Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型户式风冷溶液调湿新风机组,主要包括溶液模块、制冷系统。所述溶液模块包括再生溶液模块、除湿溶液模块;所述制冷系统包括压缩机、冷凝器Ⅰ、冷凝器Ⅱ、膨胀阀、蒸发器;该系统共有三个通道分别对新风进行处理,第一股室外新风依次经过所述蒸发器、所述溶液除湿模块进入室内;第二股室外新风依次经过所述冷凝器Ⅰ、所述溶液再生模块后排出。第三股室外新风经过所述冷凝器Ⅱ,完成对剩余冷凝热的排放。该装置无需外接冷热源,不仅可以提供室内需要的新风,而且新风还承担室内的湿负荷和部分显热负荷;并且利用盐溶液高效杀菌的特点,为室内提供干净新风;等焓除湿过程,提高制冷效率。

Description

一种新型户式风冷溶液调湿新风机组
技术领域
本发明涉及一种溶液式空气处理装置,尤其是涉及一种新型户式风冷溶液调湿新风机组。
背景技术
人类至少70%以上的时间在室内度过,但是室内空气污染物的浓度一般是室外污染物浓度的2-5倍,在某些情况下是室外污染物的几十甚至上百倍。这些污染物是呼吸道疾病、肺癌、哮喘等疾病的诱因。室内污染已成为了人们身边潜伏的隐形杀手。
目前市面上的新风机组只有过滤PM2.5和热交换的功能,不具备杀菌和除(加)湿功能,而且静电杀菌会产生臭氧,降低室内空气品质,对室内温湿度控制精度低。
现有的溶液调湿空调中,目前技术比较成熟、应用范围比较广的是热泵式溶液调湿空调,然而热泵式溶液调湿空调机组结构复杂,造价高,体积庞大,对机房要求较高,安装不够灵活,不适用于小空间建筑项目。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型户式风冷溶液调湿新风机组,属于调湿空调领域,尤其是溶液式空气处理装置领域。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种新型户式风冷溶液调湿新风机组,其特征在于:包括溶液模块、制冷系统;所述溶液模块包括再生溶液模块、除湿溶液模块;
所述制冷系统包括依次环状连接的压缩机、冷凝器Ⅰ、冷凝器Ⅱ、膨胀阀、蒸发器;
该新风机组共有三个通道分别对新风进行处理,第一通道为室外新风依次经过所述蒸发器、所述溶液除湿模块进入室内;第二通道为室外新风依次经过所述冷凝器Ⅰ、所述溶液再生模块后排出。第三通道为室外新风经过所述冷凝器Ⅱ,完成对剩余冷凝热的排放。
所述溶液模块还包括与再生溶液模块、除湿溶液模块配套的溶液泵和管路,所述溶液模块的底部溶液槽通过溶液泵与安装在再生溶液模块上部的布液管相连。溶液自上而下进行喷淋,依次通过再生溶液模块与除湿溶液模块。
所述压缩机中的制冷剂依次流经压缩机、冷凝器Ⅰ、冷凝器Ⅱ、膨胀阀、蒸发器,然后回到压缩机,完成循环;所述蒸发器内的制冷剂循环通路的出口通过管路与压缩机的入口相连,压缩机的出口通过管路与所述冷凝器Ⅰ与冷凝器Ⅱ的制冷剂循环通路的入口相连,所述冷凝器Ⅰ与冷凝器Ⅱ的制冷剂循环通路的出口通过管路与膨胀阀的入口相连,膨胀阀的出口通过管路与所述蒸发器的制冷剂循环通路的入口相连。
所述再生溶液模块和除湿溶液模块利用盐溶液表面与空气中的水蒸气分压力差进行热湿交换,利用不同浓度溶液的吸湿特性实现对空气的除湿处理;第一股高温潮湿的室外新风首先经过所述蒸发器预降温除湿,经过降温处理过程后的新风再经过所述除湿溶液模块进一步除湿降温,已到满足室内送风要求的状态点;第二股室外新风首先吸收冷凝器排放的冷凝器Ⅰ,温度升高,再经过所述再生溶液模块,对除湿溶液模块除湿后的稀溶液进行浓缩再生,之后排出室外;第三股室外新风经过所述冷凝器Ⅱ,完成对剩余冷凝热的排放。
所述再生溶液模块和除湿溶液模块结构一致,里面填料均由无纺布和ABS材料高温融合而成,采用瓦楞形状叠加在一起,保证溶液不被风带出来;外框使用ABS材料,模具一体化成型;里面循环的盐溶液采用溴化锂、氯化钙或者氯化锂。
该装置具有以下特点:除湿效率高,灭杀空气中有害病菌,结构紧凑,造价低,体积较小,且能够用于小型办公楼、酒店式公寓、别墅和普通住宅。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明的新型户式风冷溶液调湿新风机组,所述机组主要含有溶液模块、制冷系统。所述溶液模块包括再生溶液模块、除湿溶液模块与之配套的溶液泵和管路;所述制冷系统包括压缩机、冷凝器Ⅰ、冷凝器Ⅱ、膨胀阀、蒸发器及与之配套的管路;该装置最大特点是无需外接冷热源,并且利用盐溶液高效杀菌的特点,为室内提供干净新风;等焓除湿过程,提高制冷效率。

所述的新风机组,所述制冷系统主要由压缩机、冷凝器Ⅰ、冷凝器Ⅱ、膨胀阀、蒸发器及与之配套的管路组成;其工作原理就是:通过压缩机以后的高温高压的制冷剂流至冷凝器Ⅰ与冷凝器Ⅱ,通过冷凝器Ⅰ与冷凝器Ⅱ进行散热后进入膨胀阀,然后流至蒸发器,低压低温的制冷剂在蒸发器中膨胀蒸发制冷,吸热后的制冷剂最后流入压缩机,依此循环。所述蒸发器内的制冷剂循环通路的出口通过管路与压缩机的入口相连,压缩机的出口通过管路与所述冷凝器Ⅰ与冷凝器Ⅱ的制冷剂循环通路的入口相连,所述冷凝器Ⅰ与冷凝器Ⅱ的制冷剂循环通路的出口通过管路与膨胀阀的入口相连,膨胀阀的出口通过管路与所述蒸发器的制冷剂循环通路的入口相连。
所述的新风机组,与现有的溶液除湿机组相比,本发明的新型户式风冷溶液调湿新风机组结构更简单紧凑,且无需外接冷热源,即可为室内提供干净新风;等焓除湿过程,提高制冷效率;机组尺寸更小,安装位置灵活机动,能满足小型办公楼、酒店式公寓、别墅和普通住宅的需求。
如图1所示,所述新型户式风冷溶液调湿新风机组,以其典型形式为例,主要含有溶液模块、制冷系统。所述溶液模块包括再生溶液模块3-2、除湿溶液模块3-3与之配套的溶液泵6和管路;所述制冷系统包括压缩机4、蒸发器1、冷凝器2-1与2-2、膨胀阀5及与之配套的管路。
第一股室外新风首先通过蒸发器1进行预直膨降温除湿,之后经过除湿溶液模块3-3,进一步降温除湿,达到满足室内要求的送风状态点,由离心式送风机7送入室内;第二股室外新风首先经过冷凝器2-1,吸收部分冷凝热,温度升高,之后经过溶液再生模块3-2,将被稀释的溶液浓缩再生,变成高温高湿的空气,经过排风机8室外。第三股室外新风经过排风扇9排出,带走剩余冷凝热。
所述溶液模块主要由再生溶液模块3-2、除湿溶液模块3-3与之配套的溶液泵6和管路组成;第一股室外新风首先通过蒸发器1进行预直膨降温除湿,之后经过除湿溶液模块3-3,进一步降温除湿,达到满足室内要求的送风状态点,由离心式送风机7送入室内;第二股室外新风首先经过冷凝器2-1,吸收部分冷凝热,温度升高,之后经过溶液再生模块3-2,将被稀释的溶液浓缩再生,变成高温高湿的空气,经过排风机8室外。第三股室外新风经过排风扇9排出,带走剩余冷凝热;溶液模块3底部溶液槽3-4通过管路及溶液泵6与安装在再生溶液模块上部的布液管3-1相连。
所述制冷系统主要由压缩机4、冷凝器2-1与2-2、膨胀阀5、蒸发器1及与之配套的管路组成;通过压缩机4以后的高温高压的制冷剂流至冷凝器2-1与2-2,通过冷凝器2-1与2-2进行散热后进入膨胀阀5,然后流至蒸发器1,低压低温的制冷剂在蒸发器1中膨胀蒸发制冷,吸热后的制冷剂最后流入压缩机4,依此循环。所述蒸发器1内的制冷剂循环通路的出口通过管路与压缩机4的入口相连,压缩机4的出口通过管路与所述冷凝器2-1与2-2的制冷剂循环通路的入口相连,所述冷凝器2-1与2-2的制冷剂循环通路的出口通过管路与膨胀阀5的入口相连,膨胀阀5的出口通过管路与所述蒸发器1的制冷剂循环通路的入口相连。

1.一种新型户式风冷溶液调湿新风机组,其特征在于:包括溶液模块、制冷系统;所述溶液模块包括再生溶液模块、除湿溶液模块;
所述制冷系统包括依次环状连接的压缩机、冷凝器Ⅰ、冷凝器Ⅱ、膨胀阀、蒸发器;
该新风机组共有三个通道分别对新风进行处理,第一通道为室外新风依次经过所述蒸发器、所述溶液除湿模块进入室内;第二通道为室外新风依次经过所述冷凝器Ⅰ、所述溶液再生模块后排出。第三通道为室外新风经过所述冷凝器Ⅱ,完成对剩余冷凝热的排放。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型户式风冷溶液调湿新风机组,其特征在于:所述溶液模块还包括与再生溶液模块、除湿溶液模块配套的溶液泵和管路,所述溶液模块的底部溶液槽通过溶液泵与安装在再生溶液模块上部的布液管相连,溶液自上而下进行喷淋,依次通过再生溶液模块与除湿溶液模块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型户式风冷溶液调湿新风机组,其特征在于:在制冷系统中,所述压缩机中的制冷剂依次流经压缩机、冷凝器Ⅰ、冷凝器Ⅱ、膨胀阀、蒸发器,然后回到压缩机,完成循环;所述蒸发器内的制冷剂循环通路的出口通过管路与压缩机的入口相连,压缩机的出口通过管路与所述冷凝器Ⅰ与冷凝器Ⅱ的制冷剂循环通路的入口相连,所述冷凝器Ⅰ与冷凝器Ⅱ的制冷剂循环通路的出口通过管路与膨胀阀的入口相连,膨胀阀的出口通过管路与所述蒸发器的制冷剂循环通路的入口相连。
