Technical Field
The invention relates to a structure of a sewing elastic band in a garment, and relates to a sewing auxiliary component and a sewing method of the sewing elastic band.
Background
In school uniforms or other uniforms for students and children, many of clothes are provided with elastic bands, such as elastic bands on underpants, the connection between the elastic bands on the underpants and the underpants can be divided into two modes, one mode is that the underpants are not connected with the underpants, the elastic bands are easy to turn over in the underpants, the waist can be hurt when wearing the trousers, the trousers are uncomfortable and the elastic bands are difficult to be flattened and recovered, the other mode is that the elastic bands are sewn with the underpants, the elastic bands cannot turn over, but the existing sewing method is clumsy, a small part on the underpants is firstly wrapped and folded with a small part of the elastic bands which are sewn into a circle, the elastic bands are placed on a presser foot of a sewing machine to be pressed, then a section of wrapped and folded is finished, the underpants and the elastic bands are pulled, and the sewing machine is started to sew up the section, then, a section of coating is finished and folded repeatedly, the underpants and the elastic band are pulled, the sewing machine is started to start sewing, and the sewing is finished in a whole circle of underpants in a repeated mode.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a trouser top structure for sewing an elastic band, which can be conveniently and rapidly folded with the elastic band in order before sewing.
The second object of the present invention is to provide a sewing auxiliary member for sewing an elastic band, which is advantageous for sewing the elastic band quickly and neatly.
The invention also aims to provide a sewing method for sewing the elastic band, which can improve the efficiency of sewing the elastic band and improve the beautiful sewing effect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the underpants structure of the sewing elastic band, the underpants cloth upwards extends to form a wrapping and folding section for wrapping the elastic band and folding the elastic band into a multilayer structure.
The folding section is folded into a structure of three layers wrapping the elastic band.
Sewing auxiliary member of sewing elastic cord, including left flange and the right flange that relative interval set up, the interval space between left side flange and the right flange forms a package section embedding district, a package section embedding district supplies clothing cloth to wrap the package section of folding the elastic cord and corresponds the embedding, keeps off the both sides limit of a package section through left flange and right flange.
The left rib and the right rib can relatively adjust the spacing distance.
The lower edge of the left rib is provided with a lower bottom plate extending towards the right rib, the right rib is arranged on the lower bottom plate, the lower edge of the right rib is provided with an upper bottom plate extending towards the same direction as the lower bottom plate, and the lower bottom plate and the upper bottom plate are respectively provided with corresponding adjusting grooves for the locking piece to pass through for locking.
And the side edge of the lower bottom plate is provided with an alignment flange which can block the side edge of the upper bottom plate.
The sewing method of sewing elastic band includes the following steps,
1) the method comprises the following steps of installing a sewing auxiliary component, namely fixedly installing the sewing auxiliary component on a table top at the input end of a presser foot of a sewing machine, wherein the sewing auxiliary component comprises a left flange and a right flange which are arranged at intervals relatively, a space between the left flange and the right flange forms a wrapping and folding section embedding area, and two ports of the left flange and the right flange are arranged corresponding to the presser foot of the sewing machine;
2) the folding elastic band is characterized in that the waistband cloth extends upwards to form a folding section for folding the elastic band into a multilayer structure, the elastic band is correspondingly sleeved on the edge of the folding section and is folded towards the inner surface direction of the waistband, so that the folding section wraps the elastic band, and the folding state is maintained for multiple times;
3) the sewing machine on the underpants specifically comprises the steps of lifting a presser foot of the sewing machine, then plugging a folded wrapping section under the presser foot to adjust the position, embedding the wrapping section on one side of a sewing input into a wrapping section embedding area of a sewing auxiliary component, enabling a left flange and a right flange to block two side edges of the wrapping section, and then pressing down the presser foot to press the wrapping section;
4) starting sewing, specifically, pulling the underpants wrapping section to stretch the elastic band, starting a sewing machine to start sewing, and keeping the wrapping section on the sewing input side embedded into the wrapping section embedding area in the sewing advancing process until the wrapping section is completely sewn;
5) and lifting the presser foot, pulling out the underpants wrapping section, and cutting off the sewing thread to finish the operation.
And 2, folding the middle folding section into a structure with three layers of wrapping elastic bands.
The left rib and the right rib of the sewing auxiliary component in the step 1 can relatively adjust the spacing distance, and the spacing distance of the left rib and the right rib is adjusted to correspond to the width required by sewing before fixed installation.
The lower edge of the left rib of the sewing auxiliary component in the step 1 is provided with a lower bottom plate extending towards the right rib, the right rib is arranged on the lower bottom plate, the lower edge of the right rib is provided with an upper bottom plate extending towards the same direction as the lower bottom plate, the lower bottom plate and the upper bottom plate are respectively provided with corresponding adjusting grooves for a locking part to pass through for locking, the upper bottom plate of the right rib is overlapped on the lower bottom plate of the left rib during installation, the adjusting grooves of the left rib and the right rib correspond to each other, the locking component passes through the two adjusting grooves to be primarily locked on the table top of the sewing machine, then the spacing distance between the left rib and the right rib required by sewing is adjusted and corresponds to the presser foot of the sewing machine, and the locking component fixes the sewing auxiliary component after the adjustment is completed.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the sewing machine is additionally provided with the wrapping and folding sections, and the wrapping and folding sections can be wrapped and folded into a plurality of layers to wrap the elastic band and fold the layers, so that a neat wrapping and folding structure is easy to form, and the elastic band cannot be automatically loosened due to the small wrapping and folding part, so that the sewing machine can be conveniently and rapidly folded with the elastic band to be neat before sewing; secondly, the sewing auxiliary component is simple in structure, but can be beneficial to the effect of sewing the elastic band quickly and orderly, because the folding structure is relatively stable and is not easy to loosen after the elastic band is wrapped by the folding section, and the deviation and looseness of the elastic band are prevented by further limiting the structure by the component before sewing, the elastic band is not required to be wrapped by adjusting while sewing like the existing sewing method, and the elastic band is sewn quickly and orderly; compared with the existing operation method, the sewing method is easier to operate, reduces the sewing difficulty, and can improve the efficiency of sewing the elastic band and improve the beautiful sewing effect.

The invention discloses a underpants structure for sewing elastic band, a sewing auxiliary component for sewing elastic band and a sewing method for sewing underpants of elastic band, as shown in figure 1, figure 2, figure 3, figure 4 and figure 5, and the following detailed description of the specific embodiment of the subject.
The underpants structure for sewing elastic bands, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 4 and fig. 5, the improvement point of the underpants 12 part at the upper end of the trousers body 11 is that the underpants 12 cloth extends upwards to form a folding section 14 for folding the elastic bands 13 into a multi-layer structure, in this embodiment, the folding section 14 is preferably folded into a structure with three layers for wrapping the elastic bands 13, the three layers can achieve the wrapping effect and can not be easily loosened, the use of the cloth is reasonable, the underpants of the prior trousers also have the part for wrapping the elastic bands, but the width of the part is small, and the part can be wrapped by only one layer, if the mode that the cloth and the elastic bands are sewn together is adopted, the cloth and the elastic bands are loosened without pressing each other, the sewing process needs to be finished while sewing, and the folding section 14 in the invention can be folded into a multi-layer structure to be directly wrapped into a plurality of layers which can wrap and can be pressed, therefore, the sewing machine can not be loosened, and edge finishing can be omitted during sewing. The structure of the invention can also be applied to other structures which are equivalent to the structure of the underpants part, such as coats needing to be sewn with elastic bands, or other parts in clothes and the like
The sewing auxiliary component 2 for sewing the elastic band, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, comprises a left flange 21 and a right flange 22 which are oppositely arranged at intervals, a space between the left flange 21 and the right flange 22 forms a wrapping section embedding area 23, the wrapping section embedding area 23 is used for clothing cloth to wrap a wrapping section of the elastic band 13 (the wrapping section 14 of the underpants 12 is used for sewing the underpants, if the structure is applied to other parts, the structure is the same as the underpants, and the underpants is described below), the two side edges of the wrapping section 14 are correspondingly embedded, the structural structure of the wrapping section is further limited by the component before sewing, the deviation and looseness are prevented, and the beneficial effects are realized; because different clothing sizes, such as the use widths of the elastic bands of trousers of adults and children are different, the left flange 21 and the right flange 22 in the embodiment can relatively adjust the spacing distance, can adjust the corresponding widths, can be adjusted before use, and has wide application range; the adjusting structure in this embodiment is shown in the figure, a lower bottom plate 24 extending towards the right flange 22 is arranged on the lower edge of the left flange 21, the right flange 22 is arranged on the lower bottom plate 24, an upper bottom plate 25 extending towards the same direction as the lower bottom plate 24 is arranged on the lower edge of the right flange 22, corresponding adjusting grooves 27 for allowing the locking members 26 to pass through for locking are respectively arranged on the lower bottom plate 24 and the upper bottom plate 25, the adjusting method of the adjusting structure is described in detail in the following sewing method, the adjusting structure is simple in structure, convenient to adjust and install, and in addition, in order to further enable the left flange 21 and the right flange 22 to be quickly aligned, an aligning flange 28 capable of blocking the side edge of the upper bottom plate 25 is arranged on the side edge of the lower bottom plate 24, and the adjusting structure can also be oppositely arranged on the upper bottom plate 25 to block the lower bottom plate 24, which belongs to the equivalent application.
The sewing method of sewing elastic band, the steps of sewing elastic band are as follows, the following method takes the structure of underpants as an example for description, the steps of using other equivalent structures are the same,
1) the sewing auxiliary component 2 is installed, in particular, the sewing auxiliary component 2 with the structure is fixedly installed on the table surface 10 at the input end of the presser foot 20 of the sewing machine, and two ports 29 of the left flange 21 and the right flange 22 are arranged corresponding to the presser foot 20 of the sewing machine, as shown in fig. 4; the relative spacing distance between the left flange 21 and the right flange 22 of the sewing auxiliary component 2 needs to be adjusted, the spacing distance between the left flange 21 and the right flange 22 needs to be adjusted to correspond to the width needed by sewing before fixed installation, in the embodiment, the installation and adjustment method of the sewing auxiliary component 2 with the structure is that an upper bottom plate 25 of the right flange 22 is overlapped on a lower bottom plate 24 of the left flange 21 during installation, the adjusting grooves 27 of the left flange and the right flange correspond to each other, the locking component 26 penetrates through the two adjusting grooves 27 to be locked on the table top 10 of the sewing machine primarily, then the spacing distance between the left flange 21 and the right flange 22 needed by sewing is adjusted and corresponds to the position of the presser foot 20 of the sewing machine, and after the adjustment is finished, the sewing auxiliary component 2 is fixed by the locking component 26, namely the installation is finished.
2) The folding elastic band 13, specifically the underpants 12 with the above structure, is to cover the elastic band 13 on the edge of the folding section 14 correspondingly, and to fold toward the inner surface of the underpants 12, so that the folding section 14 wraps the elastic band 13, and folds for many times, such as folding the folding section 14 of the underpants structure into a three-layer structure wrapping the elastic band 13, and then keeping the folding state.
3) The sewing machine is arranged on the underpants 12, specifically, a presser foot 20 of the sewing machine is lifted, a folded wrapping section 14 is inserted under the presser foot 20 to be adjusted in position, the wrapping section 14 on one sewing input side is embedded into a wrapping section embedding area 23 of the sewing auxiliary component 2, a left flange 21 and a right flange 22 block two side edges of the wrapping section 14, and then the presser foot 20 is pressed down to enable the presser foot 20 to press the wrapping section 14, so that sewing can be carried out.
4) And starting sewing, namely pulling the wrapping and folding section 14 of the underpants 11 to stretch the elastic band 13, starting a sewing machine to start sewing, and keeping the wrapping and folding section 14 on the sewing input side to be embedded into the wrapping and folding section embedding area 23 in the sewing advancing process until the wrapping and folding section 14 is sewn in a whole circle.
5) And lifting the presser foot 20, pulling out the folded section 14 of the underpants 11, and cutting off the sewing thread to finish the sewing of the underpants.
