背景技术
沉水植被是湖泊生态系统中的主要初级生产者,具有防止底泥悬浮、净化水体,为水生动物提供庇护场所和产卵场所,为草食性水生动物提供食物来源等重要作用,在维持淡水生态系统稳定、提高生态系统自净功能等方面具有重要的生态学意义。
湖泊富营养化引起的弱光效应、极端气候条件(如暴雨和洪水)引起的水位突然上涨以及大型水利工程(如大坝)等引起的水位急剧升高均是湖泊沉水植被群落衰退甚至消失的驱动因素,如极端高水位使得1998年鄱阳湖优势群落短暂消失、2003年左右洱海湖心平台沉水植被彻底消失、2011年夏季梁子湖部分湖湾微齿眼子菜群落死亡。因而水生植被群落的恢复与重建是现阶段湖泊恢复生态学研究的重要内容。
沉水植物通过茎或叶组织的伸长来适应弱光和高水位环境,然而自然水体中沉水植物的的伸长能力仍不足以使其在高度富营养化水体、极端弱光环境以及极端高水位条件下生存。当前我国没有关于锻炼沉水植物伸长能力方法的报道,因此本发明对于在高度富营养化水体、极端弱光环境以及极端高水位条件下恢复沉水植被群落具有重要科学意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述技术上存在的问题,提供了一种锻炼沉水植物伸长能力的方法。该方法成本低廉、操作简单、存活率高、安全无污染,适用于提高沉水植物耐淹能力、高度富营养化水体、极端弱光环境以及极端高水位条件下的沉水植物修复工程。
为了实现上述目的,本方法包括下列步骤:
(1)采集沉水植物。
在沉水植物生长旺盛的湖泊或河流或池塘或其他水体中,现场采集莲座型沉水植物如苦草、海菜花,直立型沉水植物狐尾藻、轮叶黑藻、马来眼子菜、篦齿眼子菜、穿叶眼子菜、微齿眼子菜、金鱼藻、菹草等。
将莲座型沉水植物带根单株保留,植株光合作用部分长度为30至50厘米,根长为10至30厘米,单株鲜重为5至30克,叶片数量为5至10片。
将直立型沉水植物保留顶端,植株光合作用部分长度为30至50厘米,单株鲜重为3至20克,叶片数量为5至100片。
(2)移栽沉水植物。
将采集的沉水植物单株或顶端扦插入装有底泥的容器中,该底泥适宜于沉水植物的生长。
将莲座型沉水植物单株的根系完全扦插入底泥中。
将直立型沉水植物顶端的1或2或3或4或5或6个节间扦插入底泥中。
沉水植物移栽入底泥的深度为15至25厘米。
所述的装有底泥的容器大小为:高40至60厘米,顶部直径为45至60厘米,底部直径为25至35厘米。
所述的底泥高度为30至40厘米,底泥总氮含量为2至5毫克每升,底泥总磷含量为0.5至1毫克每升。
所述的沉水植物移栽密度为每个容器中5至10个单株或顶端。
(3)动态水深锻炼。
将移栽了沉水植物的容器依时间序列进行动态水深锻炼共分为5或6或7或8或9或10或11或12个阶段:第一阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于0.5至0.6米水深处,持续时间为5至15天;第二阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于1.4至1.6米水深处,持续时间为5至10天;第三阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于2.4至2.6米水深处,持续时间为5至10天;第四阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于3.4至3.6米水深处,持续时间为5至10天;第五阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于4.4至4.6米水深处,持续时间为5至10天;第六阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于5.4至5.6米水深处,持续时间为5至10天;第七阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于6.4至6.6米水深处,持续时间为5至10天;第八阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于6.9至7.1米水深处,持续时间为5至10天;第九阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于7.4至7.6米水深处,持续时间为5至10天;第十阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于7.9至8.1米水深处,持续时间为5至10天;第十一阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于8.4至8.6米水深处,持续时间为5至10天;第十二阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于8.9至9.1米水深处,持续时间为5至10天。
所述的动态水深锻炼的场所为湖泊或水库等静水水体,最大水深大于10米,湖泊或水库底部坡度为0.4%至2%,水温为18至27摄氏度,水下消光系数为0.4至0.8,水体PH值为6.5至8.5,水体总氮含量为0.6至1.2毫克每升,水体总磷含量为0.005至0.01毫克每升。
本发明提出的一种锻炼沉水植物伸长能力的方法,具有以下优点:
1.本发明操作简单、成本低廉。
2.经动态水深锻炼后的沉水植物在深水区或弱光条件下的存活率较高。

以下结合实施例及附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
(1)采集沉水植物。
本实施例地点位于云南省大理白族自治州的洱海(25°52’N,100°06’E),现场分别依照下表标准和数据采集沉水植物。
(2)移栽沉水植物。
本实施例分别采集下表中的植物部位:
将上述采集的植物部位扦插入装有底泥的容器中,容器大小为:高52厘米,顶部直径为50厘米,底部直径为35厘米。该底泥适宜于沉水植物的生长:底泥高度为30至40厘米,底泥总氮含量为2至5毫克每升,底泥总磷含量为0.5至1毫克每升,种植密度为每个容器5个。
(3)动态水深锻炼。
本实施例设置了一组对比试验,分别为固定水深共5个处理组(1.0米、2.5米、4.0米、5.5米和7.0米),和动态水深共1个处理组。每个处理组4个重复。试验场地为洱海喜洲湾,最大水深10米,湖湾底部坡度为0.9%,水温为25摄氏度,水下消光系数为0.66,水体PH值为7.9,水体总氮含量为0.9毫克每升,水体总磷含量为0.008毫克每升。
固定水深的5个处理组在所有阶段的水深固定不变。
动态水深的1个处理组共有9个阶段,水深依次变化:第一阶段将移栽的容器放置于0.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第二阶段将移栽的容器放置于1.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第三阶段将移栽的容器放置于2.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第四阶段将移栽的容器放置于3.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第五阶段将移栽的容器放置于4.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第六阶段将移栽的容器放置于5.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第七阶段将移栽了的容器放置于6.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第八阶段将移栽的容器放置于7.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第九阶段将移栽的容器放置于8.0米水深处,持续时间为5天。总计处理时间为45天,每隔15天测量株高。
45天后动态水深处理组的株高显著大于固定处理组见图1,动态水深处理组的株高伸长率显著大于固定处理组见图2,动态水深处理组的存活率为100%,而固定处理组(4.0米、5.5米和7.0米)的存活率为0。
实施例2
(1)采集沉水植物。
本实施例地点位于云南省大理白族自治州的洱海(25°52’N,100°06’E),现场分别依照下表标准和数据采集沉水植物。
(2)移栽沉水植物。
本实施例分别采集下表中的植物部位:
将上述采集的植物部位扦插入装有底泥的容器中,容器大小为:高40厘米,顶部直径为45厘米,底部直径为25厘米。该底泥适宜于沉水植物的生长:底泥高度为30厘米,底泥总氮含量为2毫克每升,底泥总磷含量为0.5毫克每升,种植密度为每个容器8个。
(3)动态水深锻炼。
本实施例设置了一组对比试验,分别为固定水深共3个处理组(1.0米、2.5米、4.5米),和动态水深共1个处理组。每个处理组4个重复。试验场地为洱海喜洲湾,最大水深10米,湖湾底部坡度为0.4%,水温为18摄氏度,水下消光系数为0.4,水体PH值为6.5,水体总氮含量为0.6毫克每升,水体总磷含量为0.005毫克每升。
固定水深的5个处理组在所有阶段的水深固定不变。而动态水深的1个处理组共有5个阶段,水深依次变化:第一阶段将移栽的容器放置于0.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第二阶段将移栽的容器放置于1.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第三阶段将的容器放置于2.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第四阶段将移栽的容器放置于3.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第五阶段将的容器放置于4.5米水深处,持续时间为5天。总计处理时间为25天,每隔5天测量株高。
25天后动态水深处理组的株高显著大于固定处理组,动态水深处理组的株高伸长率显著大于固定处理组,动态水深处理组的存活率为100%,而固定处理组(4.5米)的存活率低于20%。
实施例3
(1)采集沉水植物。
本实施例地点位于云南省大理白族自治州的洱海(25°52’N,100°06’E),现场分别依照下表标准和数据采集沉水植物。
(2)移栽沉水植物。
本实施例分别采集下表中的植物部位:
将上述采集的植物部位扦插入装有底泥的容器中,容器大小为:高60厘米,顶部直径为60厘米,底部直径为35厘米。该底泥适宜于沉水植物的生长:底泥高度为40厘米,底泥总氮含量为5毫克每升,底泥总磷含量为1毫克每升,种植密度为每个容器10个。
(3)动态水深锻炼。
本实施例设置了一组对比试验,分别为固定水深共5个处理组(3.0米、4.5米、6.0米、7.5米和9.5米),和动态水深共1个处理组。每个处理组4个重复。试验场地为洱海喜洲湾,最大水深10米,湖湾底部坡度为2%,水温为27摄氏度,水下消光系数为0.8,水体PH值为8.5,水体总氮含量为1.2毫克每升,水体总磷含量为0.01毫克每升。
固定水深的5个处理组在所有阶段的水深固定不变。而动态水深的1个处理组共有12个阶段,水深依次变化:第一阶段将移栽的容器放置于0.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第二阶段将移栽的容器放置于1.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第三阶段将移栽的容器放置于2.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第四阶段将移栽的容器放置于3.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第五阶段将移栽的容器放置于4.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第六阶段将移栽的容器放置于5.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第七阶段将移栽的容器放置于6.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第八阶段将移栽的容器放置于7.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;第九阶段将移栽的容器放置于8.0米水深处,持续时间为5天,第十阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于8.5米水深处,持续时间为5天,第十一阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于9.0米水深处,持续时间为5天,第十二阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于9.5米水深处,持续时间为5天。总计处理时间为60天,每隔15天测量株高。
60天后动态水深处理组的株高显著大于固定处理组,动态水深处理组的株高伸长率显著大于固定处理组,动态水深处理组的存活率为100%,而固定处理组(6.0米、7.5米和9.5米)的存活率为0。
Claims (6)
1.一种锻炼沉水植物伸长能力的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)采集沉水植物;
(2)移栽沉水植物,将沉水植物单株或顶端扦插入装有底泥的容器中,栽入底泥的深度为15至25厘米;
(3)动态水深锻炼,将移栽了沉水植物的容器依时间序列进行动态水深锻炼,为5个阶段:
第一阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于0.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;
第二阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于1.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;
第三阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于2.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;
第四阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于3.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;
第五阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于4.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;
所述的采集沉水植物包括采集莲座型沉水植物和采集直立型沉水植物;
所述的采集莲座型沉水植物是将莲座型沉水植物带根单株保留,植株光合作用部分长度为30至50厘米,根长为10至30厘米,单株鲜重为5至30克,叶片数量为5至10片;
所述的采集直立型沉水植物是将直立型沉水植物保留顶端,植株光合作用部分长度为30至50厘米,单株鲜重为3至20克,叶片数量为5至100片;
所述的装有底泥的容器,高40至60厘米,顶部直径为45至60厘米,底部直径为25至35厘米;
所述的底泥为30至40厘米,总氮含量为2至5毫克每升,总磷含量为0.5至1毫克每升。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的沉水植物移栽密度为每个容器中5至10个沉水植物。
3.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的动态水深锻炼的场所为静水水体,最大水深大于10米,底部坡度为0.4%至2%,水温为18至27摄氏度,水下消光系数为0.4至0.8,水体PH值为6.5至8.5,水体总氮含量为0.6至1.2毫克每升,水体总磷含量为0.005至0.01毫克每升。
4.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
所述的莲座型沉水植物包括苦草或海菜花;
所述的直立型沉水植物包括狐尾藻、轮叶黑藻、马来眼子菜、篦齿眼子菜、穿叶眼子菜、微齿眼子菜、金鱼藻或菹草。
5.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的移栽沉水植物包括移栽莲座型沉水植物和移栽直立型沉水植物;
所述的移栽莲座型沉水植物是将莲座型沉水植物的根系完全扦插入底泥中;
所述的移栽直立型沉水植物是将直立型沉水植物的1或2或3或4或5或6个节间扦插入底泥中。
6.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的动态水深锻炼,还包括
第六阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于5.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;和/或
第七阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于6.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;和/或
第八阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于7.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;和/或
第九阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于8.0米水深处,持续时间为5天;和/或
第十阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于8.5米水深处,持续时间为5天;和/或
第十一阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于9.0米水深处,持续时间为5天;和/或
第十二阶段将移栽了沉水植物的容器放置于9.5米水深处,持续时间为5天。
