Abstract
The invention relates to an automatic end welding process device which is connected with a positioner and matched with the positioner, and comprises a bracket, an adjusting component, a welding gun fixing mechanism, a welding gun component, a welding power supply component, a wire feeding component and a controller, wherein the welding gun fixing mechanism is connected with the positioner; the welding power supply assembly is connected with the welding gun assembly and the controller respectively, and the wire feeding assembly is connected with the welding gun assembly and the controller respectively. The semi-automatic surfacing welding device can realize semi-automatic surfacing welding of the end gasket ring groove; and moreover, the surfacing layer with the end annular gasket can be qualified by one-time flaw detection in batch production.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of machinery, in particular to automatic end welding process equipment.
Background
With the deep exploration of petroleum, the use demand of well heads and well control products in high H2S concentration environment is increasing day by day, and the failure of most of the products is statistically caused by leakage caused by corrosion of a sealing surface. In order to improve the corrosion resistance of the end gasket ring groove, stainless steel or corrosion-resistant alloy needs to be overlaid on the end gasket ring groove. However, no small-sized equipment suitable for special surfacing welding of the end gasket ring groove exists in the market at present, and manual surfacing welding is mainly relied on or a special expensive surfacing welding machine is purchased. The welding quality of the full-manual surfacing operation is greatly influenced by human factors, the conditions of air holes, slag inclusion and the like are easy to occur in the welding, a large amount of reworking is caused, the welding working hours are long, and the full-manual surfacing operation is not suitable for batch production. The special surfacing machine has the advantages of high equipment cost, complex operation, fixed welding position and inflexibility.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an automatic end welding process device for solving the problems, which can realize semi-automatic surfacing of an end gasket ring groove; and the surfacing layer of the end annular gasket groove can be qualified by one-time flaw detection in batch production.
To achieve the above object, the present invention is realized by: an automatic end welding process device is connected with a positioner and matched with the automatic end welding process device, and comprises a support, an adjusting assembly, a welding gun fixing mechanism, a welding gun assembly, a welding power supply assembly, a wire feeding assembly and a controller; the welding power supply assembly is respectively connected with the welding gun assembly and the controller, and the wire feeding assembly is respectively connected with the welding gun assembly and the controller;
the adjusting assembly comprises an adjusting short joint, a welding gun horizontal adjusting mechanism and a welding gun vertical adjusting mechanism; one end of the adjusting short joint is fixedly installed with the support, the other end of the adjusting short joint is installed and connected with the welding gun horizontal adjusting mechanism, the welding gun horizontal adjusting mechanism is installed and connected with the welding gun vertical adjusting mechanism, and the welding gun vertical adjusting mechanism is installed and connected with the welding gun fixing mechanism;
the welding gun assembly comprises a welding gun, a welding gun head, a welding gun air pipe and a welding gun cable; the welding gun head is arranged at one end of a welding gun, and the welding gun is connected with a welding power supply assembly through a welding gun air pipe and a welding gun cable;
the welding power supply assembly comprises a TIG welding power supply, a gas cylinder and a gas pipe for connecting the power supply and the gas cylinder, and the TIG welding power supply is connected with a welding gun through a welding gun gas pipe and a welding gun cable;
the wire feeding assembly comprises a wire feeder, a welding wire hose, a welding wire position adjusting device and a wire feeding switch cable, wherein one end of the welding wire hose is connected with the wire feeder, the other end of the welding wire hose is connected with the welding wire position adjusting device, the welding wire position adjusting device is fixed on a welding gun, and the wire feeder is connected with the controller through the wire feeding switch cable;
the controller is provided with a gas switch cable and an ignition switch cable which are used for being connected with a TIG welding power supply, and a positioner switch cable which is used for being connected with a positioner; the positioner is arranged below the welding gun and is connected with a TIG welding power supply through a workpiece cable.
The welding gun head is a replaceable gun head so as to realize welding of different backing ring groove positions.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the invention provides semi-automatic surfacing welding process equipment which is matched with a welding positioner and can realize semi-automatic surfacing welding of a backing ring groove at the end part. The problems that the surfacing layer with the end annular gasket cannot be subjected to one-time flaw detection in batch production, the defects need to be subjected to repair welding, machining and dye penetrant inspection, and the efficiency is low are solved, and the expensive equipment cost of purchasing a special surfacing machine is also avoided.
(1) The surfacing welding tool and the process equipment can be quickly installed and positioned, and are simple and convenient to operate.
(2) The invention can realize automatic surfacing of corrosion-resistant alloy, stainless steel and carbon steel.
(3) The invention is convenient for adjusting the surfacing angle and the position of the welding gun, can quickly adjust the welding bead interval, and can realize surfacing in all directions of end gasket ring grooves with different specifications.
(4) The invention has the advantages of much higher surfacing efficiency than manual welding, easy control of the surfacing thickness, reduction of the labor intensity of workers and reduction of the consumption of welding materials.
(5) The surfacing surface of the invention is flat, which is convenient for subsequent processing.
(6) The invention has high surfacing quality, has no air hole inclusion, can pass through penetration flaw detection at one time and avoids repeated repair welding rework.

The automatic end welding process equipment needs the positioner 10 to be used in a matching way. The TIG welding power supply 51 is connected to the gas cylinder 53 and the positioner 10 through the gas pipe 52 and the workpiece cable 100, respectively. Positioning a product to be subjected to surfacing welding on the positioner 10 through a positioning disc, moving the support 1 to a proper position for fixing, fixing the welding gun 41 on the support 1 through the welding gun fixing mechanism 3, adjusting the position of the welding gun 41 through the adjusting short circuit 21, and then connecting the welding gun 41 with a TIG welding power supply 51 through a welding gun air pipe 43 and a welding gun cable 44. One end of the wire feeder 61 is connected with the welding wire hose 62, the other end of the welding wire hose 62 is fixed on the welding gun 41 through the welding wire position adjusting device 63, and the wire outlet angle and position are adjusted through the welding wire position adjusting device 63 according to the welding position. The workpiece cable 100 is connected, the gas switch cable 71, the ignition switch cable 72, the wire feeding switch cable 64 and the positioner switch cable 73 are connected to the controller 7, and the controller 7 controls ventilation, ignition, wire feeding and positioner rotation through trigger signals. The TIG welding power supply 51 is switched on, the gas cylinder 53 is enabled to feed gas to the welding gun 41 in advance through the trigger switch on the controller 7 so as to exhaust the air in the gas pipe and the air in a welding area, the ignition trigger switch is enabled to enable the welded part to form a stable molten pool, then the wire feeder is started to feed the wires, and the positioner is started to rotate. After one circle of welding is finished, the next circle of welding is carried out by adjusting the welding gun horizontal adjusting mechanism 22 and the welding gun vertical adjusting mechanism 23. When different positions of the backing ring groove are built up by welding, the welding of different backing ring groove positions can be realized by selecting replaceable gun heads at different angles.
The welding process equipment can adjust the surfacing angle and the position of a welding gun through the position adjusting mechanism, and can quickly adjust the welding bead distance in the welding process, thereby realizing surfacing in all directions of end gasket ring grooves with different specifications. The controller controls the functions of ventilation, ignition, wire feeding and rotation of the positioner through a trigger signal. The invention can be quickly positioned by adjusting the short circuit.
