The water outlet quick connector connecting pipeline 29 is provided with an electromagnetic flow sensor 30, a pressure gauge 31 and an electromagnetic pressure sensor 32, the electromagnetic flow sensor 30 and the electromagnetic pressure sensor 32 are electrically connected with a P L C controller on the electric control cabinet 27, meanwhile, a water outlet pressure gauge observation window door 20 is arranged on the shell 42 corresponding to the pressure gauge 31, and a press-trip type switch door lock is arranged on the water outlet pressure gauge observation window door 20.
The water tank side door 5, the waste liquid tank door 9, the control cabinet door 14, the lithium battery pack side door 12, the water inlet and outlet door 18 and the aviation plug socket door 22 are all provided with a press-trip type switch door lock so as to ensure that each door is kept closed in a non-working state; wherein a heat dissipation vent 13 is arranged on the side door 12 of the lithium battery pack, and the heat dissipation vent 13 is a shutter; the water tank side door 5, the waste liquid tank door 9, the lithium battery pack side door 12 and the control tank door (14) are all upturned doors and are respectively supported by the pneumatic support rods 3; the top surface of roof cover 7 has the slope to produce ponding phenomenon on its surface when preventing open-air operation, and top surface bight is equipped with a lifting hook 6 respectively, and usable overhead traveling crane passes through lifting hook 6 when overhauing this water purification heating car and separates roof cover 7 and shell 42 or combine together.
The use method of the clean water heating vehicle for cleaning the wing of the mobile aero-engine provided by the invention is explained as follows: firstly, an operator connects a tap water pipe to the water inlet quick connector 16 through a hose, at this time, the tap water flows into the multi-media filter tank 1009, the activated carbon filter tank 1010 and the soft water tank 1011 in sequence through the water inlet quick connector connecting pipeline 28 and the filter tank water inlet connecting pipeline 1008, so that the impurities of the tap water are filtered by using the filter media in the tanks, the filtered waste liquid enters the waste liquid tank 1002, and the purified water is injected into the water tank 2. The operator can observe the water storage amount of the water tank 2 detected by the liquid level sensor located in the water tank 2 in real time on the display of the touch screen control panel 2706, and can also observe the water storage amount of the water tank 2 through the liquid level meter 25. Since the overflow 1003 is provided in the tank 2, even if the water is filled too much, the excess water can be discharged into the waste liquid tank 1002 through the overflow 1003.
After the water tank 2 is filled with water, the purified water heating vehicle is moved to a washing place by using the connecting rod traction device 101 and the steering device 102 through a mechanical or manual mode and by using the wheels 103, then an operation button for starting the electric heater 209 is pressed on the touch screen control panel 2706, the electric heater 209 is started under the control of the P L C controller, so that the purified water in the water tank 2 is heated, the heating temperature can be preset on the temperature controller 2705, the temperature of the purified water is detected by using the temperature sensor 207 in the process and is transmitted to the P L C controller, and the purified water is displayed on a display of the touch screen control panel 2706 under the control of the P L C controller;
when the temperature of the purified water reaches the set temperature, the water outlet quick connector 17 on the purified water heating vehicle is connected with the inlet quick connector of the water washing vehicle through the water tank water outlet quick connector connecting hose, then an operation button for starting the electromagnetic control valve 34 and the cold and hot water circulating pump 35 is pressed on the touch screen control panel 2706, the electromagnetic control valve 34 and the cold and hot water circulating pump 35 are started under the control of the P L C controller, so that the purified hot water in the water tank 2 is supplied to the water washing vehicle, in the process, the flow and the pressure of the water are observed by using the electromagnetic flow sensor 30 and the electromagnetic pressure sensor 32, and the pressure of the water can be observed by using the pressure gauge 31 in a mechanical mode.

the water tank system (2) comprises a tank body (202), a tank body cover (204), a temperature sensor (207), an electric heater (209), a liquid level sensor, a liquid level meter (25) and a liquid level meter angle valve (26); the tank body (202) is of a cuboid structure, the lower end of the tank body is installed at one end of the surface of the equipment installation underframe (107), an opening is formed in the middle of the top surface, and a water inlet (205) and a liquid level sensor installation opening (203) are formed in the outer side part of the opening; the liquid level sensor is arranged inside the box body (202) through a liquid level sensor mounting port (203); the box body cover (204) is arranged at the opening of the box body (202); an overflow port (1003) is arranged at the upper part of the side surface of the box body (202), a water pump connecting port (213), a liquid level meter connecting port (35), at least one electric heater mounting hole (208) and a temperature sensor mounting hole (206) are arranged at the lower part of the box body, and an electric heater (209) and a temperature sensor (207) are respectively arranged in each electric heater mounting hole (208) and each temperature sensor mounting hole (206); the liquid level meter connecting port (35) is connected with the lower end of a liquid level meter (25) positioned outside the shell (42) through a pipeline and a liquid level meter angle valve (26) arranged on the pipeline;
the industrial water purifying device system (10) comprises a multi-medium filter tank (1009), an activated carbon filter tank (1010), a soft water tank (1011), a water inlet quick joint (16), a water inlet quick joint connecting pipeline (28), a filter tank water inlet connecting pipeline (1008) and a check valve (1007); wherein the multi-medium filter tank (1009), the activated carbon filter tank (1010) and the soft water tank (1011) are arranged on any outer edge of the other end of the equipment installation underframe (107) side by side and are connected in sequence through a pipeline; one end of the filter tank water inlet connecting pipeline (1008) is connected to the water inlet of the multi-medium filter tank (1009), the other end of the filter tank water inlet connecting pipeline is connected with the water inlet quick connector (16) through the water inlet quick connector connecting pipeline (28), and the filter tank water inlet connecting pipeline (1008) is provided with a check valve (1007); the water outlet of the soft water tank (1011) is connected to the water inlet (205) of the box body (202) through a pipeline;
the waste liquid tank (1002) is arranged at a position between the soft water tank (1011) and the tank body (202) on the equipment installation underframe (107), and a water tank overflow port (1003) on the tank body (202) and waste liquid outlets on the multi-medium filter tank (1009), the activated carbon filter tank (1010) and the soft water tank (1011) are respectively connected to the top surface of the waste liquid tank (1002) through pipelines;
the cold and hot water circulating pump (33) is arranged at one side of the box body (202), the water inlet is connected with a water pump connecting port (213) on the box body (202) through an electromagnetic control valve (34) and a pipeline, and the water outlet is connected with a water outlet quick connector (17) through a water outlet quick connector connecting pipeline (29);
the lithium battery power supply system comprises a lithium battery pack mounting frame (37), a small lithium battery pack (38), a quick charger (39), a large lithium battery pack (40), a slow charger (41), a quick charging aviation plug socket (23) and a slow charging aviation plug socket (24); wherein the lithium battery pack mounting rack (37) is mounted on the surface of the equipment mounting underframe (107) positioned at the inner sides of the multi-medium filter tank (1009), the activated carbon filter tank (1010) and the soft water tank (1011); the small lithium battery pack (38), the fast charger (39), the large lithium battery pack (40) and the slow charger (41) are all installed in the lithium battery pack installation frame (37), and the small lithium battery pack (38) and the large lithium battery pack (40) are respectively provided with the fast charger (39) and the slow charger (41); the quick charging aviation plug socket (23) is electrically connected with a quick charger (39), and the slow charging aviation plug socket (24) is electrically connected with a slow charger (41); the small lithium battery pack (38) is used for supplying power to the electrical control cabinet (27), and the large lithium battery pack (40) is used for supplying power to the electric heater (209) and the cold and hot water circulating pump (33);
