本发明公开了一种生物活性营养生根粉,包括如下成分:土壤营养素、生物菌、含微量元素硒的金属盐、抗菌剂、吲哚乙酸、邻苯二酚、硫脲、萘乙酸。通过上述方式,本发明能够促进作物根系发育,多生新根、次根,从而增进作物的根系活力和吸收能力,使作物对土壤养分能够较强较快的吸收;并且其中含有的灭菌成分能够有效抑制土壤中多种病原菌的生长,有效预防烂根、根腐病、立枯等病害的发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及农林业技术领域,特别是涉及一种生物活性营养生根粉。
背景技术
生根粉是一类高效、广谱、复合型的植物生长调节剂,能够刺激细胞分裂和组织分化,诱发产生不定根、促进插枝生根、适用多种植物插枝移栽的作物早生根,生根多。应用于植物扦插育苗、播种育苗、苗木移栽、飞机播种及农作物、蔬菜、果树、药用和特种经济植物,能普遍提高育苗造林成活率及明显提高作物产量、质量与抗性的目的。植物根系的生长发育对提高植物的营养吸收能力、生物量的增加及植物品质都有重要的作用,而作为植物根系的促进剂,生根粉被广泛应用于农林业的生产上,在生产中产生了巨大的经济效益。
目前国内用于生根的调节剂有萘乙酸、萘乙酸钠、吲哚乙酸、吲哚丁酸(钠或钾)、水杨酸、黄腐酸、多效唑等。现有技术中生根粉的制备均通过使用多种如萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸等植物生长调节剂来促进植物根系的延伸,对植物并无营养上的支持,同时过多使用可能造成植物正常的生长发育被打乱,影响开花结实。
短时间内虽能刺激作物快速生根,但根系细弱、作物的抗逆性差、品质口感差;长远来讲,长期过量使用激素会使植株生态平衡遭到破坏,不利于可持续农业的发展。其次,当前生根粉的使用浓度难以控制,容易产生毒害。
因此,目前逐渐有厂商研制生物活性类生根粉或生根剂,希望能够将生长激素与生物活性物质配合使用来提高植物生根情况,减少激素的使用。
如中国发明专利申请CN 101233863 A中公开了一种高活性生物营养生根粉,该生根粉是由活性生物菌、萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸、微生物、氨基酸等直接混配而成。
中国发明专利申请CN105130607A中公开了一种活性菌有机生根粉,该生根粉由以下重量份的原料制成:硅酸钠4-5、动物动物碎骨粉29-33、木薯渣45-48、壳聚糖7-9、纳豆芽孢杆菌粉剂3-4、磷酸一铵6-8、枫糖浆11-13、腐植酸钾40-43、硫酸亚铁3-6、青山楂40-42、鲜乌梅36-39、皱皮木瓜85-88、水适量;该发明的目的是想通过动物碎骨粉、木薯渣等大量有机成分,强壮主根生长、促进侧根萌发,但由于这种直接的动物或食物渣体,虽然能提供养分,但容易腐烂,从而形成复杂的微生物群体,反而可能长期使用会导致植物新生根系的腐烂。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中的不足,本发明主要目的是提供一种生物活性营养生根粉,该营养生根粉能够促进作物根系发育,多生新根、次根,从而增进作物的根系活力和吸收能力,使作物对土壤养分能够较强较快的吸收;并且其中含有的灭菌成分能够有效抑制土壤中多种病原菌的生长,有效预防烂根、根腐病、立枯等病害的发生。
为实现上述目的,本发明公开的技术方案是:一种生物活性营养生根粉,其特征在于,包括如下成分:土壤营养素、生物菌、含微量元素硒的金属盐、抗菌剂、吲哚乙酸、邻苯二酚、硫脲、萘乙酸。
优选的,所述土壤营养素是:黄腐酸、腐殖酸、甲壳素中的至少一种。
优选的,所述生物菌是EM活性细菌。
优选的,所述含微量元素硒的金属盐包括亚硒酸钠。
优选的,所述抗菌剂是乙基硫代磺酸乙酯、B族维生素、甲壳素中的至少一种。
优选的,包括如下成分:黄腐酸、腐殖酸、亚硒酸钠、甲壳素、EM活性细菌、乙基硫代磺酸乙酯、B族维生素、吲哚乙酸、邻苯二酚、硫脲、萘乙酸。
优选的,各成分按质量百分数含量如下:黄腐酸6-18%、腐殖酸6-18%、亚硒酸钠1-6%、甲壳素1-8%、EM活性细菌8-14%、乙基硫代磺酸乙酯2-15%、B族维生素3-15%、吲哚乙酸10-20%、邻苯二酚2-6%、硫脲1-9%、萘乙酸5-10%。
优选的,各成分按质量百分数含量如下:黄腐酸6-12%、腐殖酸8-14%、亚硒酸钠1-5%、甲壳素1-8%、EM活性细菌8-12%、乙基硫代磺酸乙酯2-12%、B族维生素3-15%、吲哚乙酸10-18%、邻苯二酚2-6%、硫脲1-7%、萘乙酸5-9%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明营养生根粉通过利用活性菌的催化、植物所需微量元素的补充以及天然植物有机酸等的生根作用,避免了单纯植物生长调节剂的使用,并对植株的营养缺失施以补充,同时解决现有生根粉的生根率低、生根数量少及生根时间长的技术问题,促进作物根系发育,多生新根、次根,从而增进作物的根系活力和吸收能力,使作物对土壤养分能够较强较快的吸收;并且其中含有的灭菌成分能够有效抑制土壤中多种病原菌的生长,有效预防烂根、根腐病、立枯等病害的发生。

实施例1:一种生物活性营养生根粉,各成分按质量百分数含量如下:黄腐酸6-18%、腐殖酸6-18%、亚硒酸钠1-6%、甲壳素1-8%、EM活性细菌8-14%、乙基硫代磺酸乙酯2-15%、B族维生素3-15%、吲哚乙酸10-20%、邻苯二酚2-6%、硫脲1-9%、萘乙酸5-10%。
实施例2:一种生物活性营养生根粉,各成分按质量百分数含量如下:黄腐酸6-12%、腐殖酸8-14%、亚硒酸钠1-5%、甲壳素1-8%、EM活性细菌8-12%、乙基硫代磺酸乙酯2-12%、B族维生素3-15%、吲哚乙酸10-18%、邻苯二酚2-6%、硫脲1-7%、萘乙酸5-9%。
实施例3:一种生物活性营养生根粉,各成分按质量百分数含量如下:黄腐酸8%、腐殖酸14%、亚硒酸钠2%、甲壳素6%、EM活性细菌10%、乙基硫代磺酸乙酯8%、B族维生素12%、吲哚乙酸18%、邻苯二酚6%、硫脲7%、萘乙酸9%。
实施例4:一种生物活性营养生根粉,各成分按质量百分数含量如下:黄腐酸15%、腐殖酸13%、亚硒酸钠4%、甲壳素6%、EM活性细菌9%、乙基硫代磺酸乙酯12%、B族维生素5%、吲哚乙酸17%、邻苯二酚5%、硫脲6%、萘乙酸8%。
实施例5:一种生物活性营养生根粉,各成分按质量百分数含量如下:黄腐酸18%、亚硒酸钠5%、甲壳素8%、EM活性细菌14%、乙基硫代磺酸乙酯15%、B族维生素12%、吲哚乙酸15%、邻苯二酚5%、硫脲2%、萘乙酸6%。
试验例:取高度约60厘米的富贵竹枝30根,分成五组,每组6根。按发明专利CN101233863 A中的具体实施例六配制生根粉,标记为生根粉1号;按发明专利CN104045458A中的具体实施例六配制生根粉,标记为生根粉2号;按本申请文件实施例3配制生根粉,标记为生根粉3号;按本申请文件实施例4配制生根粉,标记为生根粉4号。
将生根粉1号、生根粉2号、生根粉3号、生根粉4号分别溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中,分别配制成相应的1号溶液、2号溶液、3号溶液、4号溶液。另取1000ml蒸馏水标记为5号溶液。
将五组富贵竹分别插入5个相同的大烧杯中,向5个烧杯中分别加入1号溶液、2号溶液、3号溶液、4号溶液、5号溶液,将5个烧杯分别记录为实验组1、实验组2、实验组3、实验组4、对照组;观察并记录五组富贵竹的生长情况,记录如下表所示。
从上述实验数据可以看出,实验组3与实验组4的富贵竹的生根情况优于其他组,因此证明本申请文件的实施例3、实施例4所述的生根粉效果优于发明专利CN 101233863A、发明专利CN104045458A中的实施例的效果,因此证明本申请文件的技术方案的技术效果优于现有技术。

2.根据权利要求1所述的生物活性营养生根粉,其特征在于,所述土壤营养素是:黄腐酸、腐殖酸、甲壳素中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的生物活性营养生根粉,其特征在于,所述生物菌是EM活性细菌。
4.根据权利要求3所述的生物活性营养生根粉,其特征在于,所述含微量元素硒的金属盐包括亚硒酸钠。
5.根据权利要求4所述的生物活性营养生根粉,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂是乙基硫代磺酸乙酯、B族维生素、甲壳素中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的生物活性营养生根粉,其特征在于,包括如下成分:黄腐酸、腐殖酸、亚硒酸钠、甲壳素、EM活性细菌、乙基硫代磺酸乙酯、B族维生素、吲哚乙酸、邻苯二酚、硫脲、萘乙酸。
