Description

Air-cooled water chilling unit and control method and device of fan of air-cooled water chilling unit
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of refrigeration equipment, in particular to a control method of a fan in an air-cooled water chilling unit, a control device of the fan in the air-cooled water chilling unit and the air-cooled water chilling unit with the control device.
Background
Generally, a compressor commonly used in an air-cooled water chiller is a displacement compressor, the operation range of the chiller is wide, and compared with a speed compressor, the surge risk is avoided. In addition, since the suction and discharge of the gas of the displacement compressor are realized by the volume change of the working chamber of the compressor, and the relationship with the gas property is not large, the pressure ratio is not sensitive, so when the fan on the side of the fin heat exchanger is controlled, the high pressure is generally divided into several sections, and the corresponding number of fans is turned on or off in different sections.
When the fans are fixed-frequency fans, the purpose of adjusting the air volume and the high-pressure side pressure is achieved only by grouping the fans as much as possible and opening or closing the corresponding fan groups in different pressure intervals. However, when the fan is turned off, the air volume changes greatly, which results in obvious compression ratio changes, and for a volume type compressor which is not very sensitive to the compression ratio, the unbalanced pressure adjustment also results in untimely adjustment of the rotating speed of the compressor, which is easy to cause surging and very fatal damage to the compressor. And the opening and closing of the fan are controlled according to the high-pressure, so that the compressor cannot exert the highest energy efficiency, and the reliability and the energy saving performance of the unit are greatly influenced.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for controlling fans in an air-cooled chiller according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, a method for controlling a fan in an air-cooled chiller according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:
and S1, in the running process of the air-cooled chiller, acquiring the exhaust pressure and the return pressure of the compressor at intervals of a first preset time, acquiring the actual compression ratio of the compressor according to the exhaust pressure and the return pressure, and judging the actual compression ratio. The first preset time can be calibrated according to actual conditions.
In embodiments of the invention, the compressor may comprise one or more of a conventional centrifugal compressor, a variable frequency centrifugal compressor, a magnetic levitation oil-free compressor, and an oil-free air flotation compressor.
Specifically, the discharge pressure P1 and the return pressure P2 of the compressor can be respectively obtained by providing pressure sensors at the discharge port and the return port of the compressor, and then the actual compression ratio P of the compressor is calculated and obtained as P1/P2 according to the discharge pressure P1 and the return pressure P2.
And S2, if the actual compression ratio is larger than the sum of the preset compression ratio and the first preset value, carrying out loading control on the fan.
The preset compression ratio and the first preset value can be calibrated according to actual conditions. Specifically, the compressor mainly adopts a centrifugal compressor which is sensitive to a compression ratio, so as to control the high pressure of the unit according to the characteristics of the centrifugal compressor, specifically, according to the characteristics of the centrifugal compressor, the optimal compression ratio (preset compression ratio) of the unit is determined through design, calculation and test, then the high pressure and the low pressure of the unit are collected, the actual compression ratio is calculated according to the high pressure and the low pressure, and finally, the fan is controlled through a proper control logic according to the actual compression ratio and the preset compression ratio.
And S3, if the actual compression ratio is smaller than the difference between the preset compression ratio and the first preset value, unloading the fan.
S4, if the actual compression ratio is larger than or equal to the difference between the preset compression ratio and the first preset value and smaller than or equal to the sum of the preset compression ratio and the first preset value, controlling the fan to keep the current state unchanged.
Specifically, in the process of running the air-cooled chiller, the discharge pressure P1 and the return pressure P2 of the compressor are obtained at intervals of a first preset time, the actual compression ratio P of the compressor is calculated, and then the actual compressor P is judged. When P is larger than a preset compression ratio P0+ a first preset value a, the fan is subjected to loading control to improve the heat exchange capacity of the air-cooled finned heat exchanger, so that the high pressure of the unit is reduced; when P is less than P0-a, unloading control is carried out on the fan to reduce the heat exchange capacity of the air-cooled finned heat exchanger, so that the high pressure of the unit is improved; and when P0-a is more than or equal to P0+ a, controlling the fan to keep the current state unchanged. Therefore, the compressor operates at an optimal compression ratio, and the compressor achieves higher efficiency and better stability and reliability.
In embodiments of the present invention, the fan may comprise a plurality of fan sub-modules or the fan may be a variable frequency fan. That is, the fan may include one or more of a fixed-frequency fan, a stepped speed regulation fan, and a variable-frequency stepless speed regulation fan, wherein, for the fixed-frequency fan and the stepped speed regulation fan, in order to make the air volume smoothly regulated as much as possible, a plurality of fixed-frequency fans or stepped speed regulation fans may be provided, and the plurality of fixed-frequency fans or stepped speed regulation fans are grouped to obtain a plurality of fan sub-modules, and when the fan is subjected to loading and unloading control, the corresponding fan sub-modules are turned on or off; for the frequency conversion stepless speed regulation fan, the fan can be composed of a frequency conversion stepless speed regulation fan, and when the fan is controlled to be loaded and unloaded, the frequency of the frequency conversion stepless speed regulation fan is adjusted.
According to one embodiment of the invention, when the fan is subjected to loading control, if the actual compression ratio is greater than the sum of the preset compression ratio and the first preset value and is less than or equal to the sum of the preset compression ratio and the second preset value, one fan submodule of the fan is controlled to be started or the frequency of the fan is increased by the first preset frequency, and the actual compression ratio is judged again after the first preset time is delayed; and if the actual compression ratio is greater than the sum of the preset compression ratio and a second preset value, controlling a fan submodule of the fan to start or increasing the frequency of the fan by the first preset frequency, and judging the actual compression ratio again after delaying for a second preset time, wherein the second preset value is greater than the first preset value, the second preset time is less than the first preset time, and the calibration can be specifically carried out according to the actual situation.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the compression ratio within the range of the vertical deviation a of the preset compression ratio P0 is set as the optimal compression ratio. When P is more than P0+ a, whether P is less than or equal to the sum of P0 and a second preset value b is further judged, if P0+ a is more than P and less than or equal to P0+ b, the temperature and the pressure in the air-cooled finned heat exchanger are high, and at the moment, one or more fan sub-modules can be controlled to be started (for a fixed-frequency fan)/the frequency of the fan is increased by a first preset frequency (for a variable-frequency fan) so that the compression ratio is close to the optimal compression ratio. And after delaying the first preset time, acquiring the actual compression ratio P again, judging the actual compression ratio P, if P0+ a is larger than and equal to P0+ b, controlling one or more fan sub-modules to start/increase the frequency of the fan again by the first preset frequency, repeatedly executing until P is within the range of the vertical deviation a of the preset compression ratio P0, stopping starting/increasing the frequency of the fan sub-modules of the fan, and keeping the current state of the fan unchanged.
And if P is more than P0+ b, the temperature and the pressure in the air-cooled finned heat exchanger are high, and at the moment, one or more fan sub-modules of the fan are controlled to be started/the frequency of the fan is increased by a first preset frequency so that the compression ratio is close to the optimal compression ratio. And after delaying a second preset time (for example, the second preset time is the first preset time-3 s), judging P again, if P is more than P0+ b, controlling one or more fan sub-modules to be started/increasing the frequency of the fan again by the first preset frequency, repeatedly executing until P0+ a is more than P and less than or equal to P0+ b, then carrying out loading control on the fan according to a loading mode that P0+ a is more than P and less than or equal to P0+ b until P is within the range of the upper and lower deviation a of the preset compression ratio P0, stopping starting/increasing the frequency of the fan sub-modules of the fan, and keeping the current state of the fan unchanged.
According to another embodiment of the invention, when the fan is subjected to unloading control, wherein if the actual compression ratio is smaller than the difference between the preset compression ratio and the first preset value and is greater than or equal to the difference between the preset compression ratio and the second preset value, one fan submodule of the fan is controlled to be turned off or the frequency of the fan is reduced by a first preset frequency, and the actual compression ratio is judged again after the first preset time is delayed; and if the actual compression ratio is smaller than the difference between the preset compression ratio and a second preset value, controlling a fan submodule of the fan to close or reducing the frequency of the fan by a first preset frequency, and judging the actual compression ratio again after delaying for a second preset time, wherein the second preset value is larger than the first preset value, and the second preset time is smaller than the first preset time.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, when P < P0-a, it is further determined whether P is greater than or equal to the difference between P0 and b, and if P0-b is less than or equal to P < P0-a, it indicates that the temperature and pressure in the air-cooled finned heat exchanger are low, and at this time, one or more fan sub-modules may be controlled to be turned off/the frequency of the fan is reduced by a first preset frequency, so that the compression ratio approaches the optimal compression ratio. And after delaying the first preset time, acquiring the actual compression ratio P again, judging the actual compression ratio P, if P0-b is more than or equal to P < P0-a, controlling one or more fan sub-modules to close again/reducing the frequency of the fan by the first preset frequency again until P is within the range of the vertical deviation a of the preset compression ratio P0, stopping closing the fan sub-modules of the fan/reducing the frequency of the fan, and keeping the current state of the fan unchanged.
And if P is less than P0-b, the temperature and pressure in the air-cooled finned heat exchanger are low, and at the moment, one or more fan sub-modules are controlled to be closed/the frequency of the fan is reduced by a first preset frequency, so that the compression ratio is close to the optimal compression ratio. And after delaying a second preset time (for example, the second preset time is the first preset time-3), judging P again, if P is still more than P0-b, controlling one or more fan sub-modules to be closed/reducing the frequency of the fan again by the first preset frequency, repeatedly executing until P0-b is more than or equal to P < P0-a, then carrying out unloading control on the fan according to an unloading mode that P0-b is more than or equal to P < P0-a until P is within the range of the upper and lower deviation a of the preset compression ratio P0, stopping closing the fan sub-modules of the fan/stopping reducing the frequency of the fan, and keeping the current state of the fan unchanged.
Therefore, the control method of the fan in the air-cooled water chilling unit provided by the embodiment of the invention controls the fan according to the actual compression ratio and the optimal compression ratio of the compressor, so that the unit can be as close to the optimal compression ratio as possible under any working condition, the unit is more suitable for the characteristics of a centrifugal compressor under the condition of long-time operation at a better compression ratio, the adjustment of the unit is more humanized, and the performance is better. Meanwhile, the fans are grouped as many as possible or the multi-stage fan speed regulation and variable-frequency speed regulation fans are adopted to achieve smooth regulation as much as possible, so that frequent regulation (such as frequent loading and unloading of a fixed-frequency compressor) or surging of the compressor can be effectively avoided, the service life of the unit is effectively prolonged, and the stability, reliability, performance and energy conservation of the unit are improved.
In summary, according to the control method of the fan in the air-cooled chiller unit in the embodiment of the present invention, in the operation process of the air-cooled chiller unit, the discharge pressure and the return pressure of the compressor are obtained at intervals of the first preset time, and the actual compression ratio of the compressor is obtained according to the discharge pressure and the return pressure, wherein if the actual compression ratio is greater than the sum of the preset compression ratio and the first preset value, the fan is subjected to loading control; if the actual compression ratio is smaller than the difference between the preset compression ratio and the first preset value, unloading control is carried out on the fan; and if the actual compression ratio is greater than or equal to the difference between the preset compression ratio and the first preset value and is less than or equal to the sum of the preset compression ratio and the first preset value, controlling the fan to keep the current state unchanged. Therefore, the compressor can be ensured to be always under higher working efficiency, so that the service life of the unit is effectively prolonged, and the stability and energy conservation of the unit are improved.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating a control device for a fan in an air-cooled chiller according to an embodiment of the present invention. In embodiments of the present invention, the fan may comprise a plurality of fan sub-modules or the fan may be a variable frequency fan.
As shown in fig. 4, the control device for a fan in an air-cooled chiller according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: an acquisition module 100, a judgment module 200 and a control module 300.
The obtaining module 100 is configured to obtain an exhaust pressure and an air return pressure of the compressor every first preset time in a running process of the water chilling and cooling unit, and obtain an actual compression ratio of the compressor according to the exhaust pressure and the air return pressure.
