In the embodiment of the invention, in order to realize the sealing of the first gas seal area and the second gas seal area, when the butterfly valve is in a closed state, the gas at two sides of the butterfly plate is not leaked inwards, an external gas channel is connected at an external gas connecting port of the outer wall of the annular member, so that the external gas enters the annular member, the external gas entering the annular member enters the first gas seal area and the second gas seal area through small air holes on the inner wall of the annular member, and the pressure of the gas entering the first gas seal area and the second gas seal area from the small air holes is very high due to the small air holes on the inner wall, so that high-pressure gas is formed, such as solid arrows in the figure;
the gas in the valve cavity is low-pressure gas relative to the high-pressure gas in the first gas seal area, as shown by the hollow arrow;
according to the principle that gas flows from a high-pressure area to a low-pressure area, high-pressure gas positioned in a first gas seal area and a second gas seal area flows to the low-pressure areas (areas on two sides of a disc plate) on two sides of the gas seal area, as shown by the flowing direction of solid arrows in the figure; the gas in the low pressure areas (areas on two sides of the disc plate) on two sides of the first gas seal area and the second gas seal area cannot flow to the high pressure areas of the first gas seal area and the second gas seal area, so that the gas in the low pressure area cannot pass through the first gas seal area and the second gas seal area, and then flows from one side of the disc plate to the other side, such as the flowing direction of the hollow arrow in the figure, gas leakage occurs, and the complete sealing of the butterfly valve in the closed state is ensured.
Therefore, the pressure of the first gas seal area and the pressure of the second gas seal area are larger than the pressure in the valve cavity, and according to the principle that gas diffuses from high pressure to low pressure, the gas in the high pressure gas area diffuses into the valve cavity, and the gas in the low pressure area is unlikely to pass through the high pressure gas area, so that the gas on two sides of the disc plate is completely blocked, the gas is effectively prevented from leaking inwards, and the effect of completely sealing the cut-off butterfly valve is realized.
In addition, because the disc plate is not in direct contact with the inner wall of the annular member, the parts such as the disc plate and the like are not worn, and therefore the parts do not need to be replaced, and the maintenance-free effect is achieved.
If the service life of the cylinder is 300 ten thousand times, the cylinder can be operated once every 2 minutes (24 hours of continuous operation), and can be used for more than 10 years according to 7200 hours per year.
