在一些实施方式中：按质量份数包括甘草甘草甜素33份、牛蒡子40份、桔梗22份、熊果苷35份、芦根40份、夏枯35份、二甲亚矾33份、丙二醇60份、三乙醇胺40份、乳酸40份、麻黄25份、阿基瑞林30份、液蜡30份、去离子水110份。
生产时，将上述物料加入到反应釜中，在常温下搅拌4h，即可制得成品。
本发明的乳膏能够减轻皮肤表皮色素沉着，对雀斑、黄褐斑和瑞尔氏黑皮症具有较好的祛除效果，可以有效减少黑色素的形成，对已形成的黑色素可以淡化色斑等功效。
