Disclosure of Invention
The technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: aiming at the defects of large addition amount, non-ideal action period and scale inhibition effect of the existing liquid scale inhibitor, provides a solid slow-release scale inhibitor and a preparation method thereof.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the solid slow-release scale inhibitor is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-65 parts of organic acid, 40-45 parts of biological matrix, 20-25 parts of water, 15-20 parts of adhesive, 6-9 parts of dispersing agent and 1-3 parts of auxiliary agent.
2. The solid slow-release scale inhibitor according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the organic acid comprises the following steps:
(1) putting maleic anhydride and lysine into a reactor according to the mass ratio of 1:3, adding tetrahydrofuran which is 2-3 times of the mass of the lysine and titanium dioxide which is 1-2% of the mass of the lysine, and heating and refluxing;
(2) and after the reflux is finished, filtering, collecting filter residues, washing the filter residues with water, air-drying the washed filter residues, collecting air-dried substances, and uniformly mixing the air-dried substances and sodium citrate according to the mass ratio of 3-6: 1 to obtain the organic acid.
The preparation of the biological matrix comprises the following steps:
A. uniformly mixing dirt in an oil field pipeline with the field soil according to the mass ratio of 1:3, collecting the mixture, adjusting the water content of the mixture to 60-65% by using water, then paving the mixture in a culture pond, paving the mixture with the thickness of 6-10 cm, and putting the earthworms in the earthworm stage into the culture pond for culture according to 80-90 earthworms in the earthworm stage per square meter; B. and after the culture is finished, collecting the earthworms living in the culture pond, mashing the collected earthworms and 1.2mol/L hydrochloric acid in a mashing machine according to the mass ratio of 1:3, collecting a mashing mixture, performing centrifugal separation, collecting a centrifugal liquid, performing freeze drying on the centrifugal liquid, and collecting a dried substance to obtain the biological matrix.
The adhesive is formed by mixing polyvinylpyrrolidone and polyvinyl alcohol according to the mass ratio of 1: 4.
The dispersing agent is any one of sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium dodecyl sulfate or stearic acid.
The auxiliary agent is formed by mixing triethanolamine and titanium dioxide according to the mass ratio of 6: 1.
A preparation method of a solid slow-release scale inhibitor comprises the following steps: taking raw materials according to the weight part ratio, putting the raw materials into a stirrer to be uniformly stirred, collecting a stirring mixture, putting the stirring mixture into a press to be pressed into blocks, collecting an extruded matter, naturally drying the extruded matter, crushing the dried matter, sieving the crushed matter, collecting sieved particles, and obtaining the solid slow-release scale inhibitor. Compared with other methods, the method has the beneficial technical effects that:
(1) according to the invention, the amide substances are formed by maleic anhydride and lysine in a tetrahydrofuran environment under the catalytic action of titanium dioxide, and are compounded with sodium citrate to form organic acid, the organic acid, calcium ions, magnesium ions and other metal ions form a water-soluble complex to prevent scale formation, and meanwhile, the earthworm is specially cultured to form oil scale decomposition enzyme in vivo and is matched with the organic acid, so that the formation of scale is prevented, the oil scale is decomposed on the other hand, and the scale inhibition and cleaning effects are better achieved;
(2) the invention takes polyvinylpyrrolidone and polyvinyl alcohol as adhesives, wherein the polyvinylpyrrolidone has good water solubility, the polyvinyl alcohol is used for reducing the solubility to achieve the effect of slow release, and the polyvinylpyrrolidone forms water-soluble electrolyte after being dissolved to generate steric hindrance to prevent mutual contact among scaling crystal nuclei so that scales can not be aggregated and grown, triethanolamine is used for increasing the detention time of the solid slow-release scale inhibitor in oil field pipelines to prolong the scale inhibition period, titanium dioxide is used for catalysis to enhance the scale cleaning and scale inhibition effects, and the titanium dioxide is used for improving the enzyme activity and increasing the enzyme action to further enhance the scale inhibition effect.
Detailed Description
The preparation method of the organic acid comprises the following steps:
(1) putting maleic anhydride and lysine into a reactor according to the mass ratio of 1:3, adding tetrahydrofuran which is 2-3 times of the mass of the lysine and titanium dioxide which is 1-2% of the mass of the lysine, and heating and refluxing;
(2) and after the reflux is finished, filtering, collecting filter residues, washing the filter residues with water, air-drying the washed filter residues, collecting air-dried substances, and uniformly mixing the air-dried substances and sodium citrate according to the mass ratio of 3-6: 1 to obtain the organic acid.
The preparation of the biological matrix comprises the following steps:
A. uniformly mixing dirt in oil field pipelines and field soil according to the mass ratio of 1:3, collecting the mixture, adjusting the water content of the mixture to 60-65% by using water, then paving the mixture in a culture pond, paving earthworms with the thickness of 6-10 cm, putting the earthworms of young earthworms according to 80-90 young earthworms per square meter into the culture pond, culturing for 10-15 days at the culture temperature of 18-26 ℃, and adding the dirt in the oil field pipelines with the mass of 10-12% of the field soil into the culture pond every 15-20 hours in the culture process;
B. and after the culture is finished, collecting the earthworms living in the culture pond, mashing the collected earthworms and 1.2mol/L hydrochloric acid in a mass ratio of 1:3 in a mashing machine at 11000r/min for 10-15 min, collecting the mashed mixture, carrying out centrifugal separation, collecting the centrifugal liquid, carrying out freeze drying on the centrifugal liquid, and collecting the dried substance to obtain the biological matrix. Preparation of the adhesive: the polyvinyl pyrrolidone and the polyvinyl alcohol are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1: 4.
Selecting a dispersing agent: any one of sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium dodecyl sulfate or stearic acid.

B. uniformly mixing dirt in oil field pipelines and the field soil according to the mass ratio of 1:3, collecting the mixture, adjusting the water content of the mixture to 60% by using water, then paving the mixture in a culture pond, paving earthworms with the thickness of 6cm, putting the earthworms of young earthworms according to 80 young earthworms per square meter into the culture pond, culturing for 10 days at the culture temperature of 18 ℃, and adding the dirt in the oil field pipelines with the mass of 10% of the field soil into the culture pond every 15 hours in the culturing process;
B. and after the culture is finished, collecting the earthworms living in the culture pond, mashing the collected earthworms and 1.2mol/L hydrochloric acid in a mass ratio of 1:3 in a mashing machine for 10min at 11000r/min, collecting the mashed mixture, carrying out centrifugal separation, collecting the centrifugal liquid, carrying out freeze drying on the centrifugal liquid, and collecting the dried substance to obtain the biological matrix.
Preparation of the adhesive: the polyvinyl pyrrolidone and the polyvinyl alcohol are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1: 4.
Preparation of an auxiliary agent: mixing triethanolamine and titanium dioxide according to the mass ratio of 6: 1.

C. uniformly mixing dirt in oil field pipelines and the field soil according to the mass ratio of 1:3, collecting the mixture, adjusting the water content of the mixture to 63% by using water, then paving the mixture in a culture pond, paving earthworms with the thickness of 8cm, putting the earthworms of young earthworms according to 85 young earthworms per square meter into the culture pond, culturing for 13 days at the culture temperature of 22 ℃, and adding the dirt in the oil field pipelines with the mass of 11% of the field soil into the culture pond every 18 hours in the culturing process;
B. and after the culture is finished, collecting the earthworms living in the culture pond, mashing the collected earthworms and 1.2mol/L hydrochloric acid in a mass ratio of 1:3 in a mashing machine for 13min at 11000r/min, collecting the mashed mixture, carrying out centrifugal separation, collecting the centrifugal liquid, carrying out freeze drying on the centrifugal liquid, and collecting the dried substance to obtain the biological matrix.

Comparative example: the solid scale inhibitor is produced by Suzhou environmental protection technology company Limited and specially used for oil fields.
The using method comprises the following steps: the scale inhibitor is placed in a sieve tube with the length of 4m and the outer diameter the same as that of the oil well pump and is connected to the lower end of the oil well pump, when liquid flows through the sieve tube, the solid slow-release scale inhibitor is slowly dissolved, and active ingredients in the solid slow-release scale inhibitor are released.
According to the using method, the solid slow-release scale inhibitor prepared in the examples 1-3 of the invention and the oil field special solid scale inhibitor of the comparative example are used, the using effect is detected, and the detection result is shown in table 1: TABLE 1

In conclusion, the solid slow-release scale inhibitor prepared by the invention has the advantages of slow release, convenient dosing and good scale inhibition effect, can play a good role in protecting equipment such as oil well casings, oil pipes, pull rods and the like after being used, reduces the maintenance cost expenditure of oil fields, and is an oil field auxiliary agent which is convenient to use, economical and durable.
