Abstract
本发明提供了一种一次性自毁式义齿座,包括义齿座主体(10)及电子标签(20),义齿座主体(10)上部盖有一个副齿座(101),电子标签(20)位于义齿座主体(10)的中心位置,电子标签(20)上连接有一根橡胶抽条(201),橡胶抽条(201)表面设有荆棘齿条(2011),内部设有橡皮筋(204)和电子标签信号天线(205),橡胶抽条(201)从义齿座主体(10)底部穿出,从副齿座(101)上部绕过,插入在锁止片(202)内,锁止片(202)内部的荆棘轮与荆棘齿条(2011)相啮合。本发明结构简单,使用方便,电子标签可使得义齿与电子标签的唯一关联,达到溯源的目的,要破坏必须剪断橡胶抽条,剪断橡胶抽条后,电子标签信号天线被破坏,电子标签无法识别,且新旧识别盒内的针将挫破薄膜孔,使得整个义齿座无法被识别。

技术领域:
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,更具体地说涉及一种一次性自毁式义齿座。
背景技术:
随着医疗科技的发展,大量新技术、新材料应用牙科临床,一方面给病人带来了健康,另一方面也出现了越来越多的安全隐患,违规违法的情况屡有发生,使用质量令人堪忧,甚至危及病人安全,存在的主要问题是中途被人更换,导致无法溯源,无法保证其产品质量,如果能设计一种能保护义齿座不被破坏,且有破坏提示的装置的话就可以解决这些问题,所以设计一种一次性自毁式义齿座是十分有益的。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术的不足,而提供一种一次性自毁式义齿座。本发明具有结构简单,使用方便,电子标签可使得义齿与电子标签的唯一关联,达到溯源的目的,要破坏必须剪断橡胶抽条,剪断橡胶抽条后,电子标签信号天线被破坏,电子标签无法识别,且新旧识别盒内的针将挫破薄膜孔,使得整个义齿座无法被识别的优点。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种一次性自毁式义齿座,包括义齿座主体及电子标签,所述义齿座主体上部盖有一个副齿座,电子标签位于义齿座主体的中心位置,电子标签上连接有一根橡胶抽条,橡胶抽条表面设有荆棘齿条,内部设有橡皮筋和电子标签信号天线,橡胶抽条从义齿座主体底部穿出,从副齿座上部绕过,插入在锁止片内,锁止片内部的荆棘轮与荆棘齿条相啮合,电子标签上设有一个新旧识别盒,新旧识别盒内部与橡皮筋相连接。
上述技术方案中,所述新旧识别盒内部设有三个薄膜孔,三个薄膜孔内侧设有三根针,三根针末端固定在横梁上,横梁与新旧识别盒内壁之间连接有两根弹簧,横梁中心与橡胶抽条内部的橡皮筋相连接。
上述技术方案中,所述电子标签信号天线与电子标签之间相互联通。
上述技术方案中,所述电子标签信号天线内设置天线与RFID模块,RFID模块固定连接在天线上;RFID模块采用绑定封装、倒封装、芯片贴片或芯片直焊封装固定连接在电子标签信号天线上。
本发明的有益效果在于:

实施例:见图1、图2、图3所示,一种一次性自毁式义齿座,包括义齿座主体10及电子标签20,所述义齿座主体10上部盖有一个副齿座101,电子标签20位于义齿座主体10的中心位置,电子标签20上连接有一根橡胶抽条201,橡胶抽条201表面设有荆棘齿条2011,内部设有橡皮筋204和电子标签信号天线205,橡胶抽条201从义齿座主体10底部穿出,从副齿座101上部绕过,插入在锁止片202内,锁止片202内部的荆棘轮与荆棘齿条2011相啮合,电子标签20上设有一个新旧识别盒203,新旧识别盒203内部与橡皮筋204相连接。
所述新旧识别盒203内部设有三个薄膜孔2031,三个薄膜孔2031内侧设有三根针206,三根针206末端固定在横梁208上,横梁208与新旧识别盒203内壁之间连接有两根弹簧207,横梁208中心与橡胶抽条201内部的橡皮筋204相连接。
所述电子标签信号天线205与电子标签20之间相互联通。
所述电子标签信号天线205内设置天线与RFID模块,RFID模块固定连接在天线上;RFID模块采用绑定封装、倒封装、芯片贴片或芯片直焊封装固定连接在电子标签信号天线205上。
工作原理:
一种一次性自毁式义齿座,义齿座主体10上部盖有一个副齿座101,电子标签20位于义齿座主体10的中心位置,电子标签20上连接有一根橡胶抽条201,橡胶抽条201表面设有荆棘齿条2011,内部设有橡皮筋204和电子标签信号天线205,橡胶抽条201从义齿座主体10底部穿出,从副齿座101上部绕过,插入在锁止片202内,锁止片202内部的荆棘轮与荆棘齿条2011相啮合,电子标签20上设有一个新旧识别盒203,新旧识别盒203内部与橡皮筋204相连接,新旧识别盒203内部设有三个薄膜孔2031,三个薄膜孔2031内侧设有三根针206,三根针206末端固定在横梁208上,横梁208与新旧识别盒203内壁之间连接有两根弹簧207,横梁208中心与橡胶抽条201内部的橡皮筋204相连接,电子标签信号天线205与电子标签20之间相互联通,电子标签信号天线205内设置天线与RFID模块,RFID模块固定连接在天线上;RFID模块采用绑定封装、倒封装、芯片贴片或芯片直焊封装固定连接在电子标签信号天线205上,电子标签20可使得义齿座主体10与电子标签20的唯一关联,达到溯源的目的,要破坏必须剪断橡胶抽条201,剪断橡胶抽条201后,电子标签信号天线205和橡皮筋204被破坏,电子标签20将无法识别,橡皮筋204两头回弹,两根弹簧207将横梁208回拉,三根针206随之回拉,将薄膜孔2031挫破,使得义齿座主体10无法被识别。

1.一种一次性自毁式义齿座,包括义齿座主体(10)及电子标签(20),其特征在于:所述义齿座主体(10)上部盖有一个副齿座(101),电子标签(20)位于义齿座主体(10)的中心位置,电子标签(20)上连接有一根橡胶抽条(201),橡胶抽条(201)表面设有荆棘齿条(2011),内部设有橡皮筋(204)和电子标签信号天线(205),橡胶抽条(201)从义齿座主体(10)底部穿出,从副齿座(101)上部绕过,插入在锁止片(202)内,锁止片(202)内部的荆棘轮与荆棘齿条(2011)相啮合,电子标签(20)上设有一个新旧识别盒(203),新旧识别盒(203)内部与橡皮筋(204)相连接;
所述新旧识别盒(203)内部设有三个薄膜孔(2031),三个薄膜孔(2031)内侧设有三根针(206),三根针(206)末端固定在横梁(208)上,横梁(208)与新旧识别盒(203)内壁之间连接有两根弹簧(207),横梁(208)中心与橡胶抽条(201)内部的橡皮筋(204)相连接;
所述电子标签信号天线(205)与电子标签(20)之间相互联通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性自毁式义齿座,其特征在于:所述电子标签信号天线(205)内设置天线与RFID模块,RFID模块固定连接在天线上;RFID模块采用绑定封装、倒封装、芯片贴片或芯片直焊封装固定连接在电子标签信号天线(205)上。
