Abstract
The invention provides a pressure relief device and a glass fiber weighing system, wherein the pressure relief device is arranged on a blanking pipe in the glass fiber weighing system. The pressure relief device includes: the pressure release pipe is communicated with the blanking pipe; the pressure relief respiratory mask comprises a respiratory mask framework and a respiratory mask skin, wherein the respiratory mask framework is connected to the pressure relief pipe, and the respiratory mask skin is arranged on the periphery of the respiratory mask framework; and the airflow adjusting mechanism is arranged on the pressure relief pipe between the pressure relief respiratory cover and the blanking pipe. Technical Field
The invention relates to a material weighing system, in particular to a pressure relief device and a glass fiber material weighing system.
Background
At present, glass liquid required by glass fiber tank furnace wire drawing is formed by melting batch materials in a tank furnace at high temperature. The batch is formed by mixing a plurality of powder materials according to the set weight. In order to ensure the uniformity of the batch prepared by mixing different powder materials, the powder materials are dried and ground into particles with the size of 200-325 meshes, and then the particles are sent into a bin arranged at the highest position of a batching system for temporary storage by compressed air. At present, the powder weighing operation in the industry is generally carried out by means of a bucket-shaped scale. When the powder is weighed, the powder falls into a screw feeder arranged above the bucket-shaped scale by self gravity, the bucket-shaped scale is fed in a screw feeding mode, and the weight is measured by a pressure sensor arranged at the lower part of the bucket-shaped scale. In order to achieve both the weighing speed and the weighing precision, the screw feeder is generally designed into a double-layer screw type, namely, a thick main screw is arranged on the upper layer, and a thin auxiliary screw is arranged right below the main screw in parallel. When the weighing operation is carried out, the main screw is responsible for quick feeding, and when the weight of the powder is close to a set value, the main screw stops rotating, and the auxiliary screw continues rotating until the set value is reached. In the process of main spiral rotation, a large amount of gas is mixed in the powder due to rapid and massive feeding, so that the scale body shakes and the weight reading is unstable. The existing design adopts a dust remover to suck and discharge gas, so that the scale body is easy to float upwards, and the swinging and reading of the scale body are further aggravated. In the process of weighing, the batching system can be repeatedly suspended so as to be convenient for accurate reading, so that a lot of waiting time is consumed, and meanwhile, the weighing precision is also adversely affected.

By adopting the preferable scheme, the filter screen can filter suspended powder in the pressure relief pipe, the inclined downward grille can enable the powder accumulated on the filter screen to fall into the blanking pipe to be reused under vibration, and the grille can alleviate airflow impact and stabilize exhaust.
Further, the filter screen is of a detachable structure, and a filter screen mounting groove is formed in the respiratory mask framework.
