Abstract

本发明公开了一种长效微生物肥料,由下述重量份的原料制备而成:马粪36‑42份、猪粪27‑34份、鸡粪10‑15份、玉米秸秆6‑12份、甘蔗渣5‑10份、聚丙烯酰胺1.5‑2.5份、聚天冬氨酸钠1.5‑2.5份、尿素6‑13份、硝酸钙6‑13份、磷酸钾6‑13份、磷酸氢二铵1‑3份、植物乳杆菌0.5‑1.5份、地衣芽孢杆菌0.5‑1.5份、苏云金芽孢杆菌0.5‑1.5份、镁肥3.5‑6份、有机酸1.5‑4.5份。本发明长效微生物肥料,能为作物提供生长需要的氮、磷、钾元素和必需的微量元素,施放该肥料,不板结土壤,能改善土壤结构,具有较强的保水力,促进作物根系生长,防治病虫害,肥效时间长。

技术领域
本发明涉及肥料技术领域,具体涉及一种长效微生物肥料。
背景技术
肥料在保障我国粮食安全中起着不可替代的支撑作用,但是化肥养分利用率低又产生了对环境的不良影响。因此用好肥料资源、提高肥料利用效率是关系到国家粮食安全和环境质量的重大科技问题。微生物肥料在绿色有机食品生产、农业生态环境保护以及高产、优质、高效农业的持续发展中发挥着重要作用。微生物肥料利用率高、肥效长。肥料中的有效微生物可对植物的生命活动产生特定肥效及生理功能,还可以改善作物营养条件、固定氮素和活化土壤中一些无效态的营养元素,因此,创造了良好的土壤微生态环境来促进作物的生长。
发明内容
本发明目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种长效微生物肥料,由下述重量份的原料制备而成:马粪36-42份、猪粪27-34份、鸡粪10-15份、玉米秸秆6-12份、甘蔗渣5-10份、聚丙烯酰胺1.5-2.5份、聚天冬氨酸钠1.5-2.5份、尿素6-13份、硝酸钙6-13份、磷酸钾6-13份、磷酸氢二铵1-3份、植物乳杆菌0.5-1.5份、地衣芽孢杆菌0.5-1.5份、苏云金芽孢杆菌0.5-1.5份、镁肥3.5-6份、有机酸1.5-4.5份。
优选地,所述的镁肥为钼酸镁、柠檬酸镁、硫酸镁中一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的镁肥由钼酸镁、柠檬酸镁、硫酸镁混合而成,所述钼酸镁、柠檬酸镁、硫酸镁的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
优选地,所述的有机酸为油酸、亚油酸、肉豆蔻酸中一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的有机酸由油酸、亚油酸、肉豆蔻酸混合而成,所述油酸、亚油酸、肉豆蔻酸的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
本发明长效微生物肥料,能为作物提供生长需要的氮、磷、钾元素和必需的微量元素,施放该肥料,不板结土壤,能改善土壤结构,具有较强的保水力,促进作物根系生长,防治病虫害,肥效时间长。

实施例中各原料介绍:
聚丙烯酰胺,CAS号:9003-05-8,具体采用九江市美景水处理科技有限公司提供的500万分子量阴离子聚丙烯酰胺。
聚天冬氨酸钠,CAS号:181828-06-8,采用郑州市伟丰生物科技有限公司提供的聚天冬氨酸钠。
硝酸钙,CAS号:13477-34-4。
磷酸钾,CAS号:7778-53-2。
磷酸氢二铵,CAS号:7783-28-0。
猪粪,采用江苏地润有机肥科技有限公司提供的猪粪。
马粪,采用河北润东肥业有限公司提供的马粪。
鸡粪,采用沧州临港绿源有机肥料有限公司提供的鸡粪。
玉米秸秆,采用唐山市丰润区牧康农业科技有限公司提供的玉米秸秆。
甘蔗渣,采用新兴县绿怡生态农牧发展专业合作社提供的甘蔗渣。
尿素,CAS号:57-13-6。
植物乳杆菌,从农业部菌种库购买,菌种号:ACCC11118,拉丁名称:Lactobacillusplanta,活菌个数:5亿/ml。
地衣芽孢杆菌的编号为ACCC02936,购自中国农业科学院农业微生物菌种保藏管理中心,活菌个数:2亿/ml。
苏云金芽孢杆菌的编号为ACCC11075,购自中国农业科学院农业微生物菌种保藏管理中心,活菌个数:2亿/ml。
钼酸镁,CAS号:13767-03-8。
柠檬酸镁,即柠檬酸镁九水合物,CAS号:153531-96-5。
硫酸镁,CAS号:7487-88-9。
油酸,CAS号:112-80-1。
亚油酸,CAS号:60-33-3。
肉豆蔻酸,CAS号:544-63-8。
实施例1
长效微生物肥料原料(重量份):马粪38份、猪粪32份、鸡粪12份、玉米秸秆8份、甘蔗渣8份、聚丙烯酰胺1.5份、聚天冬氨酸钠2.5份、尿素9份、硝酸钙8份、磷酸钾9份、磷酸氢二铵2份、植物乳杆菌0.8份、地衣芽孢杆菌0.8份、苏云金芽孢杆菌1.5份、镁肥4.5份、有机酸3份。
所述的镁肥由钼酸镁、柠檬酸镁、硫酸镁按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
所述的有机酸由油酸、亚油酸、肉豆蔻酸按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
长效微生物肥料制备:将各原料搅拌混合均匀。得到实施例1的长效微生物肥料。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的镁肥由柠檬酸镁、硫酸镁按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例2的长效微生物肥料。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的镁肥由钼酸镁、硫酸镁按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例3的长效微生物肥料。
实施例4
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的镁肥由钼酸镁、柠檬酸镁按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例4的长效微生物肥料。
实施例5
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的有机酸由亚油酸、肉豆蔻酸按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例5的长效微生物肥料。
实施例6
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的有机酸由油酸、肉豆蔻酸按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例6的长效微生物肥料。
实施例7
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的有机酸由油酸、亚油酸按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例7的长效微生物肥料。
测试例1
对实施例1-7制得的长效微生物肥料进行促进新疆和田红葡萄生长测试,共7组测试,每组分别用实施例1-7制得的长效微生物肥料种植新疆和田红葡萄,每组种植方法和田间管理相同,每组新疆和田红葡萄种植方法均如下:
(1)苗木选择:选取生长粗壮、芽眼饱满的一年生葡萄枝条(品种为和田红葡萄枝条),截取长为11厘米、粗为8毫米的枝条做为苗木;
(2)选地施肥:在新疆和田选土层深厚,土质疏松的沙壤土质,每亩地施长效微生物肥料800kg;翻地10厘米,将翻上来的土敲碎与肥料混合均匀,整成高40厘米、宽70厘米的畦,畦与畦之间的距离为40厘米;
(3)定植:在2月1日,将苗木扦插在畦上,苗木插入深度为5厘米,再浇水至土壤含水量为60wt%,苗木的间距为1.8米;
(4)定期浇水:定植后每隔7天浇一次水,每次浇水在下午16点进行,保持土壤含水量为50wt%。在9月20日对葡萄进行采收。
对分别施用实施例1-7制得的长效微生物肥料后各组葡萄收获量、病虫害发生率、维生素C含量进行测定,维生素C含量测试方法为:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定,DiamonsilTM C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(体积比5:95)为流动相,流速1mL·min-1,柱温25℃,检测波长为242nm。具体结果见表1。

比较实施例1与实施例2-4,实施例1(钼酸镁、柠檬酸镁、硫酸镁复配)葡萄亩产、病虫害发生率、β-胡萝卜素含量测试结果明显优于实施例2-4(钼酸镁、柠檬酸镁、硫酸镁中任意二者复配)。比较实施例1与实施例5-7,实施例1(油酸、亚油酸、肉豆蔻酸复配)葡萄亩产、病虫害发生率、β-胡萝卜素含量测试结果明显优于实施例5-7(油酸、亚油酸、肉豆蔻酸中任意二者复配)。

1.一种长效微生物肥料,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制备而成:马粪36-42份、猪粪27-34份、鸡粪10-15份、玉米秸秆6-12份、甘蔗渣5-10份、聚丙烯酰胺1.5-2.5份、聚天冬氨酸钠1.5-2.5份、尿素6-13份、硝酸钙6-13份、磷酸钾6-13份、磷酸氢二铵1-3份、植物乳杆菌0.5-1.5份、地衣芽孢杆菌0.5-1.5份、苏云金芽孢杆菌0.5-1.5份、镁肥3.5-6份、有机酸1.5-4.5份;
所述的镁肥由钼酸镁、柠檬酸镁、硫酸镁混合而成,所述钼酸镁、柠檬酸镁、硫酸镁的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3);
所述的有机酸由油酸、亚油酸、肉豆蔻酸混合而成,所述油酸、亚油酸、肉豆蔻酸的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
