In an embodiment of the present invention, the navigation support back adhesive tape 4, the navigation support inner adhesive tape 13, and the fixing outer adhesive tape 14 are adhesive tapes for fixing the auricle-shaped navigation support 1, the helix support plate 7, the antihelix support 6, the helix orientation support plate 8, the concha-shaped sponge 12, the fixing helix traction hook 5, the adjustable helix traction hook 4, the magnetic shaping splint 9, the adjustable auricle-shaped rod 10, the adjustable auricle-shaped ring 11, and the navigation support outer fixing plate 2, wherein the navigation support back adhesive tape 4, the navigation support inner adhesive tape 13 are double-sided adhesive tapes, and the fixing outer adhesive tape 14 is single-sided adhesive tape.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the adjustable auricle shaping rod 10 and the adjustable auricle shaping ring 11 are components for supporting, pulling and shaping a special region of an auricle by manual bending, and are used independently, or are combined with the auricle shaping navigation bracket 1 or the navigation bracket external fixing plate 2 by direct insertion or adhesive bonding; the adjustable auricle shaping rod 10 and the adjustable auricle shaping ring 11 are made of flexible alloy rods and rings coated, sprayed, bonded or sleeved with silica gel, resin, sponge or cotton textiles.
The auricle shaping navigation bracket 1 is mainly used for providing an ideal navigation template and a fixing bracket for auricle shaping and providing fixing, supporting and protecting for other components, and the manufacturing material can be flexible high polymer materials such as silica gel, plastics, resin and the like and hard materials coated with silica gel, sponge or cotton textiles.
The external fixing plate 2 of the navigation bracket can be made of flexible high polymer materials such as silica gel, plastics and resin and hard materials coated with silica gel, sponge or cotton textiles.
The helix supporting plate 7, the antihelix supporter 6, the concha shaping sponge 12 and the helix directional supporting plate 8 in the invention can be used independently, or can be fixed on the auricle shaping navigation bracket 1 or the navigation bracket external fixing plate 2 for combined use, and are components for supporting and expanding the auricle, concha and other tissue structures from inside to outside and shaping the structures. The ear wheel supporting plate 7, the antihelix supporting device 6, the concha shaping sponge 12 and the ear wheel directional supporting plate 8 can be made of flexible high polymer materials such as silica gel, plastics and resin and hard materials coated with silica gel, sponge or cotton textiles.
The auricle shaping navigation bracket 1 of the auricle shaping fixer is pasted on a standard anatomical position around the auricle by a navigation bracket back glue sticker 4, and is mainly used for providing an ergonomic template and a fixing bracket for ideal navigation for auricle shaping. The auricle shaping navigation support is characterized in that an auricle shaping sponge 12 is installed on a concha part of an auricle shaping navigation support 1, an antitragus helix supporter 6 and an auricle orientation support plate 8 are used for auricle shaping, and auricle shaping is realized by installing a fixed auricle traction hook 5, an adjustable auricle traction hook 4, a magnetic shaping clamping plate 9, a navigation support inner adhesive sticker 13, an adjustable auricle shaping rod 10 and an adjustable auricle shaping ring 11 through passive traction, clamping, translation and angle torsion.
1-5, an auricle shaping navigation stent 1 is first fixed in a standard anatomical position around the auricle using a navigation stent backing sticker 4; as shown in fig. 2, a fixed helix traction hook 5 or an adjustable helix traction hook 4 is installed on the back of the ear supporting bed of the auricle shaping navigation stent 1 for pulling and shaping the helix; an antihelix support 6 is arranged on the concha part of the auricle shaping navigation bracket 1, and the antihelix and the concha are shaped and fixed; as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the external fixing plate 2 of the navigation bracket is provided with an helix supporting plate 7, and the helix is pushed, expanded, supported and fixed by mutually engaging and adhering with the fixed auricle-shaped navigation bracket 1. This implementation mainly utilizes the moulding fixer of auricle to carry out tractive expansion and fixed the taking shape to patient's helix, supports and expands contra-auricular helix and concha, and its characteristics mainly make full use of the moulding navigation of auricle support 1 and its fixed plate and navigate and the fixed action, promote skin expansion and cartilage to increase through supporting and drawing, have easy and simple to handle swift, the reliable and stable characteristics of effect.
Another embodiment of the invention is shown in fig. 1 and 8, on the basis of fixing the auricle shaping navigation bracket 1, the pushing expansion and the supporting fixation are implemented by installing an auricle directional supporting plate 8 on the anthelix and the anthelix; the concha is expanded by the adhesive concha shaping sponge 12. The implementation mainly utilizes the anthelix directional supporting plate 8 to perform directional expansion and angulation push on the anthelix and the anthelix, and utilizes the inner adhesive sticker 13 and the fixed outer adhesive sticker 14 of the navigation bracket to reinforce and stabilize, so that the device has the advantages of accurate alignment and simple operation. The implementation can be reinforced by only fixing the outer adhesive without reinforcing the outer fixing plate, so that the operation is convenient, and the cost is reduced.
Another embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 9-11, the auricle shaping fixator is mainly used for treating patients with serious auricle deformity, and is characterized in that an auricle shaping navigation stent 1 is mainly used as a template, and by applying an inner adhesive 13 of the navigation stent, a magnetic shaping splint 9, an adjustable auricle shaping rod 10 and an adjustable auricle shaping ring 11 which are manually bent, auricle structures such as an auricle, an antihelix, concha auricle, tragus auricle and the like are supported, pulled, clamped, twisted and pushed, so as to realize the shaping, correcting and external fixation of auricle. The implementation can gradually extend and grow the auricle skin and cartilage, thereby filling the defect and correcting the morphological abnormality. After surgery, the patient can be further stabilized by using an external fixer and an external adhesive.
Compared with the content introduced in the background technology, the auricle shaping fixator can be freely combined by utilizing the components according to the shaping requirement in the clinical application, the auricle skin and the cartilage are promoted to extend and grow according to the expected set direction of the navigation template through supporting, drawing, clamping, pressurizing and fixing, sufficient tissue capacity is provided for the auricle shaping and surgery of a patient, the contraposition is accurate, the operation is simple, convenient, rapid, stable and reliable.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not limiting thereof; it should be noted that, although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the technical solutions described in the above embodiments may be modified or some or all of the technical features may be replaced; and the modifications and the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An auricle shaping fixer is characterized by comprising an auricle shaping navigation bracket, a navigation bracket outer fixing plate and a supporting component;
the navigation bracket outer fixing plate is a guard plate fixed outside the auricle shaping navigation bracket; the auricle shaping navigation bracket is pasted on the standard anatomical position around the auricle through the navigation bracket back adhesive; the auricle shaping navigation support comprises an auricle part, a concha part and an auricle back support bed; the supporting component comprises a concha shaping sponge, an antihelix supporter, an helix supporting plate, an helix directional supporting plate, a fixed helix traction hook, an adjustable helix traction hook, a magnetic shaping splint, a navigation bracket back glue paste, a navigation bracket inner glue paste, a fixed outer glue paste, an adjustable auricle shaping rod and an adjustable auricle shaping ring; the concha shaping sponge is a group of apple-shaped sponges with small to large volumes, can be adhered to the inner side of the concha part of the auricle shaping navigation bracket, and plays a role in supporting and expanding the concha; the antihelix support is adhered to the periphery of the concha part of the auricle shaping navigation support to play a role in supporting and expanding the antihelix; the helix supporting plate and the circular jack on the navigation bracket outer fixing plate are mutually inserted and fixed at the inner side of the navigation bracket outer fixing plate, and are mutually inserted and combined with the auricle shaping navigation bracket through the navigation bracket outer fixing plate, so that the helix supporting plate plays a role in supporting and fixing the helix; the helix directional supporting plate is mutually inserted into a circular jack of the concha part of the auricle shaping navigation bracket, and the edge of the helix directional supporting plate plays a role in supporting the helix; the fixed helix traction hook pulls helix displacement through the elbow of the fixed helix traction hook and is fixed at the helix part of the auricle shaping navigation bracket to play a role in pulling helix shaping; the adjustable helix traction hook is formed by connecting two fixed helix traction hooks through flexible metal, can be fixed or adhered to an auricle shaping navigation bracket, and implements more complex auricle shaping by artificially changing the angles of the two drag hooks; the magnetic shaping splint is fixed on the auricle shaping navigation bracket or the external fixing plate of the navigation bracket through a plug or an adhesive tape, and plays a shaping role of fixing and pressurizing through mutual attraction with the other splint; the navigation support back glue paste, the navigation support inner glue paste and the fixed outer glue paste are special-shaped glue pastes and are used for adhering and fixing auricles, auricle shaping navigation supports and other orthopedic components; moulding stick of auricle and the moulding ring of auricle for the parcel has the flexible metal stick and the ring of silica gel with adjustable, can artificially distort into multiple molding, through direct grafting or glue paste the adhesion on the moulding navigation support of auricle and other orthopedic parts, play the moulding effect of auricle.

The auricle shaping fixator according to claim 1, wherein there is further provided an auricle measurement card, the auricle measurement card is a two-dimensional coordinate card marked with length and angle scales, or a color card arranged in two-dimensional code or matrix form, the color card is black and white or color; the auricle measurement card is provided with parallel linear slots, so that the card can be folded into an E shape, an E shape or an L shape.

The auricle-shaping fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the concha-shaping sponge is a component for supporting and pushing the concha outwards and shaping the concha, double-sided adhesive tapes are adhered to one, two or more sides of the concha-shaping sponge, and the concha-shaping sponge supports the concha independently or is attached to the auricle-shaping navigation stent and the external fixing plate of the navigation stent; the moulding sponge of conch can wrap up in silica gel, plastics, resin and the flexible alloy support material that can buckle.

The auricle shaping fixator according to claim 1, wherein the antihelix support is a set of plastic inserts with a small size and a large size, and the concave surface of the insert can be adhered to the periphery of the concha of the auricle shaping navigation stent, and the convex surface of the insert can be used for supporting and expanding the antihelix by selecting different sizes of the antihelix supports.

An auricle shaping fixer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the auricle orientation supporting board is a sector-shaped silicone insert, the tail of which has a vertically distributed circular plug that can be inserted into the circular socket of the concha of the auricle shaping navigation support, and after insertion, the sector and the sector edge can be used to support the auricle by changing the angle.

The auricle shaping fixator according to claim 1, wherein the helix supporting plate is a orange-shaped silicone insert, and two circular plugs are provided on the outer side of the insert and can be inserted into the circular insertion holes on the outer fixing plate of the navigation bracket, and fixed on the inner side of the outer fixing plate of the navigation bracket, and the outer fixing plate of the navigation bracket and the auricle shaping navigation bracket are inserted into each other to support and fix the auricle shaping navigation bracket from inside.

The auricle shaping fixator according to claim 1, wherein the fixed type helix pulling hook is a J-shaped pulling hook made of silicone rubber, pulls the helix to displace through an elbow thereof, and is fixed on the helix part of the auricle shaping navigation stent through a protrusion at the tail thereof, so as to achieve the shaping function of pulling the helix; the adjustable helix traction hook is formed by connecting two fixed helix traction hooks through flexible metal, the protrusion at the tail part can be fixed or adhered on the auricle shaping navigation bracket, and more complex helix shaping can be implemented by artificially changing the angles of the two drag hooks.

The auricle shaping fixator according to claim 1, wherein the magnetic shaping splints are paired magnetic splints with attraction features, the two side planes of each splint are marked with polarity "N" or "S", and are silica gel plates embedded with magnetic materials, one of each pair of splints is a flat plate, and the other is a "T" shaped plate with a vertical circular plug, the splints are fixed on the auricle shaping navigation bracket or the navigation bracket external fixing plate through plugs or stickers, and perform fixing and pressurizing shaping functions through mutual attraction with the other splint, the two splints or the splints can be attracted or overlapped for use, and the magnetic shaping splints are made of magnetic materials coated, sprayed, bonded or sleeved with silica gel, resin, sponge or cotton textiles.
