Abstract

本发明公开了一种棚室番茄根结线虫病的防治方法,能够大幅度降低棚室番茄根结线虫病发病率,提高了棚室番茄的产量和质量。该方法是按照下述方式进行的:实行轮作、种子处理、无土培育无线虫壮苗、嫁接栽培、土壤消毒、生物防治、化学防治。本发明采用提前预防的手段,阐明用40%甲基异柳磷乳油或线虫散对土壤进行生态治理,同时再结合生物防治及化学防治。试验证明:本发明土壤生态治理可以有效预防番茄根结线虫病,防治有效率达90%以上,番茄根结线虫病平均发病率显著降低,番茄产量增加,显著提高番茄质量,取得良好的经济效益。

一种棚室番茄根结线虫病的防治方法
技术领域
本发明属于棚室番茄疾病防治领域,具体涉及一种棚室番茄根结线虫病的防治方法。
背景技术
近年来随着棚室栽培番茄面积的不断扩大,重茬、连作的现象越来越普遍,加之防治措施跟不上,致使棚室番茄的根结线虫病危害日趋加重。因棚室环境条件适宜病原线虫繁殖,一年四季都发病,发病重于露地,因病损失一般20%~30%,重者高达60%~70%,甚至绝收。它除了危害番茄外,还危害黄瓜、茄子、莴苣、大白菜等作物,现已成为蔬菜根部的主要病害。该病属于土壤病害,传播途径广,靠单一防治措施,难以达到预期目的。必须以农业防治为基础,配合化学防治,才能收到好的效果。
根结线虫是一种非常危险的植物病原线虫,广泛分布于世界各地,我国各地菜区均有发生。番茄根结线虫主要侵染番茄根部,尤其侧根受害严重。根上形成很多近球状瘤状物,似念珠状相互连接,初表面白色,后变褐色或黑色,由于根部受害,影响正常吸收机能,所以地上部生长发育受阻,在中午气温高时,地上部植物呈萎蔫状态,早晚气温较低或浇水充足时,暂时萎蔫又可恢复正常。随着病情的发展,植株逐渐枯死。控制番茄线虫病的危害必须着眼于作物防治的整个生育期,创造作物的无毒栽培环境,突出综合防治措施,以农业防治为主,化学防治为辅,科学选用农药品种,实施无公害防控配套措施,效果比较理想。目前,对番茄根结线虫病的防治,虽然轮作是最经济有效的防治措施,但由于大面积轮作较难实行,对番茄根结线虫病未有较好的防治方法。
发明内容
本发明提出一种棚室番茄根结线虫病的防治方法,能够大幅度降低棚室番茄根结线虫病发病率,提高了棚室番茄的产量和质量。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案,是按照下述方式进行的:
(1)实行轮作:实行间隔2年与韭菜、蒜、葱及大田作物轮作或水旱作物轮作;
(2)种子处理: 将种子自然晾晒1-2天,然后用将晾晒后的种子用55℃的温水浸种15min,温水用量为种子体积的3-5倍,不断搅拌至水温降至常温,再浸泡6h,搓洗捞出,晾至散粒;
(3)无土培育无线虫壮苗:将育苗基质集中与棉隆或威百亩充分拌匀后,盖上塑料布熏蒸,熏蒸后施用无病原的腐熟有机肥作底肥,然后播种育苗;
(4)嫁接栽培:选择含有Mi 基因的野生茄科类品种作砧木进行番茄嫁接栽培;
(5)土壤消毒:翻地前每亩撒施1.5kg的40%甲基异柳磷乳油,或将2kg的线虫散翻入地下,然后再挖深为60cm的定植沟,向定植沟底放入30cm厚的表层土壤,再覆盖8-12cm厚的玉米秸秆,然后再对其灌透水后覆盖地膜,使土壤温度升至55-65℃进行高温闷棚10~20天,掀膜后施用人粪尿,回填底土的同时施有机肥;
(6)生物防治:定植前每平方米用“根线通”1mL,稀释2000~3000 倍后,用喷雾器喷雾,然后用钉耙混土;定植后,在定植行中间开沟撒入1.1%苦参碱粉剂3-5公斤/亩,或5%根线灵颗粒剂2.5公斤/亩,然后覆土踏实;对生长期发病的植株,用“根线通”乳油400~600 倍液根部穴浇,每株浇100~200g药液。
(7)化学防治:在土壤中施用10%噻唑磷颗粒剂,定植后每株用300mL阿维菌素药液灌根,坐果初期每株用500mL阿维菌素药液灌根;番茄幼苗期出现局部植株受害时,选用1.8%阿维菌素乳油1500倍液、50%辛硫磷乳油1500倍液或90%晶体敌百虫1000倍液浇灌发病植株,灌后20-30天,再浇灌药剂一次。
进一步的,所述(4)的含有Mi 基因的野生茄科类品种为:托鲁巴姆、CRP、水茄、温棚茄砧、超托鲁巴姆、托托斯加的其中一种。选用含有Mi基因的野生茄科类品种,对根结线虫具有优异的抗性。利用这些品种作砧木进行嫁接栽培,能有效的防治根结线虫危害,且种植一茬后,可明显减轻下茬作物根结线虫的危害,嫁接后的番茄成活率高、番茄产量高、品质好。
进一步的,所述(5)的玉米秸秆用量为3000kg/hm2,人粪尿用量为5000kg/hm2,有机肥用量为75000kg/hm2
综上所述,本发明由于采用了上述方案,具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明采用提前预防的手段,阐明用40%甲基异柳磷乳油或线虫散对土壤进行生态治理,同时再结合生物防治及化学防治。试验证明:本发明土壤生态治理可以有效预防番茄根结线虫病,防治有效率达90%以上,番茄根结线虫病平均发病率显著降低,番茄产量增加,显著提高番茄质量,取得良好的经济效益。
2、本发明采用的土壤消毒方法较常规土壤杀菌剂防治具有无残留、不污染环境等优点,是溴甲烷等高毒、剧毒农药被禁用后进行土壤无害化处理、生产无公害蔬菜的一种安全有效的做法。
3、本发明所用10%噻唑磷(金线光)颗粒剂具有强烈的触杀活性,兼有杀螨作用。可以底施、穴施和沟施,在土壤中杀线虫持效期长,除杀灭线虫外,其最终分解物能合成吲哚丁酸、萘乙酸,有壮根发苗的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行进一步描述:
实施例1
一种棚室番茄根结线虫病的防治方法,是按照下述方式进行的:
(1)实行轮作:实行间隔2年与韭菜轮作;
(2)种子处理: 将种子自然晾晒2天,然后将晾晒后的种子用55℃的温水浸种15min,温水用量为种子体积的4倍,不断搅拌至水温降至常温,再浸泡6h,搓洗捞出,晾至散粒;
(3)无土培育无线虫壮苗:将育苗基质集中与棉隆或威百亩充分拌匀后,盖上塑料布熏蒸,熏蒸后施用无病原的腐熟有机肥作底肥,然后播种育苗;
(4)嫁接栽培:选择托鲁巴姆进行番茄嫁接栽培;
(5)土壤消毒:翻地前每亩撒施1.5kg的40%甲基异柳磷乳油,然后再挖深为60cm的定植沟,向定植沟底放入30cm厚的表层土壤,再覆盖10cm厚的玉米秸秆,玉米秸秆用量为3000kg/hm2,然后再对其灌透水后覆盖地膜,使土壤温度升至60℃进行高温闷棚10~20天,掀膜后施用人粪尿,人粪尿用量为5000 kg/hm2,回填底土的同时施有机肥,有机肥用量为75000kg/hm2
(6)生物防治:定植前每平方米用“根线通”1mL,稀释2000倍后,用喷雾器喷雾,然后用钉耙混土;定植后,在定植行中间开沟撒入1.1%苦参碱粉剂5公斤/亩,然后覆土踏实;对生长期发病的植株,用“根线通”乳油500倍液根部穴浇,每株浇150g药液。
(7)化学防治:在土壤中施用10%噻唑磷颗粒剂,定植后每株用300mL阿维菌素药液灌根,坐果初期每株用500mL阿维菌素药液灌根;番茄幼苗期出现局部植株受害时,选用1.8%阿维菌素乳油1500倍液、50%辛硫磷乳油1500倍液依次浇灌发病植株,灌后25天,再浇灌药剂一次。
实施例2
一种棚室番茄根结线虫病的防治方法,是按照下述方式进行的:
(1)实行轮作:实行间隔2年水旱作物轮作;
(2)种子处理:将种子自然晾晒1天,然后用将晾晒后的种子用55℃的温水浸种15min,温水用量为种子体积的3倍,不断搅拌至水温降至常温,再浸泡6h,搓洗捞出,晾至散粒;
(3)无土培育无线虫壮苗:将育苗基质集中与棉隆或威百亩充分拌匀后,盖上塑料布熏蒸,熏蒸后施用无病原的腐熟有机肥作底肥,然后播种育苗;
(4)嫁接栽培:选择超托鲁巴姆作砧木进行番茄嫁接栽培;
(5)土壤消毒:翻地前将2kg的线虫散翻入地下,然后再挖深为60cm的定植沟,向定植沟底放入30cm厚的表层土壤,再覆盖8-12cm厚的玉米秸秆,玉米秸秆用量为3000 kg/hm2,然后再对其灌透水后覆盖地膜,使土壤温度升至60℃进行高温闷棚10~20天,掀膜后施用人粪尿,人粪尿用量为5000 kg/hm2,回填底土的同时施有机肥,有机肥用量为75000kg/hm2
(6)生物防治:定植前每平方米用“根线通”1mL,稀释3000倍后,用喷雾器喷雾,然后用钉耙混土;定植后,在定植行中间开沟撒入5%根线灵颗粒剂2.5公斤/亩,然后覆土踏实;对生长期发病的植株,用“根线通”乳油400倍液根部穴浇,每株浇200g药液。
(7)化学防治:在土壤中施用10%噻唑磷颗粒剂,定植后每株用300mL阿维菌素药液灌根,坐果初期每株用500mL阿维菌素药液灌根;番茄幼苗期出现局部植株受害时,选用90%晶体敌百虫1000倍液浇灌发病植株,灌后30天,再浇灌药剂一次。

1.一种棚室番茄根结线虫病的防治方法,其特征在于,所述棚室番茄根结线虫病的防治方法是按照下述方式进行的:
(1)实行轮作:实行间隔2年与韭菜、蒜、葱及大田作物轮作或水旱作物轮作;
(2)种子处理: 将种子自然晾晒1-2天,然后用将晾晒后的种子用55℃的温水浸种15min,温水用量为种子体积的3-5倍,不断搅拌至水温降至常温,再浸泡6h,搓洗捞出,晾至散粒;
(3)无土培育无线虫壮苗:将育苗基质集中与棉隆或威百亩充分拌匀后,盖上塑料布熏蒸,熏蒸后施用无病原的腐熟有机肥作底肥,然后播种育苗;
(4)嫁接栽培:选择含有Mi 基因的野生茄科类品种作砧木进行番茄嫁接栽培;
(5)土壤消毒:翻地前每亩撒施1.5kg的40%甲基异柳磷乳油,或将2kg的线虫散翻入地下,然后再挖深为60cm的定植沟,向定植沟底放入30cm厚的表层土壤,再覆盖8-12cm厚的玉米秸秆,然后再对其灌透水后覆盖地膜,使土壤温度升至55-65℃进行高温闷棚10~20天,掀膜后施用人粪尿,回填底土的同时施有机肥;
(6)生物防治:定植前每平方米用“根线通”1mL,稀释2000~3000 倍后,用喷雾器喷雾,然后用钉耙混土;定植后,在定植行中间开沟撒入1.1%苦参碱粉剂3-5公斤/亩,或5%根线灵颗粒剂2.5公斤/亩,然后覆土踏实;对生长期发病的植株,用“根线通”乳油400~600 倍液根部穴浇,每株浇100~200g药液;
(7)化学防治:在土壤中施用10%噻唑磷颗粒剂,定植后每株用300mL阿维菌素药液灌根,坐果初期每株用500mL阿维菌素药液灌根;番茄幼苗期出现局部植株受害时,选用1.8%阿维菌素乳油1500倍液、50%辛硫磷乳油1500倍液或90%晶体敌百虫1000倍液浇灌发病植株,灌后20-30天,再浇灌药剂一次。
