Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some but not all of the relevant aspects of the present invention are shown in the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a cursor control method executed by a cursor control device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The apparatus is performed by software and/or hardware. The device is configured in electronic equipment with a photographing and searching function, such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer and the like. The method is applied to scenes of terminal photographing and searching. As shown in fig. 1, the technical solution provided by this embodiment includes:
s110: and when a photographing search mode of the terminal is triggered, controlling the camera and the cursor focusing device to be opened respectively.
In the present embodiment, the terminal has a photographing search mode and a photographing mode. When the terminal is in a photographing search mode, the terminal has a photographing search function; when the terminal is in the photographing mode, the terminal has a photographing function.
When the terminal is in the photographing search mode, the cursor selection object can be searched. When the terminal is in the photographing mode, only photographing is possible, and the contents in the acquired image are not searched. When a photographing search mode of the terminal is triggered, the camera and the cursor focusing device are controlled to be opened, so that the camera acquires an image and the cursor focusing device projects a cursor. The cursor focusing device is arranged at a position close to the camera, and when the cursor focusing device is opened, laser is emitted and projected onto a search object. The search object may be a chinese character or word in writing, etc. The cursor is used for determining the position of a search object, namely, in a shooting search mode of the terminal, searching is carried out based on the cursor selected object, specifically, a database is inquired based on the selected object, and corresponding data are obtained and displayed to a user. The shape or size of the cursor is not limited.
In this embodiment, when the photographing search mode of the terminal is triggered, the order of controlling the cameras and the cursor focusing devices to be opened respectively is not limited, for example, the cameras and the cursor focusing devices may be controlled to be opened simultaneously, or the cameras and the cursor focusing devices may also be controlled to be opened not simultaneously.
S120: and detecting whether the image shot by the camera has the biological characteristics of the human body.
In this embodiment, an algorithm program for identifying biological characteristics of a human body is prestored in the terminal, and data in the acquired image may be analyzed through the prestored algorithm program, so as to determine whether the biological characteristics of the human body exist in the image captured by the camera.
Or the terminal can also pre-store the data of the biological characteristics of the human body, and compare the data in the image shot by the camera with the pre-stored data of the biological characteristics of the human body, so as to determine whether the biological characteristics of the human body exist in the image shot by the camera.
In this embodiment, the biological features of the human body include a human face, four limbs, hair, skin, and the like, and may also be other features of the human body.
The method for detecting whether the biometric features of the human body exist in the image captured by the camera is not limited to the above method, and other methods may be used.
S130: if so, adjusting the cursor focusing device to adjust the cursor projected by the cursor focusing device.
In this embodiment, if the image captured by the camera has the biological feature of the human body, the cursor focusing device is adjusted to adjust the cursor projected by the cursor focusing device.
When the biological characteristics of the human body in the images of the cameras are different, the adjustment of the cursor focusing device is also different. For example, if a human face exists in the image of the camera, the cursor focusing device can be controlled to be closed so that the cursor projected by the cursor focusing device disappears, and the harm of the strong light of the cursor to the eyes of the human is avoided.
When the cursor focusing device is adjusted, the brightness of the cursor can be adjusted, and excessive time consumption caused by restarting the cursor focusing device is avoided.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the photographing search mode of the terminal is touched, the cursor focusing device is adjusted to adjust the cursor projected by the cursor focusing device by detecting the biological characteristics of the human body in the image shot by the camera, so that when the terminal is used for photographing and searching, the strong light of the cursor can be prevented from generating harm to the human body, the photographing search function of the terminal is not influenced, and the operation is convenient.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a cursor control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and based on the above embodiment, the steps of "detecting whether there is a biological feature of a human body in an image captured by the camera" and if yes, adjusting the cursor focusing device to adjust a cursor projected by the cursor focusing device "are optimized.
As shown in fig. 2, the technical solution provided by this embodiment includes:
s210: and when a photographing search mode of the terminal is triggered, controlling the camera and the cursor focusing device to be opened respectively.
S220: and detecting whether a human face exists in the image shot by the camera.
In this embodiment, the face in the image captured by the camera does not include a face in the form of a picture. When detecting a face, the face may be divided, and when a partial image including the face is detected, it is determined that the face exists in an image captured by the camera. Or detecting the feature data of the human face in the image to determine whether the human face exists in the shot image.
For example, when it is detected that the left eye or the right eye of a person is included in an image captured by the camera, it is determined that a human face exists in the image captured by the camera.
S230: and if so, controlling the cursor focusing device to close so as to make the cursor projected by the cursor focusing device disappear.
In this embodiment, because the bright light of the cursor is easily harmful to the eyes of a person, in order to protect the eyes of the person, when it is detected that a face exists in the photographed image, the cursor focusing device is controlled to be closed so that the cursor projected by the cursor focusing device disappears, so that the bright light of the cursor can be prevented from harming the eyes of the person, and the person can be protected.
Therefore, when the photographing mode of the terminal is triggered, the human face exists in the image photographed by the camera through detection, the cursor focusing device is closed to enable the cursor to disappear, strong light of the cursor can be prevented from damaging eyes of people, the human body is protected, and the photographing and searching functions of the terminal are guaranteed.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the cursor control method provided in this embodiment further includes:
when the face in the image shot by the camera is detected to disappear, controlling the cursor focusing device to be opened again so as to enable a cursor projected by the cursor focusing device to select a search object; and identifying the search object, and searching based on the search object to obtain a search result.
When the face disappears in the image shot by the camera, the cursor focusing device is controlled to be opened again, so that the cursor projected by the cursor focusing device selects a search object, and the terminal searches based on the search object, therefore, the terminal can protect the eyes of a person, meanwhile, the function of continuing searching can be realized, and the operability of the terminal is improved.
The terminal search method may be as follows: when the face of a person is detected in the image shot by the camera, the cursor focusing device is controlled to be closed, if other search objects exist in the image shot by the camera, the search can be carried out based on the search objects in the image, and the search can be carried out without the search objects selected by the cursor. And when the cursor focusing device is opened again, searching is carried out through the search object selected by the cursor. Therefore, even if a face exists in the shot image, the terminal can search based on the search objects except the face in the image, and the search function of the terminal is realized.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a cursor control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and based on the above embodiment, optimization is performed on the steps of "detecting whether there is a biological feature of a human body in an image captured by the camera" and if yes, adjusting the cursor focusing device to adjust the cursor projected by the cursor focusing device ".
As shown in fig. 3, the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s310: and when a photographing search mode of the terminal is triggered, controlling the camera and the cursor focusing device to be opened respectively.
S320: when the fact that the human face does not exist in the image shot by the camera is detected, whether biological features except the human face exist in the image shot by the camera is detected.
In the present embodiment, the biometric features other than the human face may be a finger, a torso, and the like of a human body. The method for detecting whether the biological features except the human face exist in the image shot by the camera can be the same as the method for detecting the human face, and only the compared data are different; or a detection mode different from the face detection method can also be adopted.
S330: if so, adjusting the cursor focusing device to adjust the brightness of the cursor projected by the cursor focusing device.
In this embodiment, when the image captured by the camera does not have a human face, if the image captured by the camera has biological features other than the human face, the cursor focusing device is adjusted to adjust the brightness of the cursor projected by the cursor focusing device.
Because the cursor has high brightness and is laser, when the cursor is projected on other parts except the human face, especially on the skin of a human body or an injured part of the human body, the cursor is easy to affect the human body. In addition to the human eye, other parts of the human body are less sensitive to the laser-formed cursor than the eye, and the terminal system takes a longer time in the process from the cursor focusing device being closed to being reopened. Therefore, when the image shot by the camera does not have the human face and the image shot by the camera has the biological features except the human face, the cursor focusing device is adjusted to reduce the brightness of the cursor projected by the cursor focusing device.
Therefore, the method can prevent the strong light of the cursor from damaging the human body, and can quickly select the search object when the biological characteristics of the human body do not exist in the shot image, thereby searching based on the search object and improving the search efficiency.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the cursor control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes: and when the biological characteristics except the human face in the image shot by the camera are detected to disappear, restoring the brightness of the cursor to the brightness before adjustment.
When the biological characteristics except the human face in the image shot by the camera are detected to disappear, the brightness of the cursor is restored to the brightness before adjustment, so that the brightness of the cursor can adapt to the external environment, and the contrast between the cursor and the external environment is increased.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a cursor control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, a technical solution according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s410: and triggering a photographing search function of the terminal, and opening the camera and the cursor focusing device.
S420: and acquiring images in real time through the camera.
S430: and carrying out face detection on the image acquired by the camera.
S440: and if the human face is detected, closing the laser focusing device.
S450: and if the face in the image acquired by the camera disappears, the laser focusing device is turned on again.
S460: starting an OCR character recognition function;
s470: and identifying the object selected by the cursor, and searching based on the identified object.
Therefore, by the method provided by the embodiment, when the terminal takes a picture for searching, the eyes of people can be protected, meanwhile, the function of continuing searching can be realized, and the operability of the terminal is improved.
