Both ends of the rotating member 21 are hinged to the sliding members 4b on both sides of the bridge base body 1b, respectively. One end of the elastic member 22 is connected to the corresponding sliding member, and the other end is connected to the rotating member 21, so that when the rotating member 21 rotates clockwise in the drawing with respect to the bridge frame base body 1b, the elastic member 22 applies a pulling force to the rotating member 21, so that the rotating member 21 rotates slowly. The rotating member 21 is provided with a clamping device 23. The gripping means 23 are used for gripping a portion of the liner bag to be filled. The rotation element 21, the elastic element 22 and the gripping means 23 cooperate such that during filling of the liquid the gripped portion of the liner bag is slowly moved away from the filling opening.
Fig. 27-29 are schematic cross-sectional views of a process for filling a liner bag with liquid using the auxiliary filling apparatus of fig. 18. In the filling process, as shown in fig. 27-29, first, liner bag 10 is placed into intermediate bulk container 12 while the length of the bridge receptacle is adjusted and the bridge receptacle is snapped onto the top of side panels 14 of the intermediate bulk container. Next, the filling opening 11 of the liner bag 10 is assembled to the filling attachment portion 2a of the bridge stand 1b, the discharge opening of the liner bag 10 is assembled to the discharge passage of the base, and the upper two bag corners of the liner bag 10 are clamped by the clamping device 23, which has an effect equivalent to an operation of pulling the bag corners by a person. Then starting to fill the liquid, wherein the lining bag is gradually opened by the liquid in the liquid filling process, and the bottom of the lining bag gradually moves to the side wall of the opposite aspect of the discharge channel on the bottom of the medium bulk container; continuing to fill the liquid, as the liquid in the lining bag increases, the two bag corners of the lining bag fixed by the clamping device 23 gradually move towards the middle of the box body along with the rotation of the rotating piece 21; filling is continued until the corners of the bag move with the rotating member 21 to the middle of the box body, and filling is finished when the box is full of liquid. At this point, the clamped corners of the bag may be released and the auxiliary filling equipment removed. In the filling process of the liquid, the lining bag is not required to be pulled by people, so that the automatic unfolding filling is completely free of manual work, and the method is particularly suitable for filling viscous liquid.
Fig. 30-32 are filling process diagrams of a liquid filling system according to another embodiment of the present application. This embodiment uses the same auxiliary filling apparatus 100 as the embodiment shown in fig. 11-14, the main differences between the two being the installation location of the auxiliary filling apparatus 100, the folding and the manner of installation of the liner bag 10. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the auxiliary filling device 100 is placed on the side opposite to the discharge channel of the intermediate bulk container, i.e. the filling opening and the discharge opening of the liner bag are located on the sides of the intermediate bulk container opposite to the two side panels, respectively. The lining bag can be folded in a Z-shaped manner. In this case, it is preferable that the filling port and the discharge port are not provided on the same side of the pillow pouch, but that one side is provided with the filling port and the other side is provided with the discharge port. The filling process of this embodiment is substantially the same as the embodiment of fig. 11-14, and the liner bag is unfolded in a predetermined sequence during the filling process, which will not be described in detail herein.
Fig. 33-34 are filling process diagrams of a liquid filling system according to yet another embodiment of the present application. This embodiment uses substantially the same auxiliary filling equipment 100 as the embodiment shown in fig. 11-14, but instead of providing the elastic band 15, the elastic band 15 is replaced by two blocks 24 (e.g. balls) with a certain mass. During the filling process, the two block-shaped bodies 24 are respectively tied to two bag corners of the lining bag 10, which are close to the filling opening, and the block-shaped bodies 24 slowly move upwards under the driving of the lining bag along with the filling of the liquid. Here, the presence of the block 24 is such that it corresponds to a pulling of the bag during filling, which has the effect of causing the bag to be unfolded in a predetermined sequence.
It should be noted that in each of the above embodiments, the liner bag is provided with a filling port and a discharge port, and it should be understood that the auxiliary filling apparatus of the present application may also be used to fill liner bags that are not provided with a discharge port, but are provided with only a filling port. The auxiliary filling device and the liner bag described above may also be combined with other containers than intermediate bulk containers to form a liquid filling system.
Fig. 35 shows a flow chart of a method of liquid filling using the liquid filling system described above. As shown in fig. 35, the liquid filling method includes the steps of:
s1, providing a medium bulk container, a liner bag and auxiliary filling equipment, wherein the medium bulk container is provided with a base and side plates, the side plates are connected to the base, and the liner bag is provided with a filling opening;
s2, placing the lining bag in the medium-sized bulk container and associating with the auxiliary filling equipment, so that the lining bag is restrained to be unfolded according to a preset sequence through the auxiliary filling equipment in the filling process;
s3, filling liquid into the lining bag through the filling opening.
In the step S2, the auxiliary filling device may be disposed on a side plate of the intermediate bulk container, and the filling port of the liner bag may be fixedly mounted on the auxiliary filling device.
In the method, the intermediate bulk container is further provided with a discharge channel, the liner bag is further provided with a discharge port, and in the step S2, the method further comprises the step of installing the discharge port of the liner bag in the discharge channel.
In the step S2, a part of the liner bag may be clamped to the auxiliary filling device;
in the above step S2, the clamped portions of the liner bag are preferably two corners of the liner bag near the filling opening. In operation, the two corners of the liner bag, which are adjacent to the filling opening, are pulled out first, and then the two corners are clamped on the clamping devices of the auxiliary filling equipment respectively. Further, in step S2, the clamped portion of the liner bag is clamped such that the clamped portion of the liner bag gradually moves away from the filling attachment during filling of the liquid.
By the method, the lining bag can be automatically unfolded in the liquid filling process without manually pulling the bag to assist in unfolding, and the method is particularly suitable for filling viscous liquid.
It should be understood that in the above embodiments, the liner bag is a pillow-type liner bag, but the liner bag may be another type of bag. In addition, in the above embodiments, the folding method of the pillow-type inner bag is not limited to the folding method shown in the drawings, but other folding methods that can automatically unfold the inner bag may be employed.
While the preferred embodiments of the present application have been described in detail above, it should be understood that aspects of the embodiments can be modified, if necessary, to employ aspects, features and concepts of the various patents, applications and publications to provide yet further embodiments.
These and other variations on the embodiments can be made in view of the above description. In the claims, the terms used should not be construed to be limited to the specific embodiments disclosed in the specification, but should be construed to include all possible embodiments along with the full scope of equivalents to which such claims are entitled.
