In an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 11, the courtyard machine air cleaning apparatus includes a support member and a filter module integrally mounted on the support member, the filter module including a first filter screen 2 and a second filter screen 3, the first filter screen 2 and the second filter screen 3 being connected by a first snap structure 4. The first filter screen 2 and the second filter screen 3 can be one or more according to the use requirement. When the air purification device needs to be disassembled, the air purification device can be disassembled from the courtyard machine, then the first filter screen 2 and the second filter screen 3 are separated, and the support piece can be directly opened on the courtyard machine to reserve an operation space, so that the filter screens are directly disassembled.
The adjacent filter screens are connected through the buckle structure, so that the filter screens are easy to assemble and disassemble, other auxiliary tools are not required, the assembly efficiency can be improved, and a user can conveniently dismantle the filter screens in the use process so as to clean or replace the filter screens. Because the installation position of the courtyard machine is higher, the user hopes to directly dismantle the filter screen without taking down the supporting piece, and the buckle connection structure is adopted between the adjacent filter screens, so that the user can conveniently detach the filter screen without being in a very high position to see the installation interface of the filter screen, and the maintenance difficulty of the courtyard machine is reduced.

In a setting mode of the filter module, the second filter screen 3 is arranged at the downstream of the first filter screen 2 along the air flow direction, namely, the first filter screen 2 is arranged on the grid 1, the second filter screen is arranged on the first filter screen 2, the first filter screen 2 is a coarse filter screen, also called a primary filter screen, and the second filter screen 3 comprises at least one of a HEPA filter screen, a formaldehyde removing filter screen and a sterilizing filter screen.
After entering the courtyard machine from the return air inlet on the grid 1, the air is primarily filtered by the first filter screen 2, and the first filter screen 2 is used as a coarse filter screen for filtering impurities with larger particle diameters such as dust and the like, and then enters the second filter screen 3 to realize the filtration of specific functions. Alternatively, the second filter 3 may be a common filter, the mesh number of the first filter 2 is smaller than that of the second filter 3, and the second filter 3 is used for filtering impurities such as dust with smaller particle diameter; or the number of the first filter screen 2 is equal to that of the second filter screen 3, which is also within the protection scope of the invention.
Preferably, the second filter 3 is a HEPA filter for filtering PM2.5 particles in the air, and can reduce the PM2.5 content in the indoor air and optimize the air quality after the current well machine is operated for a period of time. In addition, the second filter screen 3 can also select a formaldehyde removing filter screen or a sterilizing filter screen according to the requirement of the filtering effect, so that different purifying functions can be realized according to the requirement of a user. Of course, a plurality of second filter screens 3 with different filtering effects can be installed at the downstream of the first filter screen 2 at the same time so as to achieve the composite filtering effect. In addition, the user can also conveniently change the filter screen of different filtration efficiency according to the demand in the use, expands the function of courtyard machine.
The first filter screen 2 in the embodiment of the invention has multiple functions, not only can filter large particle impurities such as dust in air, but also can integrally install the filter module on the grille 1 through the second fastening structure 6, and is also used as a fixed frame for installing the second filter screen 3 such as a HEPA filter screen. This form of installation allows the filter module to be installed and removed without the aid of other tools.
The mounting positions and specific structural forms of the first snap-in structure 4 and the second snap-in structure 6 are given in detail below.
As shown in fig. 6, the first fastening structure 4 is provided with a plurality of first fastening structures 4, and the plurality of first fastening structures 4 are disposed along the circumferential edge of the first filter screen 2, and more than one first fastening structure 4 can be disposed at each edge according to the installation strength requirement, so as to fix the second filter screen 3 in the middle area of the first filter screen 2. For example, in fig. 6, the first filter screen 2 is rectangular or square as a whole, and two first fastening structures 4 are provided along the edge of each side to limit the second filter screen 3 from four directions at the same time. As shown in fig. 7, the first filter 2 includes a main frame 21, the filter is mounted on the main frame 21, and as can be seen in fig. 6, the first fastening structure 4 is disposed on a side edge of the main frame 21 of the first filter 2, and the first fastening structure 4 and the main frame 21 of the first filter 2 may be integrally formed. Preferably, the first fastening structure 4 is an elastic fastening, so that the second filter screen 3 is more convenient to be put in or taken out.
Fig. 4 and 5 show a specific structure of the first fastening structure 4, where the first fastening structure 4 includes a first body portion 41 and a first pressing portion 42, the first body portion 41 is fixed on the body frame 21 of the first filter screen 2, the first pressing portion 42 is located at the top end of the first body portion 41, and the first pressing portion 42 is used to press the second filter screen 3 onto the first filter screen 2. Preferably, the shape of the first pressing portion 42 is close to a triangle, the pressing surface at the bottom of the first pressing portion is an inclined surface, and the first pressing portion is gradually far away from the upper surface of the second filter screen 3 from inside to outside, so that the installation is labor-saving under the condition of ensuring that the second filter screen 3 is reliably fixed.
As shown in fig. 1, a plurality of second fastening structures 6 are also provided, and a plurality of second fastening structures 6 are provided along the circumferential edge of the first filter screen 2. For the rectangular or square first filter screen 2, four second fastening structures 6 are provided and are respectively located at four corners of the first filter screen 2.

Fig. 3 is a side view of fig. 2, and the second fastening structure 6 includes a second body portion 61 and a second pressing portion 62, where the second body portion 61 is fixed on the grid 1, the second pressing portion 62 is located at the top end of the second body portion 61, and the second body portion 61 is used for pressing the first filter screen 2 on the grid 1. Preferably, the second pressing portion 62 extends outwards towards the limiting groove 5, and can be clamped in the limiting groove 5 on the side face of the first filter screen 2. The bottom surface of the second pressing portion 62 may be a plane, and a predetermined gap is reserved between the bottom surface of the second pressing portion and the limiting surface 51 of the limiting groove 5, so as to avoid generating additional stress at the connecting position of the second fastening structure 6.
The elasticity of the second buckle structure 6 is smaller, so that loosening of the filter module after installation is prevented, and abnormal sound in the operation process of the raise boring machine is reduced.
In order to enable the first filter screen 2 to be smoothly removed from the grill 1, referring to fig. 7, an extension portion 23 is provided on the main body frame 21 of the first filter screen 2 along the entire length of one of the sides, for widening the side to provide an opening 24, such as an elongated rectangular opening, at the positions of both ends of the side, and when the first filter screen 2 needs to be removed, the first filter screen 2 is translated toward the opening 24 by applying a certain external force thereto, so as to disengage the second fastening structure 6 from the limiting groove 5, thereby removing the first filter screen 2 or the entire filter module from the grill 1.
On this basis, the air purification device further comprises a dust sensor, as shown in fig. 8, a reserved interface 25 is arranged at the circumferential position of the first filter screen 2, and the dust sensor is arranged at the reserved interface 25 and is used for detecting the dust content in the air entering the courtyard machine. Specifically, the reserved interface 25 is a slot body provided on the extension portion 23 and close to the end portion along the length direction, for example, the slot body is a rectangular slot with one open end. The reserved interface 25 can be set if the unit needs to add a dust sensor, and the reserved interface 25 can be canceled by adopting the first filter screen 2 shown in fig. 7 if the unit does not need to install the dust sensor.
In order to improve the overall strength of the first filter screen 2 and prevent deformation, the inner area formed by enclosing the main body frame 21 is provided with reinforcing ribs 22, coarse filter screens are distributed in the frame formed by enclosing the reinforcing ribs 22, and the reinforcing ribs 22 and the main body frame 21 can be formed by integral injection molding. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a plurality of elongated reinforcing ribs 22 are arranged in a staggered manner in the transverse and longitudinal directions, and the end portions of each reinforcing rib 22 are connected to the main body frame 21, and the distribution of the reinforcing ribs 22 is not limited to that shown in the drawings.
Only one second filter screen 3 can be installed on the first filter screen 2 shown in fig. 7 and 8, and some courtyard indoor units have larger return air inlets, so that a plurality of second filter screens 3 can be installed in a combined manner. As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the surface of the first filter screen 2 facing the second filter screen 3 is provided with a separation rib 26 for separating the installation surface of the first filter screen 2 into a plurality of installation areas to install a plurality of independent second filter screens 3. The second filter screens 3 installed on the first filter screen 2 may be filter screens with the same filtering function, or may be filter screens with different filtering functions.
The advantages of block type installation are that on one hand, the volume of a single second filter screen 3 can be reduced, the production difficulty of the filter screen is reduced, and the self strength of the filter screen is improved; on the other hand, a plurality of types of filter screens can be installed, but not limited to the HEPA filter screens, for example, a mode of combining the HEPA filter screens with formaldehyde removing filter screens can be selected, and the specific mode can be determined according to the requirements of users, so that the courtyard machine has a plurality of purifying functions.
The first filter 2 shown in fig. 9 is provided with a separation rib 26 on the middle reinforcing rib 22, two ends of the separation rib 26 are connected to the main body frame 21, the first filter 2 is separated into two installation areas, including installation areas a and B, and two independent second filters 3 can be installed.
The first filter 2 shown in fig. 10 is provided with a separation rib 26 on the middle reinforcing rib 22 along the length and width directions, two ends of each separation rib 26 are connected to the main body frame 21, two separation ribs 26 form a crisscross, the first filter 2 is separated into four installation areas, including installation areas A, B, C and D, and four independent second filter 3 can be installed. In practice, a specific separation mode can be set according to the condition of the unit, and the method is not limited to the two modes.
In order to reliably clamp and fix the second filter screens 3, the separation ribs 26 are provided with blocking buckles 27 to limit the adjacent edges of the second filter screens 3, so that the second filter screens 3 positioned on two sides of the separation ribs 26 are prevented from falling out. Preferably, the blocking buckle 27 may be a T-shaped structure mounted on the separation rib 26 to press the edge of the second filter screen 3 through two horizontally overhanging ends of the T-shaped structure. As shown in fig. 9, two blocking buckles 27 are provided on the separation rib 26 in the longitudinal direction. As shown in fig. 10, two blocking buckles 27 are provided on one of the separation ribs 26 in the length direction, one blocking buckle 27 is used for simultaneously clamping the second filter screen 3 in the installation areas a and B, and the other blocking buckle 27 is used for simultaneously clamping the second filter screen 3 in the installation areas C and D. Alternatively, the blocking buckles 27 may be simultaneously disposed on the two separation ribs 26 to simultaneously restrict four edges of each second filter screen 3.

Fig. 11 is an exploded schematic view of an air purifying device, a filter module is installed at an air return opening of an indoor unit of a patio, the air return opening is provided with a panel 7, a grid 1 is arranged in a square hole in the center of the panel 7, the filter module is installed between the grid 1 and the panel 7, specifically, a coarse filter screen is installed on the grid 1 through a second buckle structure 6, a HEPA filter screen is installed on the coarse filter screen through a first buckle structure 4, and the specific structures of the first buckle structure 4 and the second buckle structure 6 are shown as a side view in fig. 4. The plurality of gaps in the grille 1 allow air to enter the raise-boring machine and the grille 1 can be removed directly from the face plate 7.
There are two alternatives when the user needs to replace the filter screen. Firstly, the grille 1 is detached from the panel 7, and if the HEPA filter screen needs to be replaced, the HEPA filter screen is only taken out and replaced; if the coarse filter screen needs to be replaced, the HEPA filter screen can be detached firstly, then the coarse filter screen is detached, or the filter module can be detached integrally, and then the coarse filter screen and the HEPA filter screen are separated. Secondly, the grid 1 is rotated outwards by a certain angle relative to the panel 7 without being detached, and the filter screen can be detached from the exposed operation space.
Therefore, the whole process does not need to use other tools, and the operation is convenient. Because the mounting position of the courtyard machine is higher, the grid 1 is also difficult to detach from the panel 7, and the adoption of the buckle connection structure can enable the filter screen to be replaced when the filter screen is required, even if the grid 1 is not detached, the filter screen can be directly detached from the courtyard machine and conveniently replaced by a new filter screen, when an operator stands on a higher ladder or other positions to operate, auxiliary work is not required to be carried, the problem that matching parts such as fasteners fall off is avoided, and after replacement is completed, the filter screen is replaced more quickly only by rotating the grid 1 to the initial position. Moreover, the mode of directly rotating the grid 1 by a certain angle to replace the filter screen can also avoid the possibility that the detached grid 1, namely the filter module, falls down due to operator error, and the safety of the filter screen during replacement is improved.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a patio machine including the patio machine air cleaning device described in each of the above embodiments. All parts in the air purification device are connected by adopting a buckle structure, so that the efficiency of the raise-boring machine in assembly is higher, and the filter screen can be conveniently and rapidly replaced in the use process.
The air purifying device for the raise boring machine and the raise boring machine provided by the invention are described in detail. The principles and embodiments of the present invention have been described herein with reference to specific examples, which are intended to be merely illustrative of the methods of the present invention and their core ideas. 1. The air purification device of the raise boring machine is characterized by comprising a supporting piece and a filtering module, wherein the filtering module comprises a first filter screen (2) and a second filter screen (3), and the first filter screen (2) and the second filter screen (3) are connected through a first fastening structure (4);
the first filter screen (2) comprises a main body frame (21) and a filter screen, the filter screen is mounted on the main body frame (21), the first buckling structures (4) are arranged along the circumferential edge of the main body frame (21), and at least one first buckling structure (4) is arranged on each edge; the first fastening structure (4) is an elastic fastener and comprises a first main body part (41) and a first pressing part (42), the first main body part (41) is fixed on the main body frame (21), the first pressing part (42) is positioned at the top end of the first main body part (41), the first pressing part (42) is used for pressing the second filter screen (3) on the first filter screen (2), and a pressing surface at the bottom of the first pressing part (42) is an inclined surface and gradually moves away from the upper surface of the second filter screen (3) from inside to outside;
the first filter screen (2) is connected with the supporting piece through a second fastening structure (6); the second fastening structure (6) is arranged on the supporting piece, a limiting groove (5) is formed in the surface, away from the supporting piece, of the first filter screen (2), the limiting groove (5) corresponds to the position of the second fastening structure (6), and the second fastening structure (6) can be fastened in the limiting groove (5); the second fastening structure (6) comprises a second main body part (61) and a second pressing part (62), the second main body part (61) is fixed on the supporting piece, the second pressing part (62) is positioned at the top end of the second main body part (61), the second main body part (61) is used for pressing the first filter screen (2) on the supporting piece, the second pressing part (62) extends outwards towards the direction of the limiting groove (5) and can be clamped in the limiting groove (5) on the side surface of the first filter screen (2), the bottom surface of the second pressing part (62) is a plane, and a preset gap is reserved between the second pressing part and the limiting surface (51) of the limiting groove (5);
the main body frame (21) is provided with an extension part (23) along the whole length section of one side edge, an opening (24) is formed in the position of the side edge, which is used for widening the side edge and at two ends of the side edge, so that the first filter screen (2) is horizontally moved towards the direction of the opening (24) by applying external force to the first filter screen, the second buckle structure (6) is separated from the limit groove (5), and the first filter screen (2) or the whole filter module is detached from the supporting piece.

The raise-boring machine air purification apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the second filter screen (3) is provided downstream of the first filter screen (2) in the air flow direction, the first filter screen (2) is a coarse filter screen, and the second filter screen (3) comprises at least one of a HEPA filter screen, a formaldehyde-removing filter screen and a sterilizing filter screen.
3. The air cleaning device for a raise boring machine according to claim 1, wherein,
the second buckle structure (6) is provided with a plurality of buckle structures, and the second buckle structure (6) is arranged along the circumferential edge of the first filter screen (2).
4. The raise-boring machine air cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a dust sensor, a reserved interface (25) is arranged at the circumferential position of the first filter screen (2), and the dust sensor is arranged at the reserved interface (25).

The raise-boring machine air purifying device according to claim 1, characterized in that a separating rib (26) is arranged on the surface of the first filter screen (2) facing the second filter screen (3) for separating the mounting surface of the first filter screen (2) into a plurality of mounting areas for mounting a plurality of independent second filter screens (3).
6. The air purification device of the raise-boring machine according to claim 5, characterized in that the separation rib (26) is provided with a blocking buckle (27) for preventing the second filter screen (3) positioned at both sides of the separation rib (26) from falling out.
7. A raise-motor air cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the support is a grille (1) at the return air inlet of the raise-motor.
8. A raise boring machine, characterized by comprising the raise boring machine air cleaning apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
