽，所述冰槽两侧的外壳内壁及外壳底部均铺设有海绵垫，所述外壳上与冰槽所在侧面相垂直的一侧面上端固定焊接有轴套，所述外壳上与轴套相对一侧壁上端开设有锁孔，在两组所述锁孔间的外壳外侧还设只有凹槽，所述箱盖内侧固定安装有海绵层，所述海绵层上固定安装有电子锁，所述箱盖在靠近电子锁的一端上对称设置有锁扣，两组所述锁扣与外壳上的锁孔相适配，所述箱盖另一端固定焊接有转轴。该物流快递箱，具有结构设计合理、保鲜效果好等的优点，可以普遍推广使用。

本发明涉及快递箱，特别涉及一种物流快递箱。
背景技术
物流运输中每发一件产品，都要提前准备定制箱子，比如生鲜类箱子，成本比较高，而且一次使用就被丢弃掉，会造成大量的浪费，因为不能反复使用，还有一个问题就是，保鲜效果不是很理想，因为用太好的包装材料，使用一次就扔掉，客户都承担不起这个成本，最后一个问题，就是没有任何个性化服务，没有隐私，内件产品容易在运输过程中，被第三者开箱。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种物流快递箱，可以有效解决背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：
一种物流快递箱，包括箱盖和箱体，所述箱体包括外壳、海绵层和冰槽，所述外壳为上端开口的长方体型外壳，所述箱体底端四角均固定安装有支脚，所述外壳内部相对两侧壁上均安装有冰槽，所述冰槽两侧的外壳内壁及外壳底部均铺设有海绵层，所述海绵层为拼接式结构，所述外壳上与冰槽所在侧面相垂直的一侧面上端固定焊接有轴套，所述轴套相对设置有两组，且两组所述轴套上的轴孔相对开设，所述外壳上与轴套相对一侧壁上端开设有锁孔，所述锁孔在外壳侧壁上端对称设置，在两组所述锁孔间的外壳外侧还设置有凹槽，所述箱盖内侧固定安装有海绵层，所述海绵层上固定安装有电子锁，所述箱盖在靠近电子锁的一端上对称设置有锁扣，两组所述锁扣与外壳上的锁孔相适配，所述箱盖另一端固定焊接有转轴，所述转轴两端直径与轴套上开设的轴孔直径相同。
进一步地，所述冰槽上端设置有开口，冰槽内部设置有内盒，所述内盒上端设置有与冰槽横截面大小相同的盖板，两组所述冰槽相对一面及内盒的盖板上均开设有通孔，所述通孔均匀阵列。
进一步地，所述冰槽顶端高度低于外壳顶端高度，在所述冰槽上方的外壳上开设有压力孔，所述压力孔水平等距排列，且将箱体内部与外界连通。
进一步地，所述箱盖上端还安装有无线充电模块，所述无线充电模块通过导线与电子锁电性连接。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：该物流快递箱，通过冰槽及内盒的设计，配合开设的通孔，在内盒内放置冰块，可对生鲜类产品进行保鲜，保证了产品在物流过程中的品质；通过电子锁及无线充电模块的设计，使得充电过程方便快捷；通过拼接式海绵层的设计，使得箱体保温效果更好，起到减震的作用，避免产品损坏，同时拼接式的设计，使得海绵块的拆装变得十分便捷；该物流快递箱，具有结构设计合理、保鲜效果好等的优点，可以普遍推广使用。

如图1-3所示，一种物流快递箱，包括箱盖1和箱体2，所述箱体2包括外壳9、海绵层6和冰槽7，所述外壳9为上端开口的长方体型外壳9，所述箱体2底端四角均固定安装有支脚8，所述外壳9内部相对两侧壁上均安装有冰槽7，所述冰槽7两侧的外壳9内壁及外壳9底部均铺设有海绵层6，所述海绵层6为拼接式结构，所述外壳9上与冰槽7所在侧面相垂直的一侧面上端固定焊接有轴套5，所述轴套5相对设置有两组，且两组所述轴套5上的轴孔相对开设，所述外壳9上与轴套5相对一侧壁上端开设有锁孔10，所述锁孔10在外壳9侧壁上端对称设置，在两组所述锁孔10间的外壳9外侧还设置有凹槽3，所述箱盖1内侧固定安装有海绵层6，所述海绵层6上固定安装有电子锁15，所述箱盖1在靠近电子锁15的一端上对称设置有锁扣14，两组所述锁扣14与外壳9上的锁孔10相适配，所述箱盖1另一端固定焊接有转轴13，所述转轴13两端直径与轴套5上开设的轴孔直径相同。
其中，所述冰槽7上端设置有开口，冰槽7内部设置有内盒11，所述内盒11上端设置有与冰槽7横截面大小相同的盖板，两组所述冰槽7相对一面及内盒11的盖板上均开设有通孔12，所述通孔12均匀阵列。
其中，所述冰槽7顶端高度低于外壳9顶端高度，在所述冰槽7上方的外壳9上开设有压力孔4，所述压力孔4水平等距排列，且将箱体2内部与外界连通。
其中，所述箱盖1上端还安装有无线充电模块，所述无线充电模块通过导线与电子锁15电性连接，所述箱盖1上有身份识别二维码，箱盖1内部镶嵌身份IC卡。
需要说明的是，本发明为一种物流快递箱，在进行生鲜类产品运输时，通过在冰槽7内部放置冰块对产品进行冷藏，箱体2内部的海绵层6能够维持箱体2内部温度，同时起到减震的作用，避免产品损坏；在货物运输前，收件人支付运费和货款，发货人回执给收件人一组数据，如开箱密码，和箱子ID信息，派送员在商家仓库提货，同时扫描感应箱子二维码或者身份信息IC卡，这样可以在APP平台查询到箱子的运输轨迹，客户可以在APP系统直接收入箱子ID，就可以获取自己邮包派送司机即时位置，当派送员将箱子当客户面给到客户时，客户只需要进入APP平台，在自己的用户界面功能框点击扫描，用自己的手机扫描箱子二维码，或者用手机蓝牙感应箱子的身份IC卡，手机屏幕会出现客户的具体信息，还有提醒客户在手机界面输入开箱密码，实际收件人，只要输入密码，箱子即可打开，将箱子内部产品拿出即可，最后这个箱子由派送员当场收回。
