技术领域
本发明涉及蔬菜种植技术领域,具体涉及一种秋葵种子的催芽方法。
背景技术
秋葵,又名补肾草,秋葵,羊角豆等,为锦葵科秋葵属一年生草本植物,原产于非洲热带地区,近几年引入我国,现各地均有少量栽培。秋葵以嫩果供食用,含有丰富的蛋白质,游离氨基酸和矿物质,果实还含有由果胶和多糖等组成的黏性物质,是一种营养保健蔬菜,具有促进胃肠蠕动,防止便秘的功效。秋葵有凉拌,炒食,油炸和做汤等多种食法,被一些高档宾馆和酒店当作营养型特色菜推出,深受人们的喜爱。秋葵的花,种子,根均可入药,对恶疮,痈疖有疗效,种子炒熟磨碎后可做咖啡的代用品。秋葵为低能量食物,是很好的减肥食品之一。
传统的浸种方法的缺点是浸种过程中容易导致水中缺氧,有害微生物滋生,浸种失败,并且大量种子在催芽过程中由于氧气供应不足,容易造成发热,烂种,浇苗,出芽率低,不整齐等问题。且现有的催芽方法都未能提高秋葵的营养成分,进一步提高秋葵的品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的问题,提供一种能克服浸种过程中水中缺氧的问题,且能提高秋葵营养成分和发芽率的秋葵种子的催芽方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种秋葵种子的催芽方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将秋葵种子放入 40-55℃的水中浸泡 30-50 分钟,剔除瘪种后捞出沥干;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的秋葵种子在浸种剂中浸泡1-2小时,取出后用饱和石灰水冲洗,直到秋葵种子的表皮无粘液;再用清水冲洗,直到秋葵种子的表皮无异味;将秋葵种子捞出沥干;
(3)将经过步骤(2)处理的秋葵种子再放入盛有营养液的容器中,将容器放入保温箱中,并每隔30-60分钟向容器中通气5-10分钟,直至90%的种子发芽即可进行播种。
进一步地,所述浸种剂包含以下组分:黄腐酸盐10-30份,维生素C1-3份,芸苔素1-3份,茉莉酸1-3份,10%可湿性生根素10-15份,0.1%三十烷醇10-20份,50% 多菌灵2-5份,水30-50份,2%加收米液剂300-400倍液和72%农用硫酸链霉素1000-1500倍液。
进一步地,所述浸种剂包含以下组分:黄腐酸盐20克,维生素C2克,芸苔素2克,茉莉酸2克,10%可湿性生根素13克,0.1%三十烷醇15克,50% 多菌灵4克,水40克,2%加收米液剂350倍液和72%农用硫酸链霉素1250倍液。
进一步地,所述营养液的中,每升营养液中包括以下重量的组分:硼砂0.4-0.6克,钼酸铵0.3-0.5克,五水硫酸铜0.2-0.4克,维生素B0.02-0.1克,维生素C1-2克,牛磺酸0.4-0.6克,维生素E2-5毫克,葡萄糖酸亚铁2-4克,其余为水。

本发明采用的浸种剂可杀死病菌,防止烂种,预防虫害,促进秋葵种子快速,整齐地发芽,提高秋葵的育苗成活率,降低生产成本。利于生根壮苗,使根系发达,生长迅速。采用的营养液中的营养成分多,使浸种后种植出的秋葵营养价值更高。
本发明在浸种的过程中,向浸种溶液底部通入空气,保证了浸泡溶液中空气的含氧量,解决浸种过程中水中缺氧的问题,减少人工换水的麻烦,同时又能避免浸种过程中有害微生物的滋生,提高浸种效果和出芽率。
采用本发明的催芽方法,使秋葵种子的一次发芽率在95%以上,发芽成苗率达到98%以上,发芽期可提前1-2天。因此,本发明能克服浸种过程中水中缺氧的问题,且能大大提高秋葵种子的发芽率和秋葵的营养成分。

实施例1
一种秋葵种子的催芽方法,包括以下步骤:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种秋葵种子的催芽方法,其特征在于,所述浸种剂包含以下组分:黄腐酸盐10-30份,维生素C1-3份,芸苔素1-3份,茉莉酸1-3份,10%可湿性生根素10-15份,0.1%三十烷醇10-20份,50%多菌灵2-5份,水30-50份,2%加收米液剂300-400倍液和72%农用硫酸链霉素1000-1500倍液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种秋葵种子的催芽方法,其特征在于,所述浸种剂包含以下组分:黄腐酸盐20克,维生素C2克,芸苔素2克,茉莉酸2克,10%可湿性生根素13克,0.1%三十烷醇15克,50% 多菌灵4克,水40克,2%加收米液剂350倍液和72%农用硫酸链霉素1250倍液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种秋葵种子的催芽方法,其特征在于,所述营养液的中,每升营养液中包括以下重量的组分:硼砂0.4-0.6克,钼酸铵0.3-0.5克,五水硫酸铜0.2-0.4克,维生素B0.02-0.1克,维生素C1-2克,牛磺酸0.4-0.6克,维生素E2-5毫克,葡萄糖酸亚铁2-4克,其余为水。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种秋葵种子的催芽方法,其特征在于,所述营养液的中,每升营养液中包括以下重量的组分:硼砂0.5克,钼酸铵0.4克,五水硫酸铜0.3克,维生素B0.06克,维生素C1.5克,牛磺酸0.5克,维生素E3毫克,葡萄糖酸亚铁3克,其余为水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种秋葵种子的催芽方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,向容器中通气的设备为气泵。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种秋葵种子的催芽方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,浸种过程中前10-25小时设置保温箱的温度为25℃,随后25-48小时设置保温箱内的温度为32℃,直至种子破胸露白,随后将保温箱内的温度设置为26℃进行催芽。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种秋葵种子的催芽方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,当种子破胸露白后,将种子捞出后用湿毛巾包裹,放置在保温箱中继续进行催芽。
