Meanwhile, the display screen 102 may be electrically connected to the circuit board 103.
A battery 105 is disposed inside the housing 104, the battery 105 being electrically connected to the circuit board 103 through the battery connector 106. The pressing device 107 is used for pressing the battery connector 106 to prevent the battery connector 106 from tilting. The press-fit device 107 is mounted on the circuit board 103.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the pressing device 107 is used for pressing the battery connector 106 onto the carrying surface, i.e. the circuit board. The pressing device 107 includes a pressing plate 1071, a fastener 1072, a plug 1073, a fastener 1074, and a plug 1075.
In some embodiments, the pressing device 107 further includes a pressing mechanism 1076 for pressing the second electronic device, the pressing mechanism 1076 is connected with the plug 1073 or the fastening seat 1074, and even the pressing mechanism 1076 is integrally formed with the plug 1073 or the fastening seat 1074, so that after the pressing mechanism 1076 is fixedly mounted on the circuit board, the plug 1073 or the fastening seat 1074 is also fixed without being fixedly mounted again.
The fastening seat 1074 and the plugging seat 1075 are disposed on the circuit board at intervals. One end of the pressing plate 1071 is connected with the fastener 1072, the other end of the pressing plate 1071 is connected with the plug connector 1073, and the two ends are two opposite ends of the pressing plate 1071. In this embodiment, the fastening member 1072, the pressing plate 1071 and the plug 1073 are integrally formed.
The fastening member 1072 is fastened to the fastening seat 1074 along a first direction, and the plug 1073 is inserted into the plug 1075 along a second direction, so as to press the battery connector 106 onto a bearing surface between the fastening seat 1074 and the plug 1075, wherein an included angle between the first direction and the second direction is an acute angle, a right angle or an obtuse angle. Preferably, in this embodiment, the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction, and the first direction is a direction perpendicular to the circuit board, that is, the bearing surface, and the second direction is a direction parallel to the circuit board.
Specifically, the pressing plate 1071 is made of an elastic insulating material, which is substantially rectangular, and may be made by an integral molding process. A groove 1071a is disposed on a side of the pressing plate 1071 facing the circuit board, and the battery connector 106 is accommodated in the groove 1071a when the pressing plate 1071 is pressed against the battery connector 106.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the fastening member 1072 includes a clamping plate 1072a connected to the pressing plate 1071 and at least one limiting protrusion 1072b disposed on the clamping plate 1072 a. The limiting protrusion 1072b may be spherical or may be a convex hull with a circular cross section, and the end surface and the side wall surface of the convex hull are formed with chamfers. Specifically, the number of the limiting protrusions 1072b is two, the two limiting protrusions 1072b are respectively located on two opposite surfaces of the pressing plate 1071, and the two limiting protrusions 1072b are located on the same horizontal line and are staggered from each other.
The latch 1074 includes a first base 1074a and two resilient arms 1074b disposed on the first base 1074a at intervals. The spring arm 1074b includes a fixed end 1074c, a free end 1074d, and an interface 1074e between the fixed end 1074c and the free end 1074 d. The fixed end 1074c of the elastic arm 1074b is connected to the first substrate 1074 a. The first base plate 1074a of the fastening seat 1074 is further provided with a first screw hole 1074h, and the first screw hole 1074h is used for allowing a screw to pass through, so that the first base plate 1074a is fixed on a circuit board.
Wherein, between the fixed end 1074c and the interface 1074e, the distance between the two elastic arms 1074b gradually decreases; between the interface 1074e and the free end 1074d, the distance between the two resilient arms 1074b increases gradually; thereby, a large guiding opening 1074g and a large limiting space 1074f are formed between the two elastic arms 1074b, the clamping plate 1072a is extruded into the limiting space 1074f through the guiding opening 1074g, and is limited in the limiting space 1074f by the boundary 1074e of the two elastic arms 1074b.
Specifically, the two resilient arms 1074b are generally back-to-back and have an inclined "7" shape, and the two resilient arms 1074 are made of resilient material and may be integrally formed.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4 and fig. 5, the limiting protrusion 1072b of the fastening member 1072 is in a strip shape, and its longitudinal interface is in a semicircular or semi-elliptical shape. The number of the limiting protrusions 1072b may be one or two, and the two limiting protrusions 1072b are disposed opposite to each other on two opposite faces of the clamping plate 1072 a.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 6, the socket 1075 includes a second substrate 1075a and a vertical plate 1075b disposed on the second substrate 1075a, and the vertical plate 1075b is provided with a jack 1075c for plugging the plug 1073. In this embodiment, the second substrate 1075a is further connected to a pressing mechanism 1076 for pressing the second electronic device, and the second substrate 1075a is further integrally formed with the pressing mechanism 1076 for pressing the second electronic device.
The second substrate 1075a is provided with a second screw hole 1075d, and the second screw hole 1075d is used for passing a screw, so that the second substrate 1075 is fixedly mounted on a circuit board.
In some embodiments, the plug 1073 is generally L-shaped. The plug 1073 includes a connection plate 1073b and a plug 1073a, wherein one end of the connection plate 1073b is connected with the pressing plate 1071, the other end of the connection plate 1073b is connected with the plug 1073a, and the plug 1073a is inserted into the plug 1075c. The platen 1071 is parallel to the insert plate 1073 a.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7, the plug 1073 further includes a rib 1073c disposed on the plug 1073a, wherein the rib 1073c extends on the plug 1073a along a direction perpendicular to the second direction. The side of the rib 1073c facing the socket 1075 is a smooth curved surface.
During installation, the plug 1073 is inserted into the jack 1075c of the plug 1075 along the horizontal direction, and then the fastener 1072 is inserted into the fastener 1074 along the vertical direction and is in fastening connection with the fastener 1074, so that the battery connector is pressed and fixed.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the plug 1073 may be a snap-fit configuration and correspondingly, the plug 1075 may be a snap-fit configuration. That is, the structure of the plug 1073 may be the same as that of the fastener in the above embodiment, and correspondingly, the structure of the socket may be the same as that of the fastener in the above embodiment and adjust the orientation of the bayonet.
