Technical Field

The requirement on the production speed of the garment makes the intelligent garment hanging system widely applied. The intelligent clothing hanging system is provided with a plurality of workstations at intervals in the direction of the main rail, and the workstations are provided with an in-station mechanism and an out-station mechanism which are used for guiding the clothes hangers from the main rail to the workstations and guiding the clothes hangers from the workstations to the main rail.
In the prior art, each work station controller in an intelligent clothing hanging system is supplied with power by an external direct-current voltage, a switch power supply independent of work stations is arranged in the system, and each switch power supply is responsible for a plurality of work stations and converts a commercial power alternating-current power supply into direct current to be supplied to a controller of each work station. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent hanging clothing-making system station controller 1, including:

the power module 9 includes first to third connectors. The first connector 91 is used for connecting an external alternating current power supply; the second connector 92 is electrically connected to the first connector 91 so that the external ac power is supplied to the second connector 92 through the first connector 91, and the second connector 92 is adapted to be plugged into an input connector of a power adapter 94 for converting ac power into dc power. The third connector 93 is used to plug into an output connector of the power adapter 94, so that the power adapter 94 outputs a dc voltage through the third connector 93. Wherein at least the microprocessor 11, the communication module 12 and the detection module 14 are powered by said direct voltage.
Preferably, the external ac power source is 220V mains ac power, and the power adapter 94 outputs 12V dc voltage.
Preferably, the second connector 92 is a two-hole socket, and the first connector 91 and the third connector 93 are single-hole sockets.
Preferably, the power module 9 is further provided with a first step-down transformer 95 and a second step-down transformer 96. The first step-down transformer 95 is powered by the third connector 93, converts the output dc voltage of the power adapter 94 into a first dc voltage, and the second step-down transformer 96 converts the first dc voltage into a second dc voltage. Preferably, the first step-down transformer 95 and the second step-down transformer 96 are implemented by dedicated power chips, the first direct current voltage is 5V, and the second direct current voltage is 3.3V.
The communication module 12 includes an RS232 communication module 99 and a bluetooth communication module 16.
