On the basis of synchronous optimization of the ring tone and the picture in the incoming call, the ring tone and the picture can also be synchronously optimized when the incoming call is automatically hung up when no person answers the incoming call. The detection and judgment of the detection module 12 on whether the incoming call of the smart phone is hung up is real-time, so a timing unit is also needed to be set, and a time value is set in the timing unit, so that the detection module 12 circularly detects and judges according to the time value in the timing unit, and the playing module 13 controls the screen of the smart phone to be turned off, the incoming call display to be turned off, and the incoming call ringtone to be stopped from playing until the incoming call of the smart phone is hung up. The time value may be set to 10ms to 30 ms.

when the intelligent terminal is in a screen-on state and the incoming call interface management module is started, playing incoming call ringtone of the incoming call;
the method comprises the following steps of periodically detecting whether the intelligent terminal is on screen or not and whether an incoming call interface management module of the intelligent terminal is started or not based on a time value:
starting a first timing module in the intelligent terminal;
a first time value is preset in the first timing module;
and periodically detecting whether the intelligent terminal is on screen or not and whether a call interface management module of the intelligent terminal is started or not according to the first time value.

the first time value is between 10ms and 30 ms.

the incoming call notification method further comprises the following steps:
detecting that the incoming call is automatically hung up when no person answers the incoming call;
and controlling the intelligent terminal to turn off the screen, closing the incoming call interface management module, and stopping playing the incoming call ringtone.

the step of detecting that the incoming call is automatically hung up when no person answers comprises the following steps:
starting a second timing module in the intelligent terminal;
a second time value is preset in the second timing module;
and periodically detecting that the incoming call is automatically hung up when no one answers according to the second time value.

comprises a receiving module, a detecting module and a playing module;
the receiving module receives an incoming call;
the detection module is in communication connection with the receiving module, and periodically detects whether the intelligent terminal is on screen or not and whether the incoming call interface management module of the intelligent terminal is started or not based on a time value after the receiving module receives the incoming call;
the playing module is in communication connection with the detection module, and plays the incoming call ringtone of the incoming call when the detection module detects that the intelligent terminal is in a bright screen state and the incoming call interface management module is started;
