本发明公开了一种用于涂料的搅拌机，包括安装底架、搅拌桶、搅拌电机、传动带轮、传动带、进料管、出料管、搅拌轴、搅拌叶和挡板，所述搅拌桶固定在安装底架上，搅拌电机固定在搅拌桶的侧壁上，搅拌轴通过轴承转动连接在搅拌桶内，两传动带轮分别固定连接在搅拌电机的输出轴上和搅拌轴上，传动带绕设在两传动带轮上，进料管和出料管分别固定连接在搅拌桶的侧壁上，两搅拌叶分层固定连接在搅拌轴上，挡板套设在搅拌轴上，且挡板的底端插接在搅拌桶的内壁上。本发明结构简单，使用方便，能够有效地避免搅拌过程中涂料的溅出；搅拌叶为可拆卸结构，便于置换，材料利用率高，节省成本。

技术领域：
本发明涉及一种用于涂料的搅拌机。
背景技术：
现有的涂料搅拌机在搅拌时，常常会使得涂料溅出，因此会造成不必要的浪费，且现有的涂料搅拌装置中的搅拌轴与搅拌叶多为整体式结构，在某一部件损坏后会直接导致整个搅拌轴的损坏，材料利用率低。
发明内容：
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种用于涂料的搅拌机。
本发明所采用的技术方案有：一种用于涂料的搅拌机，包括安装底架、搅拌桶、搅拌电机、传动带轮、传动带、进料管、出料管、搅拌轴、搅拌叶和挡板，所述搅拌桶固定在安装底架上，搅拌电机固定在搅拌桶的侧壁上，搅拌轴通过轴承转动连接在搅拌桶内，两传动带轮分别固定连接在搅拌电机的输出轴上和搅拌轴上，传动带绕设在两传动带轮上，进料管和出料管分别固定连接在搅拌桶的侧壁上，两搅拌叶分层固定连接在搅拌轴上，挡板套设在搅拌轴上，且挡板的底端插接在搅拌桶的内壁上；
所述挡板包括两个形状相同的半圆板体，在该半圆板体的圆心处设有半圆孔，在半圆板体的下端面上设有定位销；
所述搅拌叶包括连接体和第一搅拌片，两所述第一搅拌片通过连接体固定于搅拌轴上；
所述连接体包括两个形状相同的抱箍体，所述抱箍体包括圆弧部和Z形部，两Z形部固定于圆弧部的两端。
进一步地，所述搅拌桶的内侧壁上设有圆形状的限位筋，在该限位筋上设有用于插接定位销的限位孔。
本发明具有如下有益效果：
1)本发明结构简单，使用方便，能够有效地避免搅拌过程中涂料的溅出；
2)本发明中的搅拌叶与搅拌轴之间以及搅拌叶均为可拆卸结构，便于置换，材料利用率高，节省成本。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示，本发明公开一种用于涂料的搅拌机，包括安装底架11、搅拌桶12、搅拌电机13、传动带轮14、传动带15、进料管16、出料管17、搅拌轴18、搅拌叶19和挡板8，搅拌桶12固定在安装底架11上，搅拌电机13固定在搅拌桶12的侧壁上，搅拌轴18通过轴承转动连接在搅拌桶12内，两传动带轮14分别固定连接在搅拌电机13的输出轴上和搅拌轴18上，传动带15绕设在两传动带轮14上，进料管16和出料管17分别固定连接在搅拌桶12的侧壁上，两搅拌叶19分层固定连接在搅拌轴18上，挡板8套设在搅拌轴18上，且挡板8的底端插接在搅拌桶12的内壁上。
本发明中的挡板8包括两个形状相同的半圆板体81，在该半圆板体81的圆心处设有半圆孔82。为便于将挡板8插接在搅拌桶12上，在每块半圆板体81的下端面上设有若干定位销83。
为便于定位销83的插接，在搅拌桶12的内侧壁上设有圆形状的限位筋121，在该限位筋121上设有用于插接定位销83的限位孔。
本发明中的搅拌叶19包括连接体192和第一搅拌片193，连接体192固定在搅拌轴18上，两个第一搅拌片193固定于连接体192上。
连接体192包括两个形状相同的抱箍体1921，抱箍体1921包括一体成型地圆弧部1922和Z形部1923，两个Z形部1923设于圆弧部1922的两端。第一搅拌片193通过螺钉固定在两个抱箍体1921上的Z形部1923之间。
在使用时，将两半圆板体81拼成圆形状的挡板8，并通过定位销83插接在搅拌桶12的内壁上，挡板8可以有效地防止涂料搅拌过程中，涂料的溅出。
在出料管17上连接开关阀，便于涂料的倒出。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下还可以作出若干改进，这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种用于涂料的搅拌机，其特征在于：包括安装底架(11)、搅拌桶(12)、搅拌电机(13)、传动带轮(14)、传动带(15)、进料管(16)、出料管(17)、搅拌轴(18)、搅拌叶(19)和挡板(8)，所述搅拌桶(12)固定在安装底架(11)上，搅拌电机(13)固定在搅拌桶(12)的侧壁上，搅拌轴(18)通过轴承转动连接在搅拌桶(12)内，两传动带轮(14)分别固定连接在搅拌电机(13)的输出轴上和搅拌轴(18)上，传动带(15)绕设在两传动带轮(14)上，进料管(16)和出料管(17)分别固定连接在搅拌桶(12)的侧壁上，搅拌叶(19)固定连接在搅拌轴(18)上，挡板(8)套设在搅拌轴(18)上，且挡板的底端插接在搅拌桶(12)的内壁上；
所述挡板(8)包括两个形状相同的半圆板体(81)，在该半圆板体(81)的圆心处设有半圆孔(82)，在半圆板体(81)的下端面上设有定位销(83)；
所述搅拌叶(19)包括连接体(192)和第一搅拌片(193)，两所述第一搅拌片(193)通过连接体(192)固定于搅拌轴(18)上；
所述连接体(192)包括两个形状相同的抱箍体(1921)，所述抱箍体(1921)包括圆弧部(1922)和Z形部(1923)，两Z形部(1923)固定于圆弧部(1922)的两端。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于涂料的搅拌机，其特征在于：所述搅拌桶(12)的内侧壁上设有圆形状的限位筋(121)，在该限位筋(121)上设有用于插接定位销(83)的限位孔。
