本发明公开了一种陶瓷阀片,包括定瓷片,所述定瓷片上设有两个扇形通孔,所述定瓷片的外侧对称设有两个固定凸块,固定凸块用于将定瓷片固定在阀的壳体上,所述定瓷片内部设有微型电源,所述扇形通孔上设有电热丝,电热丝通过开关与电源连接,所述开关位于一侧的凸块上,陶瓷阀片安装完成后,所述开关伸出阀的壳体,设计合理,适合推广使用。

本发明涉及陶瓷五金配件,具体涉及一种陶瓷阀片。
背景技术
陶瓷阀片常用于水龙头,控制水龙头出水,目前的陶瓷阀片大多都能控制冷水和热水同时出水,而在冬天使用热水器热水洗碗洗菜时,常常需要放很长一段时间冷水,才会出水,大大浪费了水资源,而且在使用水龙头是,总会有少量的水残留在陶瓷阀片组件中,冬天容易冻住,导致陶瓷阀片组件不能正常使用。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述的不足,提供一种陶瓷阀片,包括定瓷片,所述定瓷片上设有两个扇形通孔,所述定瓷片的外侧对称设有两个固定凸块,固定凸块用于将定瓷片固定在阀的壳体上,所述定瓷片内部设有微型电源,所述扇形通孔上设有电热丝,电热丝通过开关与电源连接,所述开关位于一侧的凸块上。
优选的,所述电热丝上包裹了一层防玻璃纤维防水套,防止水触碰到电热丝。
本发明的有益效果是:电热丝能加热流过通孔的水的温度,不需要等待热水器里的水慢慢流下来后再使用,节约水资源,冬天如果残留在陶瓷组件上的少量水冻住陶瓷阀片,可以通过电热丝使温度升高,从而使陶瓷阀片组件可以正常使用,玻璃纤维防水套防止电热丝进水,保护电热丝正常使用。

如图1和图2所示,一种陶瓷阀片,包括定瓷片1,所述定瓷片1上设有两个扇形通孔2,所述定瓷片1的外侧对称设有两个固定凸块3,用于将顶瓷片1固定在阀的壳体内部,所述定瓷片1内部设有微型电源4,所述扇形通孔2上设有电热丝5,电热丝5通过开关6与电源4连接,所述开关6位于一侧的凸块3上,陶瓷阀片安装完成后,所述开关6伸出阀的壳体,所述电热丝5上包裹了一层防玻璃纤维防水套,防止水触碰到电热丝5,所述电源4为充电电池。

1.一种陶瓷阀片,包括定瓷片(1),所述定瓷片(1)上设有两个扇形通孔(2),所述定瓷片(1)的外侧对称设有两个固定凸块(3),其特征在于:所述定瓷片(1)内部设有微型电源(4),所述扇形通孔(2)上设有电热丝(5),电热丝(5)通过开关(6)与电源(4)连接,所述开关(6)位于一侧的凸块(3)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷阀片组件,其特征在于:所述电热丝(4)上包裹了一层防玻璃纤维防水套。
