背景技术
在进行汽车空调电器盒点焊组装时,电器盒组件在点焊其3个下挂零件(电器盒1、电器盒2、电器盒3)时无有效定位,需要员工依靠手动划线来保证各关键尺寸,生产效率低且容易点偏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可准确定位焊接组件的点焊装置。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:它包括架体,所述架体上设置有若干定位凸包,所述凸包的方向为垂直纸面向里。
本发明通过增加定位凸包,将零件之间的配合方式从无定位改成凸包与孔的定位,更改后定位准确,生产效率显著提高,品质得到提升。

参看图1,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包括架体1,所述架体1上设置有若干定位凸包2,所述凸包2的方向为垂直纸面向里,所述凸包2的半径为2.75mm。它通过增加定位凸包,将零件之间的配合方式从无定位改成凸包与孔的定位,凸包的半径的大小正好能起到定位作用,同时又不妨碍组件的焊接作用,定位准确,生产效率显著提高,品质得到提升。

1.一种点焊装置,其特征在于,它包括架体,所述架体上设置有若干定位凸包,所述凸包的方向为垂直纸面向里。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种点焊装置,其特征在于,所述凸包的半径为2.75mm。
