The microwave vacuum drying technology is a combination of a microwave system and a vacuum system, can reduce the drying temperature and accelerate the drying speed, and has the characteristics of high speed, high efficiency, low temperature and the like.
The box-shaped windows are used as types of microwave sealing windows, and have wide bandwidth, large bearing power and mature process, so is widely applied, sections of circular waveguides are inserted in the middle of rectangular waveguides in the traditional box-shaped windows, and dielectric window sheets are welded in the middle of the circular waveguides, as shown in figure 1, because the dielectric window sheets and the outer frames of the circular waveguides are in metal brazing connection, the box-shaped windows have good sealing performance, but have the defects of complex welding process, low yield, unremovable property, incapability of repairing, high maintenance cost and the like, particularly considering that the microwave bands used for industrial microwave drying are P bands (915MHz) and S bands (2450MHz), the welding difficulty of the dielectric window sheets is greatly increased after the size of the sealing windows is increased, the process is complex, and the reliability is reduced.

The annealed metal pad 4 has a reduced elastic modulus and yield strength, and is more easily deformed when the connecting member 6 is strained, so that reliable electrical connection between the window 1 and the second window 2 can be ensured, and microwave leakage can be avoided.
The detachable box-shaped window further comprises a sealing gasket 5 which is arranged between the medium window piece 3 and the second connecting flange 24, so that the detachable box-shaped window is vacuum-sealed when being externally connected. For the hydrophobic wave-transmitting material 7, the absorption of the microwave is very weak, and the transmission of the microwave is not influenced; and the surface is hydrophobic, the water absorption rate is very low, and water vapor can be effectively isolated. Preferably, the hydrophobic wave-transmitting material 7 may be a foamed polyethylene sheet or a polytetrafluoroethylene sheet.
The removable box window of the present invention is specifically installed by first filling the gasket 5 in the filling groove 243 of the second coupling flange 24, then placing the dielectric louver 3 in the mating step 242 of the second coupling flange 24, with the dielectric louver 3 abutting against the gasket 5 with clearance from the bottom edge of the mating step 242, with a clearance size a, as shown in fig. 10, then placing the annealed metal gasket 4 on the bottom of the mating projection 142 of the coupling flange 14, then inserting the mating projection 142 into the mating step 242, aligning the coupling flange hole 141 and the second coupling flange hole 241 so that the wide sides of the rectangular waveguide flange 11 and the second rectangular waveguide flange 21 are flush, and coupling using the connector 6, when the connector 6 is not tightened, the metal gasket 4 and the mating step 242 have clearance, with a clearance size b, as shown in fig. 10, finally, uniformly tightening the connector 6, the metal gasket 4 and the mating step 242 without clearance, as shown in fig. 4, and further, the hydrophobic wave-permeable material is filled in the second coupling flange 22.
For the gap a and the gap b mentioned in the installation process, the physical meaning of the gap a is the maximum compression amount of the sealing gasket 5 after the connecting piece 6 is screwed, the physical meaning of the gap b is the difference value of the compression amount of the sealing gasket 5 after the connecting piece 6 is screwed, which is larger than the compression amount of the metal gasket 4, and in order to ensure air tightness and avoid electromagnetic leakage, takes the value of a as 0.5mm and the value of b as 0.05 mm.
