技术领域
本发明涉及涂胶机技术领域，具体为一种新型纸品包装盒用胶头。
背景技术
在对纸盒进行黏糊时需要需要利用胶水来对纸盒进行涂胶粘合，而现有技术的涂胶机在使用时无法达到均匀涂胶的效果，且容易发生漏胶等情况。这样不仅浪费了大量的资源，而且纸盒上涂有大量的胶水也不利于后续的粘合，导致产生作废的现象。
新型内容
本发明解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术涂胶不均匀，且涂胶时容易发生漏胶或者涂胶过多的缺陷，提供一种新型纸品包装盒用胶头。所述新型纸品包装盒用胶头具有涂胶均匀且能够有效的防止漏胶，节约资源等特点。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种新型纸品包装盒用胶头，包括出胶管，所述出胶管的内腔活动连接有活塞，所述活塞的顶部固定连接有拉杆，所述出胶管的底部通过铰链活动连接有卡座，所述卡座的数量不少于两个，两个所述卡座分别位于出胶管的底部两端，所述卡座的另一端开设有通孔，所述通孔内螺纹连接有螺纹柱，所述出胶管的侧壁底部开设有与通孔相匹配的盲孔，所述卡座内活动连接有轴承，所述出胶管的侧壁上开设有与轴承相匹配的凹槽，所述凹槽和卡座的顶部均设置有限位卡块，所述限位卡块卡接限位卡槽，所述限位卡槽位于轴承的外壁上，所述轴承的内壁固定连接有转轴，所述转轴的外壁上固定连接有滚动胶头，所述滚动胶头的上半部位于出胶管的内腔，所述出胶管的内壁上设置有防漏垫片，所述转轴的两端均螺纹连接有螺帽。
优选的，所述防漏垫片由两个半弧状的垫片组成，且两个半弧状的垫片通过两根长条状的防漏片固定连接，两个长条状的防漏片相互靠近的一端具有一定弧度。
优选的，所述出胶管的侧壁上开设有进料口，所述进料口上固定连接有进料管。
优选的，所述滚动胶头呈圆柱状，且滚动胶头的两端均设置有圆环，所述出胶管的内壁上开设有与圆环相匹配的开槽。
优选的，所述滚动胶头的表面设置有防滑纹，且防滑纹呈长条状呈环状排列。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：通过滚动胶头在纸盒的不断的滚动，能够实现将胶水均匀的涂抹在纸盒上；通过防漏垫片能够实现防止胶水的漏出。

本实施例中的一种新型纸品包装盒用胶头在使用时，请参阅图1-2，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种新型纸品包装盒用胶头，包括出胶管1，所述出胶管1的内腔活动连接有活塞2，所述活塞2的顶部固定连接有拉杆3，所述出胶管1的底部通过铰链活动连接有卡座4，所述卡座4的数量不少于两个，两个所述卡座4分别位于出胶管1的底部两端，所述卡座4的另一端开设有通孔5，所述通孔5内螺纹连接有螺纹柱6，所述出胶管1的侧壁底部开设有与通孔5相匹配的盲孔，所述卡座4内活动连接有轴承7，所述出胶管1的侧壁上开设有与轴承7相匹配的凹槽8，所述凹槽8和卡座4的顶部均设置有限位卡块9，所述限位卡块9卡接限位卡槽10，所述限位卡槽10位于轴承7的外壁上，所述轴承7的内壁固定连接有转轴11，所述转轴11的外壁上固定连接有滚动胶头12，所述滚动胶头12呈圆柱状，且滚动胶头12的两端均设置有圆环，所述出胶管1的内壁上开设有与圆环相匹配的开槽，所述滚动胶头12的上半部位于出胶管1的内腔，所述滚动胶头12的表面设置有防滑纹，且防滑纹呈长条状呈环状排列，所述出胶管1的内壁上设置有防漏垫片13，所述防漏垫片13由两个半弧状的垫片组成，且两个半弧状的垫片通过两根长条状的防漏片固定连接，两个长条状的防漏片相互靠近的一端具有一定弧度，所述转轴11的两端均螺纹连接有螺帽14，所述出胶管1的侧壁上开设有进料口15，所述进料口15上固定连接有进料管16。
本发明通过滚动胶头12在纸盒的不断的滚动，能够实现将胶水均匀的涂抹在纸盒上；通过防漏垫片13能够实现防止胶水的漏出；通过限位卡块9和限位卡槽10的配合能够实现轴承7与卡座4的固定连接；通过活塞2和进料管16能够实现本装置的方便进料。

1.一种新型纸品包装盒用胶头，包括出胶管(1)，其特征在于：所述出胶管(1)的内腔活动连接有活塞(2)，所述活塞(2)的顶部固定连接有拉杆(3)，所述出胶管(1)的底部通过铰链活动连接有卡座(4)，所述卡座(4)的数量不少于两个，两个所述卡座(4)分别位于出胶管(1)的底部两端，所述卡座(4)的另一端开设有通孔(5)，所述通孔(5)内螺纹连接有螺纹柱(6)，所述出胶管(1)的侧壁底部开设有与通孔(5)相匹配的盲孔，所述卡座(4)内活动连接有轴承(7)，所述出胶管(1)的侧壁上开设有与轴承(7)相匹配的凹槽(8)，所述凹槽(8)和卡座(4)的顶部均设置有限位卡块(9)，所述限位卡块(9)卡接限位卡槽(10)，所述限位卡槽(10)位于轴承(7)的外壁上，所述轴承(7)的内壁固定连接有转轴(11)，所述转轴(11)的外壁上固定连接有滚动胶头(12)，所述滚动胶头(12)的上半部位于出胶管(1)的内腔，所述出胶管(1)的内壁上设置有防漏垫片(13)，所述转轴(11)的两端均螺纹连接有螺帽(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型纸品包装盒用胶头，其特征在于：所述防漏垫片(13)由两个半弧状的垫片组成，且两个半弧状的垫片通过两根长条状的防漏片固定连接，两个长条状的防漏片相互靠近的一端具有一定弧度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型纸品包装盒用胶头，其特征在于：所述出胶管(1)的侧壁上开设有进料口(15)，所述进料口(15)上固定连接有进料管(16)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型纸品包装盒用胶头，其特征在于：所述滚动胶头(12)呈圆柱状，且滚动胶头(12)的两端均设置有圆环，所述出胶管(1)的内壁上开设有与圆环相匹配的开槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型纸品包装盒用胶头，其特征在于：所述滚动胶头(12)的表面设置有防滑纹，且防滑纹呈长条状呈环状排列。
