本发明涉及陶瓷五金配件，具体涉及一种陶瓷阀片。
背景技术
陶瓷阀片常用于水龙头，控制水龙头出水，目前的陶瓷阀片大多都能控制冷水和热水同时出水，而在冬天使用热水器热水洗碗洗菜时，常常需要放很长一段时间冷水，才会出水，大大浪费了水资源，而且在使用水龙头是，总会有少量的水残留在陶瓷阀片组件中，冬天容易冻住，导致陶瓷阀片组件不能正常使用。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述的不足，提供一种陶瓷阀片，包括定瓷片，所述定瓷片上设有两个扇形通孔，所述定瓷片的外侧对称设有两个固定凸块，固定凸块用于将定瓷片固定在阀的壳体上，所述定瓷片内部设有微型电源，所述扇形通孔上设有电热丝，电热丝通过开关与电源连接，所述开关位于一侧的凸块上。
优选的，所述电热丝上包裹了一层防玻璃纤维防水套，防止水触碰到电热丝。
本发明的有益效果是：电热丝能加热流过通孔的水的温度，不需要等待热水器里的水慢慢流下来后再使用，节约水资源，冬天如果残留在陶瓷组件上的少量水冻住陶瓷阀片，可以通过电热丝使温度升高，从而使陶瓷阀片组件可以正常使用，玻璃纤维防水套防止电热丝进水，保护电热丝正常使用。
