本发明涉及针刺毡技术领域,尤其是一种方便清灰的PTFE针刺毡,包括PTFE基层,所述PTFE基层的上下两面均通过粘接层粘接有抗静电纤维层,所述抗静电纤维层远离粘接层的一侧设置有PTFE纤维层,所述PTFE纤维层的表面喷涂有有机硅高温漆层,本发明结构简单,制作方便,能够防止使用时针刺毡产生静电,避免静电吸附灰尘,同时灰尘的剥离性能好,易清灰,过滤精度高,有效的提高了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及针刺毡技术领域,尤其涉及一种方便清灰的PTFE针刺毡。
背景技术
目前,在一些烟尘过滤温度较低的场合,如炼铁厂、垃圾焚烧厂、高炉煤气长等使用的过滤材料,其颗粒物对滤料的磨损比较厉害,其覆膜滤料在颗粒物的作用下,其微孔膜容易被刮伤,严重降低过滤材料的精度和使用寿命,而且现有的针刺毡表面容易吸附灰尘,不方便清理,导致针刺毡使用寿命降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在容易吸附灰尘、不方便清理、使用寿命降低等缺点,而提出的一种方便清灰的PTFE针刺毡。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种方便清灰的PTFE针刺毡,包括PTFE基层,所述PTFE基层的上下两面均通过粘接层粘接有抗静电纤维层,所述抗静电纤维层远离粘接层的一侧设置有PTFE纤维层,所述PTFE纤维层的表面喷涂有有机硅高温漆层。
优选的,所述抗静电纤维层靠近粘接层的一面设置有若干第二抗静电纤维丝,若干所述第二抗静电纤维丝远离抗静电纤维层的一端贯穿粘接层与PTFE基层的表面连接。
优选的,所述抗静电纤维层靠近PTFE纤维层的一面设置有若干第一抗静电纤维丝,若干所述第一抗静电纤维丝远离抗静电纤维层的一端与有机硅高温漆的表面齐平。
优选的,所述有机硅高温漆层的表面为光面结构。
本发明提出的一种方便清灰的PTFE针刺毡,有益效果在于:通过在PTFE基层的上下两面粘接抗静电纤维层,能够避免使用时产生静电,防止静电吸附灰尘,通过在针刺毡的上下两面均喷涂有机硅高温漆层,并对其表面进行抛光处理,使针刺毡表面的光滑,能够有效的提高清灰的效率,本发明结构简单,制作方便,能够防止使用时针刺毡产生静电,避免静电吸附灰尘,同时灰尘的剥离性能好,易清灰,过滤精度高,有效的提高了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1,一种方便清灰的PTFE针刺毡,包括PTFE基层6,PTFE基层6的上下两面均通过粘接层7粘接有抗静电纤维层3,能够避免针刺毡使用时产生静电,减少静电吸附灰尘。
抗静电纤维层3靠近粘接层7的一面设置有若干第二抗静电纤维丝5,若干第二抗静电纤维丝5远离抗静电纤维层3的一端贯穿粘接层7与PTFE基层6的表面连接,抗静电纤维层3远离粘接层7的一侧设置有PTFE纤维层2,PTFE纤维层2的表面喷涂有有机硅高温漆层1,耐化学气体腐蚀好,拉伸强度高,滤料的使用寿命长。
抗静电纤维层3靠近PTFE纤维层2的一面设置有若干第一抗静电纤维丝4,若干第一抗静电纤维丝4远离抗静电纤维层3的一端与有机硅高温漆1的表面齐平,有机硅高温漆层1的表面为光面结构,加工时在有机硅高温漆烘干后,对其表面进行抛光处理,使有机硅高温漆层1的表面光滑结构,能够避免灰尘吸附在针刺毡上,而且便于清理针刺毡上的灰尘。

1.一种方便清灰的PTFE针刺毡,包括PTFE基层(6),其特征在于:所述PTFE基层(6)的上下两面均通过粘接层(7)粘接有抗静电纤维层(3),所述抗静电纤维层(3)远离粘接层(7)的一侧设置有PTFE纤维层(2),所述PTFE纤维层(2)的表面喷涂有有机硅高温漆层(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便清灰的PTFE针刺毡,其特征在于:所述抗静电纤维层(3)靠近粘接层(7)的一面设置有若干第二抗静电纤维丝(5),若干所述第二抗静电纤维丝(5)远离抗静电纤维层(3)的一端贯穿粘接层(7)与PTFE基层(6)的表面连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便清灰的PTFE针刺毡,其特征在于:所述抗静电纤维层(3)靠近PTFE纤维层(2)的一面设置有若干第一抗静电纤维丝(4),若干所述第一抗静电纤维丝(4)远离抗静电纤维层(3)的一端与有机硅高温漆(1)的表面齐平。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便清灰的PTFE针刺毡,其特征在于:所述有机硅高温漆层(1)的表面为光面结构。
