By arranging the copper blocks 3-12 and the springs 3-41, on one hand, when the two groups of dust removing rollers convey the card, the dust removing rollers connected with the copper blocks 3-12 are pressed on the two dust removing rollers in the fixed roller group 3-3 one by one due to the elasticity of the springs 3-41, so that the card 5 is always pressed by the dust removing rollers when passing through the two pairs of dust removing rollers, thereby ensuring that the dust on the surface of the card 5 is completely removed, and achieving the best effect; on the other hand, when the dust removing rollers are cleaned, after the card surface dust removing mechanism 3 is turned over integrally, the cleaning belt pressing rollers 4-3 press the pair of dust removing rollers which are turned over and located above, so that the dust removing rollers connected with the copper blocks 3-12 in the pair of dust removing rollers are separated from the other dust removing roller through compression of the springs 3-41, and then the two dust removing rollers can be cleaned simultaneously, after cleaning, the cleaning belt pressing rollers 4-3 do not press the dust removing rollers any more, and the dust removing rollers connected with the copper blocks 3-12 automatically recover to be pressed with the other dust removing roller due to the elasticity of the springs 3-41.
Referring to fig. 10, a semi-circular arc groove 3-41 is formed in the middle of one side of the movable plate 3-4 close to the fixed plate 3-5, and a convex semi-circular protrusion 3-51 matched with the semi-circular arc groove 3-41 is formed in the middle of one side of the fixed plate 3-5 close to the movable plate 3-4. By arranging the movable plate 3-4 and the fixed plate 3-5, the movable plate 3-4 is easier to move during cleaning, and the structure is simple and convenient to manufacture.
Referring to fig. 10, the fixing plate 3-5 has arc-shaped grooves 3-52 at the upper ends of the left and right sides in the direction of conveying the card 5. By arranging the grooves 3-52, when the dust removing rollers are cleaned and the cleaning belt pressing roller 4-3 is pressed between the two dust removing rollers, the cleaning belt pressing roller 4-3 is prevented from touching the side surface of the fixing plate 3-5 to influence the rotation of the roller, so that the cleaning cannot be normally carried out.
Referring to fig. 1 to 12, the improved smart card surface cleaning device of the present embodiment works on the following principle:
after the cards in the card 5 conveying channel reach the cleaning station, the two pairs of dust removing rollers convey the cards 5 forwards, and in the process of conveying the cards 5, the surfaces of the dust removing rollers stick and remove impurities on the surfaces of the cards 5, so that the cards 5 can be cleaned. After gathering to a certain degree, the dust on the dust removal gyro wheel is removed through gluing dust on the dust removal gyro wheel of clean area conveying mechanism 2 and hold-down mechanism 4, and concrete process is: when the card 5 between the dedusting rollers is conveyed, the next card 5 is temporarily stopped to be conveyed; the overturning power mechanism drives the clamping surface dust removing mechanism 3 to integrally overturn for 90 degrees, so that one pair of dust removing rollers is positioned above the overturning power mechanism; the rotating power mechanism drives the movable frame to rotate, so that the movable frame is pressed on the shifting mechanism, the shifting mechanism jacks the movable plate 3-4, and the cleaning belt pressing rollers 4-3 are arranged on the movable frame, so that the cleaning belt pressing rollers 4-3 simultaneously rotate and are pressed between the pair of dust removing rollers when the movable frame rotates; because the movable roller group 3-2 is connected to the fixed support plate 3-1 through a movable connecting structure which can enable the movable roller group to move in the arrangement direction of the fixed roller group 3-3 and the movable roller group 3-2, and the movable plate 3-4 is connected with the fixed plate 3-5 through an elastic element, the dust removing roller belonging to the movable roller group 3-2 in the pair of dust removing rollers is separated from the other dust removing roller belonging to the fixed roller group 3-3 in the pair of dust removing rollers due to the compression of the cleaning belt compression roller 4-3; then, a rolling power mechanism in the cleaning belt conveying mechanism 2 drives a used cleaning belt rolling wheel to rotate so as to drive the cleaning belt to be released from the unused cleaning belt rolling wheel, the cleaning belt passes through a cleaning belt pressing roller 4-3 and simultaneously contacts with the pair of dust removing rollers in a movement process, the sticky surface of the cleaning belt continuously sticks dust on the dust removing rollers, after the dust on the surfaces of the dust removing rollers is cleaned, the rolling power mechanism stops driving the used cleaning belt rolling wheel to rotate, the rotating power mechanism drives the movable frame to rotate, so that the cleaning belt pressing roller 4-3 leaves the cleaned dust removing rollers, and a first cleaning action is completed. Next, the overturning power mechanism drives the clamping surface dust removing mechanism 3 to integrally overturn for 180 degrees, so that the other pair of dust removing rollers is positioned above, and the pair of dust removing rollers which have finished cleaning is positioned below; at this time, the second cleaning is completed through the same steps as the first cleaning. When the two pairs of dust removing rollers finish cleaning, the overturning power mechanism drives the card surface dust removing mechanism 3 to integrally rotate to the position where the card 5 is normally conveyed, and the card 5 is continuously cleaned. When the pair of dust removing rollers are cleaned, the movable frame presses the toggle mechanism tightly, so that the movable plates 3-4 are pushed open, and the two dust removing rollers are separated; the cleaning belt pressing roller 4-3 only needs to press the cleaning belt between the two dust removing rollers, the two dust removing rollers are pressed without increasing pressure to separate the two dust removing rollers, the damage to the dust removing rollers is reduced, the service life of the rollers is prolonged, the rollers can be cleaned simultaneously, the transfer of dust between the rollers is avoided, and the cleaning quality is improved.

Claims (8)

1. An improved intelligent card surface cleaning device is characterized by comprising a bracket, a card surface dust removing mechanism and a cleaning belt conveying mechanism, wherein the cleaning belt conveying mechanism comprises a cleaning belt, an unused cleaning belt winding wheel, a used cleaning belt winding wheel, a guide wheel set and a winding power mechanism;
the card surface dust removing mechanism comprises a fixed frame arranged on the bracket, two pairs of dust removing rollers and a card conveying power mechanism for driving the two pairs of dust removing rollers to rotate; the bracket is provided with a turning power mechanism for driving the clamping surface dust removing mechanism to integrally rotate; when the card is conveyed, the card passes through between each pair of rollers, two rollers positioned on each side of the card form a group, wherein one group is a fixed roller group, and the other group is a movable roller group; the fixed frame comprises a fixed support plate arranged on the bracket, the fixed roller group is fixed on the fixed support plate, and the movable roller group is connected to the fixed support plate through a movable connecting structure which can enable the movable roller group to move in the arrangement direction of the fixed roller group and the movable roller group; a fixed plate is arranged at one end of the fixed roller group opposite to the fixed support plate and is fixedly connected with the fixed support plate through a connecting rod; a movable plate is arranged at one end of the movable roller group opposite to the fixed support plate and connected with the fixed plate through an elastic element, and the elasticity of the elastic element enables the two rollers in the movable roller group to be pressed on the two rollers in the fixed roller group one by one; the fixed plate is provided with a toggle mechanism for pushing the movable frame to enable the movable roller group to leave the fixed roller group;
the pressing mechanism comprises a movable frame arranged on the support, a cleaning belt pressing roller arranged on the movable frame and a pressing power mechanism which drives the movable frame to move so that the movable frame presses the toggle mechanism and the cleaning belt pressing roller is simultaneously pressed between the pair of dedusting rollers; the cleaning belt bypasses the cleaning belt and presses the roller;
after the cards in the card conveying channel reach the cleaning station, the cards are conveyed forwards by the two pairs of dust removing rollers, and impurities on the surfaces of the cards are adhered and removed by the surfaces of the dust removing rollers in the card conveying process of the two pairs of dust removing rollers, so that the cards can be cleaned; after the dust on the dust removing roller is gathered to a certain degree, the dust on the dust removing roller is adhered and removed through the cleaning belt conveying mechanism and the pressing mechanism.

An improved smartcard surface cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein said toggle mechanism includes a first toggle lever and a second toggle lever; in the card conveying direction, the first poke rod comprises a first rotating connecting block arranged on the left side of the center line of the fixing plate and rotatably connected to the fixing plate, a first pressed rod arranged on the left upper side of the first rotating connecting block and a first ejecting block arranged between the movable plate and the fixing plate, and one end of the first ejecting block is connected to the first pressed rod; the second poke rod comprises a second rotating connecting block arranged on the right side of the center line of the fixing plate and rotatably connected to the fixing plate, a second pressed rod arranged on the right lower side of the second rotating connecting block and a second ejecting block arranged between the movable plate and the fixing plate, and one end of the second ejecting block is connected with the second rotating connecting block; the first pressed rod is parallel to the second pressed rod.

An improved smart card surface cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 2, wherein said movable frame comprises a rear movable blade and a front movable blade disposed forward of the rear movable blade; the compaction power mechanism is a rotating power mechanism, and a rotating output shaft of the rotating power mechanism is connected with the rotating center of the rear movable plate; the cleaning belt pressing roller is arranged between the rear movable sheet and the front movable sheet; when the dust removing roller is cleaned, the side surface of the front movable sheet is tightly pressed on the first pressed rod or the second pressed rod.
